Worst service I've ever experienced. Their entire practice and approach to conducting business was very unprofessional and unorganized. They don't have a proper system of capturing client communications, they never returned phone calls or remembered which prescriptions or herbs the doctor suggested. Excuses like "well I wasn't in that day so you'll have to ask whoever was working" should not be a normal occurrence. The doctor was knowledgable but the office was intolerable.

The most personal experience you can find when it comes to a doctor! We have a 13yr old Maltese and 2 cats and would never trust our pets with anyone else! Dr. Neidermiller is always there for emergencies and is so thorough with my pets when she sees them. She is never in a rush, always calm and collected and she thinks of everything! From homeopathic treatments, to her mobile vetinary services she really provides the most convienent and caring loving service you will ever find. Her staff Marsha & Lori are so sweet and caring and on top of everything! They are so good at sending me mail reminders for vaccines due and they have never been rude or rushed me out of the office either! This place genuinely cares for all of my animals, and I trust them with their lives. And my pets are my children!

I have been a client of Dr. Debbie's for over 12 years and I cannot say enough how wonderful she is and the tremendous level of care and compassion that she gives to all of her patients. Early on, when one of my senior dogs went in for an unexpected dental issue that turned into a more serious procedure Debbie called to let me know she would be taking my dog home with her that night so that she could monitor her overnight and I knew then and there I had found the best of the best and she truly is! I have been involved in 501(c)3 dog rescue in South Florida for some 25 years and worked with countless local veterinarians in the area so I am beyond comfortable saying if you want the best care look no further than Dr. Deborah Neidermiller. Stay away from her, brought my cat in for mouth problems and she didn’t even know how to open his mouth without sedateing him. She said he needed to have some teeth pulled. His mouth was all swollen and I ask her if I could get antibiotics for him and she said “it won’t help “ Are you kidding me?!!
Took my cat to a different vet and he knew how to open his mouth without sedating him. Comes to find out after blood tests my cat was diagnosed with FIDS also known as AIDS. He immediately put my cat antibiotics.
Like I said Stay away from this so called vet!

What an amazing experience! My 9 year old dog had an accident and could not move his hind legs. We went to 2 different vets that said he needed surgery and it would cost between $6,000-$8,000. The diagnosis was a herniated disc. I took him to Dr.Niedermiller at MVS for a consult and she suggested trying accupuncture. Four sessions later he is able to stand and walk around, a little wobbly but WALKING! So thankful to the Dr. and her staff!

I love it here! Dr. Neidermiller is really compassionate with the pets and she was so good with my dog before he passed. He lived older than we expected him to and had an amazing life. She is very knowledgeable with herbal medicines that really helped treat the tremor in his hind legs, which I can always appreciate as an alternative medicine to help my pets. I bring my kitten here as well! Love her and everyone in the office!

Dr and staff are very courteous, caring, professional and attentive. They make you and your pet feel like family. They take their time and make sure they have addresses all of your questions and concerns. The facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and personable. Dr is very calm and thorough. They won't do any unnecessary testing or prescribe unnecessary medication. They are compassionate. And they are more than reasonably priced. They actually care about your pet, unlike most places that just want $. I've never seen my dog so calm and relaxed at the vet before. They took excellent care of my bull terrier. We came in very anxious and worried and less than half way thought the visit felt very calm and reassured. It was a pleasant and painless experience for both my dog and myself. I will be bringing my 2 other dogs here as well. I can't express how happy we are that we found this place. It's rare to find a place that has it all.

As a "snowflake" whose vet up north treats our Sasha with Chinese herbs, I was challenged to find someone in this area who could provide the same type of care - what a find! Dr Niedermiller spent 45 minutes with us, checking, diagnosing and prescribing...and this, after a full day of surgeries! I recommend this practice enthusiastically and with no reservations whatsoever.

Dr. Deb and her team are some of the kindest, most caring people I've met this side of the Atlantic Ocean! She took my 66 lb. moose on a last minute appointment, after the dog was showing signs of bladder infection. The employees asked multiple questions, showing a high level of competency. The whole staff took their time, not making us feel rushed or redundant. I was blown away by the excellent customer care, she and her entire colleagues took with my dog and kitten. I'm am 100% satisfied and would refer them to anyone living in Deerfield Beach. In addition I'd like to say, South Florida isn't always the greatest when it comes to service,the people working in this facility, went over and above their call of duty. They made me feel I was back in the Midwest again. But, mostly they made me feel like they were really concerned. I'd like to personally thank each of the people who took excellent care of my 'fur babies' in an effort to keep them healthy and happy. You ALL Rock!

Our 9 year old Bichon had been suffering with what was diagnosed as "colitis" for many years, on and off every month or so. Nothing prescribed by his lifetime vet seemed to really help. I finally brought him to MVS at the suggestion of another patient and Dr. Niedermiller prescribed an antibiotic to be taken for a month. He has been free of diarrhea since April thanks to Dr. Niedermiller. She is very caring and thorough with her exams and her treatment. The staff is very friendly and courteous. My Danny has a new vet, Dr. Niedermiller!!!!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about MVS Animal Clinic. Dr. Debbie, as we fondly call her, and her entire staff, have exhibited the highest level of professional care, combined with genuine compassion, in caring for all of our precious animals. We found Dr. Debbie over 15 years ago, when she was solely a mobile vet. She has since opened her office in Deerfield Beach, but is still available to come to your home. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing, and answers all questions with honesty, even if the answer is not what you want to hear. She practices Chinese veterinary medicine in addition to traditional methods and these herbal remedies have worked well for our aging dogs.
I highly recommend MVS Animal Clinic to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their animals. My husband and I have found a gem...and we want to shout her praises to all who will listen.

This is the only pro of this place.... The doctor seems to care about the animals... The cons.... Terrible, or I should say beyond terrible communication. The desk staff has no idea what's going on and no one is on the same page. Multiple, different things get said about animal care and appointments and when it finally comes to it something completely different comes out. Everyone seems to be zonked out of their mind especially when talking to customers. Maybe the "holistic medicine" should be left for the pets.....after the current problem is settled we will definitely be going somewhere else.

We have been with Dr. Niedermiller for over a decade. We find her to be one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians that we have ever met. If traditional methods fail, she searches for answers elsewhere. She practices holistic medicine and we can personally attest to the results. Our 13 year old yorkie has "come back to life" so to speak...and it is all due to "Dr. Debbie". If you are looking for a doctor who will treat your loved ones as if they were her own...the check her out. You won't be sorry.

I found this vet on Google and was lured in by all of the positive reviews. So I brought my 6lb Yorkie to Dr.Neidermiller with a bad oral infection. First, she told me that my dog's temperature of 102...
I found this vet on Google and was lured in by all of the positive reviews. So I brought my 6lb Yorkie to Dr.Neidermiller with a bad oral infection. First, she told me that my dog's temperature of 102 was way too high, but after researching this I found that it is normal body temperature for the breed. More importantly, Her diagnosis was that my dog needed to go under for oral surgery to have 3 teeth removed asap.
However, before putting my little dog under I thoroughly researched the problem and decided to try brushing the teeth and gums with a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide (could cause dog to vomit) and wait ten days, and then get a second opinion.
To make a long story short, my dogs mouth has never looked better, she still has all of her teeth, and I saved a lot of money on not getting her the oral surgery. I was unaware of the need to care for the oral health of my dog, but now I know it is indeed very important. I also learned that sometimes its possible for things to heal on their own, without anesthesia and surgery.
My advice to anyone with a pet is to educate yourself to the point where you can at least make an informed diagnosis on your own, get a second opinion, and don't give all of your trust to people you do not know. I will not be back to this vet.

Dr. Debbie has been caring for our two dogs all of their lives, and they are both turning 14. She is the most dedicated and caring veterinarian that I have ever worked with. With her, it's not about the $...it's about your pet. When my Sammy had surgery a few years back, rather than keep him in a cage overnight, she took him home with her. What other vet has done that for you. Our business revolves around dogs, and we have referred many of our clients to Dr. Debbie and every one of them loved her. We do too.

I took my 14 year old Pit Bull to MVS for acupuncture, when all over vets were telling me only surgery would help him, but couldn't confirm that he would make it off from the operating table.
Debbie and her staff did an amazing job.
I take all of my pets to her now, and am very satisfied with the outcome!
Definitely would prefer Acupuncture over surgery any day.

Stay away from her, brought my cat in for mouth problems and she didn’t even know how to open his mouth without sedateing him. She said he needed to have some teeth pulled. His mouth was all swollen and I ask her if I could get antibiotics for him and she said “it won’t help “ Are you kidding me?!!
Took my cat to a different vet and he knew how to open his mouth without sedating him. Comes to find out after blood tests my cat was diagnosed with FIDS also known as AIDS. He immediately put my cat antibiotics.
Like I said Stay away from this so called vet!

What an amazing experience! My 9 year old dog had an accident and could not move his hind legs. We went to 2 different vets that said he needed surgery and it would cost between $6,000-$8,000. The diagnosis was a herniated disc. I took him to Dr.Niedermiller at MVS for a consult and she suggested trying accupuncture. Four sessions later he is able to stand and walk around, a little wobbly but WALKING! So thankful to the Dr. and her staff!

She is very knowledgeable with herbal medicines that really helped treat the tremor in his hind legs, which I can always appreciate as an alternative medicine to help my pets. Dr and staff are very courteous, caring, professional and attentive. They make you and your pet feel like family. They take their time and make sure they have addresses all of your questions and concerns. The facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and personable. Dr is very calm and thorough. They won't do any unnecessary testing or prescribe unnecessary medication. They are compassionate. And they are more than reasonably priced. They actually care about your pet, unlike most places that just want $. I've never seen my dog so calm and relaxed at the vet before. They took excellent care of my bull terrier. We came in very anxious and worried and less than half way thought the visit felt very calm and reassured. It was a pleasant and painless experience for both my dog and myself. I will be bringing my 2 other dogs here as well. I can't express how happy we are that we found this place. It's rare to find a place that has it all.

Dr. Deb and her team are some of the kindest, most caring people I've met this side of the Atlantic Ocean! She took my 66 lb. moose on a last minute appointment, after the dog was showing signs of bladder infection. The employees asked multiple questions, showing a high level of competency. The whole staff took their time, not making us feel rushed or redundant. I was blown away by the excellent customer care, she and her entire colleagues took with my dog and kitten. I'm am 100% satisfied and would refer them to anyone living in Deerfield Beach. In addition I'd like to say, South Florida isn't always the greatest when it comes to service,the people working in this facility, went over and above their call of duty. They made me feel I was back in the Midwest again. But, mostly they made me feel like they were really concerned. I'd like to personally thank each of the people who took excellent care of my 'fur babies' in an effort to keep them healthy and happy. You ALL Rock!

Our 9 year old Bichon had been suffering with what was diagnosed as "colitis" for many years, on and off every month or so. Nothing prescribed by his lifetime vet seemed to really help. I finally brought him to MVS at the suggestion of another patient and Dr. Niedermiller prescribed an antibiotic to be taken for a month. He has been free of diarrhea since April thanks to Dr. Niedermiller. She is very caring and thorough with her exams and her treatment. The staff is very friendly and courteous. My Danny has a new vet, Dr. Niedermiller!!!!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about MVS Animal Clinic. Dr. Debbie, as we fondly call her, and her entire staff, have exhibited the highest level of professional care, combined with genuine compassion, in caring for all of our precious animals. We found Dr. Debbie over 15 years ago, when she was solely a mobile vet. She has since opened her office in Deerfield Beach, but is still available to come to your home. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing, and answers all questions with honesty, even if the answer is not what you want to hear. She practices Chinese veterinary medicine in addition to traditional methods and these herbal remedies have worked well for our aging dogs.
I highly recommend MVS Animal Clinic to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their animals. My husband and I have found a gem...and we want to shout her praises to all who will listen.

The desk staff has no idea what's going on and no one is on the same page. Multiple, different things get said about animal care and appointments and when it finally comes to it something completely different comes out. Everyone seems to be zonked out of their mind especially when talking to customers. Maybe the "holistic medicine" should be left for the pets.....after the current problem is settled we will definitely be going somewhere else.

Our 13 year old yorkie has "come back to life" so to speak...and it is all due to "Dr. Debbie". I found this vet on Google and was lured in by all of the positive reviews. So I brought my 6lb Yorkie to Dr.Neidermiller with a bad oral infection. First, she told me that my dog's temperature of 102...
I found this vet on Google and was lured in by all of the positive reviews. So I brought my 6lb Yorkie to Dr.Neidermiller with a bad oral infection. First, she told me that my dog's temperature of 102 was way too high, but after researching this I found that it is normal body temperature for the breed. More importantly, Her diagnosis was that my dog needed to go under for oral surgery to have 3 teeth removed asap.
However, before putting my little dog under I thoroughly researched the problem and decided to try brushing the teeth and gums with a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide (could cause dog to vomit) and wait ten days, and then get a second opinion.
To make a long story short, my dogs mouth has never looked better, she still has all of her teeth, and I saved a lot of money on not getting her the oral surgery. I was unaware of the need to care for the oral health of my dog, but now I know it is indeed very important. I also learned that sometimes its possible for things to heal on their own, without anesthesia and surgery.
My advice to anyone with a pet is to educate yourself to the point where you can at least make an informed diagnosis on your own, get a second opinion, and don't give all of your trust to people you do not know. I will not be back to this vet.

With her, it's not about the $...it's about your pet. When my Sammy had surgery a few years back, rather than keep him in a cage overnight, she took him home with her. What other vet has done that for you. Our business revolves around dogs, and we have referred many of our clients to Dr. Debbie and every one of them loved her. We do too.

I take all of my pets to her now, and am very satisfied with the outcome!
Definitely would prefer Acupuncture over surgery any day.
