We brought our new kitty Tux to Dr.Bravo for a free consultation! In the past month we've tried a local vet and Peggy Adams in West Palm for other services. After reading commentary reviews regarding Dr. Bravo and her staff prior to our appointment I understood why a considerable amount of pet owners would sing her praises! Dr. Bravo gave our Tux a thorough examination as she explained clearly everything that was necessary to keep her in wellness and optimal health! She also had her protege Brenda a budding vet give us a rundown on what to expect from a wellness plan.

Ok so I truly NEVER write reviews.. Here's a little background- i bought a purebred Australian Shepherd puppy out of state. I took him to a vet the day after I brought him to get a clean bill of health and updated on every shot needed. But shortly after I got home (to Delray, FL) we had an emergency very early one morning, one minute he's playing the next he's whining on the floor and wouldn't, COULDN'T get up.. we rushed out the door shortly after.. I was turned away by two different "emergency" animal hospital's, keep in mind my pup looked like he was knocking on deaths door. couldn't stand up, crying, salivating, even had a couple accidents on himself. I was truly terrified and Banfield was my last hope.. & Although I wasn't a client, they brought my baby right in. Such amazing, professional, and kind staff and took such great care of my boy. I was able to take Bodhi home at the end of the day, back to his normal, bubbly, playful self. Now they are my primary vet. Thank you Banfield, I'm so grateful! And so is my baby.

Brought our SCWT in for his annual wellness visit. We had such a wonderful experience. Tomas (vet tech) is amazing with our wild wheatie!!! He is so patient and understanding and very caring. He makes the experience at Banfield wonderful!! Dr. Becky Bravo was so nice also, she came out to explain the care that our boy received. It was great to be able to talk to the vet without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Banfield. Delray Beach location has a staff that ROCKS!!!!!

Brought our SCWT in for his annual wellness visit. We had such a wonderful experience. Tomas (vet tech) is amazing with our wild wheatie!!! He is so patient and understanding and very caring. He makes the experience at Banfield wonderful!! Dr. Becky Bravo was so nice also, she came out to explain the care that our boy received. It was great to be able to talk to the vet without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Banfield. Delray Beach location has a staff that ROCKS!!!!!

This was my first experience at a Banfield Clinic and I was a little skeptical at first because it's corporate and all. I must say, however, 5 stars!!! I was able to get a same day appointment and Dr. K is a wonderful Vet! The staff was very gracious and really connect with Duke!! He's not always a people person! Do yourself a favor and purchase the Wellness Package, it's a good deal and saves you money in the long run!I will be a return customer!

Great hospital, was able to get a same day appointment. The front desk was very warming and the assistants were very friendly and loved Manolo my pup and Dr.Gaines was very helpful and sweet. Also met the manager Thomas who was very charming and amazing!! I recently moved to south Florida from New York and this place is better than any other animal hospital I've been to in NY. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I also signed up on the wellness package and so far I love it. It's the best deal. Def check it out

Great hospital, the front desk staff was very accommodating and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Technicians were very caring of my dog and understanding of my lack of knowledge, Dr.Koerselman was extremely compassionate and explained the treatment plan in a way for me I understand and the price was better than any other vet I've been too. Highly recommend, also discovered they are open 7 days a week and have a great preventative care package that is a fair price for vaccine, unlimited office visits, and monthly tablets for heart worm. My Vet from here on out.

I would not ever take my pet to Banfield. Since it's Sunday and my regular vet is closed I took my dog to Banfield in Delray at 830am. His eyes were partially closed and had mucous so I think he had conjunctivitis. Since I am leaving town tomorrow I was hoping to get a salve or something to help him but no one would even look at him. The girl at the front desk said they were fully booked and she would call me if there were a cancellation. Why call yourself a hospital if you just refuse to even look at a patient???? It wasnt like he was bloody or had a broken bone which would require a time consuming procedure-I told her what I suspected but she refused to allow me to see anyone. I will NEVER go there or recommend anyone take their pets there.

I have had our dog as a patient here for about three years and I haven’t had any issues. I’ve called them countless times for different worrisome situations with our pup, and the technicians have always been so kind, patient, and helpful. We recently moved to Maine, so I can no longer stay with them, unfortunately, otherwise we would still be Banfield customers :-)

I brought my cat as a new patient (referral from a friend) & have already recommended their services to a co-worker. My cat was suffering from constipation (& after paying $1,500 at another vet which admitted they couldn't help him), I brought him to see Dr. K.
They went out of their way to give me an appt and allow me to drop off my cat although he's a new patient. I could tell right away I made the right decision. We quickly discussed treatment options, I received updates throughout the day & they were able to help my cat.
Everything was explained clearly, including what to do to keep this from happening again. The cost of treatment was affordable. I live 45 minutes away and there are plenty of vets right around the corner but this clinic has my business.

Killed my dog by sending her home even though she required oxygen for her pneumonia, still continues to charge me for the insurance even though they killed her. When asked why they didn't give her oxygen the vet simply replied: "We dont have oxygen". The dog was there for 8 hours basically suffocating when all they had to do was call us and tell us to take her to a facility that had oxygen tanks. If you value your pet's life at all, you will not use Banfield.

After 3 years enrolled at banfield paying every month around 80$ for my 2 pets( dog and cat) here are my experiences:
2 times i had emergencies and both times i had to call multiple times ( depending who answers the phone you get a yes or no) and beg to be taking care of!!
In 3 years multiple vets took care of my pets and waiting an average of 30 minutes on site to be taking care of!
They run multiple tests on my dog and never found out what he really has in 3 years...after my last visit they told me they had to remove one tooth on my dog so i went to another vet that found out my dog has tyroids problems and no need to remove tooth!!! So banfield is clear you dont do a good job and you only look for easy money...my dog is only a number for you so i gladly cancelled the insurance ( had to pay 90$ but i dont care...thanks god is done!)
I WONT RECOMMEND YOU NEVER EVER!!

If you dont want to wait, then do a drop off, it takes a few minutes. they always offer that, been here for 8 years, can drop off between 7am and 9am. when you are ready to pick up you can pick up till 6pm. i only had one issue last time they forgot to look at the back of the intake sheet where i had asked for my dog to get a manicure, but when i picked him up and they tried to get it done then, i didn;t have time to wait. other than that no issues here. no longer waiting than any other place at all, even ifi had an appointment. but mostly i drop off and they call me when ready.

Has not been a good experience for me and my pets there. I have requested services to be done to my cat and yet the girl taking the info doesn't inform the doctor about what I had advised her of. There is many mix communication in there. Took my dog once because he had a cut and blood all over it, and yet the Doctor examined my dog and missed that wound. She said she didn't see the wound (which clearly it was very noticeable) I will stick to the one in Boca instead.

Dr. Bravo is a great Vet she did surgery on my 13 yr old Boston Terrier because it has a huge tumor on it's neck and I was nervous about putting my senior dog under Anesthesia but her and the nurse Kyra did a great job. When I picked up my boston every staff member like Heather at the front desk and Jackie & Charles were extremely friendly. Hopefully I can squeeze a few more years out of my senior Boston. Even with an appointment you will have to wait AT LEAST a half an hour without fail. Some of the staff is very pleasant, but because Banfield tries to cram in as many appointments as possible, they often fall behind and seem stressed about the workload. You never get the same doctor. They try to upsell you on every visit. If you are unable to book an appointment, and you drop your pet off in the morning, even a simple diagnosis can keep your pet locked up all day. The list goes on and on. The only reason I stuck around was for the value of your dental cleaning and the preventative care. I'm out.

My dog has been a patient there since she was a puppy over 6.5 yrs ago and we have always been impressed with the quality of the staff and the facility overall. Yesterday, I rushed my dog there as she vomited blood twice and I was clearly very alarmed! The staff at check in was amazing (Tory and Avi) and Dr. Seerley and Nurse Jackie took care of Lola and did x-ray, blood work and stool exam. They were thorough and so loving and caring! They kept me updated every step of the way and kept her for observation all day. I walked away so impressed with the entire team! Thank you so much! We are so grateful! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital. They have state of the art facilities and technology as it is a large corporation with deep pockets and this is very important to offer the best quality service to their patients. I disagree with the negative comments posted about Banfield Pet Hospital at PetSmart. I highly recommend Banfield.

Hated it is an understatement. I despise the Delray location. If I was not stuck on a stupid wellness plan I would never use any banfield again. My dog could have ringworm and they sent him home saying the doctor isn't available to check him when they could have put him in a cage in back for when the doctor had time to check over him. Then when they were finished they could call me to pick him up. But no they just sent him home after the tech did a heart worm test. Worst customer service ever probably because they know you are stuck with them for the remainder of your plan unless you want to pay a huge fee to cancel early. I'm going to try a different banfield location for the remainder of my plan. Shame on you delray banfield.

Nice staff, love the 2 doctor's that have examined my kitty. He has a wellness plan and when an animal is younger it is more expensive. I see the savings but, it is a little high. The call's checking on him and they are very sweet. You can not expect perfection at any doctor office including a vet but, this has by far been the best results.

I have a German Shepherd who is getting a bit older...so I have recently decided to invest in the Wellness Program at the Delray Beach Banfield. It was the best decision I made because I did not anticipate the visits that we have had recently. With this wellness program (which I have only had for about a month), I have already saved SO much money. She has had a few procedures and unexpected visits and I would have never been able to provide those to her without the program. The Doctor is very attentive to her, the staff greets her as soon as we walk in and they are always accommodating to me. Any weird or crazy questions I have, they always have an answer. They call and check up on her, which I think is fantastic. The attention we've been given was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. I am so happy to have a great doctor and staff for my girl!

I am extremely picky about vets and I can honestly say that I have an excellent experience every single time I have brought my dog to this Banfield. They always run on time, so I'm never standing around waiting. After my very first visit everyone greeted my dog by name and went out of their way to ask how she was, if she wanted a treat, etc. Even the vet techs who I did not remember treating her previously tell me how much they enjoy her and remember when she did xyz when she stayed with them.A few months ago she was seriously sick with pancreatitis and although I was extremely worried (she is my baby, afterall!) I know she got the best care possible and was home to me and doing well ASAP. The vets always call a few days later to see how she is doing and if I have any further questions. I will honestly never switch vets- care like this is extremely hard to find.

Brought our SCWT in for his annual wellness visit. We had such a wonderful experience. Tomas (vet tech) is amazing with our wild wheatie!!! He is so patient and understanding and very caring. He makes the experience at Banfield wonderful!! Dr. Becky Bravo was so nice also, she came out to explain the care that our boy received. It was great to be able to talk to the vet without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Banfield. Delray Beach location has a staff that ROCKS!!!!!

Brought our SCWT in for his annual wellness visit. We had such a wonderful experience. Tomas (vet tech) is amazing with our wild wheatie!!! He is so patient and understanding and very caring. This was my first experience at a Banfield Clinic and I was a little skeptical at first because it's corporate and all. I must say, however, 5 stars!!! I was able to get a same day appointment and Dr. K is a wonderful Vet! The staff was very gracious and really connect with Duke!! He's not always a people person! Do yourself a favor and purchase the Wellness Package, it's a good deal and saves you money in the long run!I will be a return customer!

Great hospital, was able to get a same day appointment. The front desk was very warming and the assistants were very friendly and loved Manolo my pup and Dr.Gaines was very helpful and sweet. Also met the manager Thomas who was very charming and amazing!! I recently moved to south Florida from New York and this place is better than any other animal hospital I've been to in NY. Great hospital, the front desk staff was very accommodating and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Technicians were very caring of my dog and understanding of my lack of knowledge, Dr.Koerselman was extremely compassionate and explained the treatment plan in a way for me I understand and the price was better than any other vet I've been too. Highly recommend, also discovered they are open 7 days a week and have a great preventative care package that is a fair price for vaccine, unlimited office visits, and monthly tablets for heart worm. My Vet from here on out.

I would not ever take my pet to Banfield. Since it's Sunday and my regular vet is closed I took my dog to Banfield in Delray at 830am. His eyes were partially closed and had mucous so I think he had conjunctivitis. Since I am leaving town tomorrow I was hoping to get a salve or something to help him but no one would even look at him. The girl at the front desk said they were fully booked and she would call me if there were a cancellation. Why call yourself a hospital if you just refuse to even look at a patient???? It wasnt like he was bloody or had a broken bone which would require a time consuming procedure-I told her what I suspected but she refused to allow me to see anyone. I will NEVER go there or recommend anyone take their pets there.

I have had our dog as a patient here for about three years and I haven’t had any issues. I’ve called them countless times for different worrisome situations with our pup, and the technicians have always been so kind, patient, and helpful. We recently moved to Maine, so I can no longer stay with them, unfortunately, otherwise we would still be Banfield customers :-)

I brought my cat as a new patient (referral from a friend) & have already recommended their services to a co-worker. My cat was suffering from constipation (& after paying $1,500 at another vet which admitted they couldn't help him), I brought him to see Dr. K.
They went out of their way to give me an appt and allow me to drop off my cat although he's a new patient. I could tell right away I made the right decision. We quickly discussed treatment options, I received updates throughout the day & they were able to help my cat.
Everything was explained clearly, including what to do to keep this from happening again. The cost of treatment was affordable. I live 45 minutes away and there are plenty of vets right around the corner but this clinic has my business.

Killed my dog by sending her home even though she required oxygen for her pneumonia, still continues to charge me for the insurance even though they killed her. When asked why they didn't give her oxygen the vet simply replied: "We dont have oxygen". The dog was there for 8 hours basically suffocating when all they had to do was call us and tell us to take her to a facility that had oxygen tanks. If you value your pet's life at all, you will not use Banfield.

After 3 years enrolled at banfield paying every month around 80$ for my 2 pets( dog and cat) here are my experiences:
2 times i had emergencies and both times i had to call multiple times ( depending who answers the phone you get a yes or no) and beg to be taking care of!!
In 3 years multiple vets took care of my pets and waiting an average of 30 minutes on site to be taking care of!
They run multiple tests on my dog and never found out what he really has in 3 years...after my last visit they told me they had to remove one tooth on my dog so i went to another vet that found out my dog has tyroids problems and no need to remove tooth!!! So banfield is clear you dont do a good job and you only look for easy money...my dog is only a number for you so i gladly cancelled the insurance ( had to pay 90$ but i dont care...thanks god is done!)
I WONT RECOMMEND YOU NEVER EVER!!

If you dont want to wait, then do a drop off, it takes a few minutes. they always offer that, been here for 8 years, can drop off between 7am and 9am. when you are ready to pick up you can pick up till 6pm. i only had one issue last time they forgot to look at the back of the intake sheet where i had asked for my dog to get a manicure, but when i picked him up and they tried to get it done then, i didn;t have time to wait. other than that no issues here. no longer waiting than any other place at all, even ifi had an appointment. but mostly i drop off and they call me when ready.

Has not been a good experience for me and my pets there. I have requested services to be done to my cat and yet the girl taking the info doesn't inform the doctor about what I had advised her of. There is many mix communication in there. Took my dog once because he had a cut and blood all over it, and yet the Doctor examined my dog and missed that wound. She said she didn't see the wound (which clearly it was very noticeable) I will stick to the one in Boca instead.

Dr. Bravo is a great Vet she did surgery on my 13 yr old Boston Terrier because it has a huge tumor on it's neck and I was nervous about putting my senior dog under Anesthesia but her and the nurse Kyra did a great job. When I picked up my boston every staff member like Heather at the front desk and Jackie & Charles were extremely friendly. Hopefully I can squeeze a few more years out of my senior Boston. Even with an appointment you will have to wait AT LEAST a half an hour without fail. Some of the staff is very pleasant, but because Banfield tries to cram in as many appointments as possible, they often fall behind and seem stressed about the workload. You never get the same doctor. They try to upsell you on every visit. If you are unable to book an appointment, and you drop your pet off in the morning, even a simple diagnosis can keep your pet locked up all day. The list goes on and on. The only reason I stuck around was for the value of your dental cleaning and the preventative care. I'm out.

My dog has been a patient there since she was a puppy over 6.5 yrs ago and we have always been impressed with the quality of the staff and the facility overall. Yesterday, I rushed my dog there as she vomited blood twice and I was clearly very alarmed! The staff at check in was amazing (Tory and Avi) and Dr. Seerley and Nurse Jackie took care of Lola and did x-ray, blood work and stool exam. They were thorough and so loving and caring! They kept me updated every step of the way and kept her for observation all day. I walked away so impressed with the entire team! Thank you so much! We are so grateful! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital. They have state of the art facilities and technology as it is a large corporation with deep pockets and this is very important to offer the best quality service to their patients. I disagree with the negative comments posted about Banfield Pet Hospital at PetSmart. I highly recommend Banfield.

Hated it is an understatement. I despise the Delray location. If I was not stuck on a stupid wellness plan I would never use any banfield again. My dog could have ringworm and they sent him home saying the doctor isn't available to check him when they could have put him in a cage in back for when the doctor had time to check over him. Then when they were finished they could call me to pick him up. But no they just sent him home after the tech did a heart worm test. Worst customer service ever probably because they know you are stuck with them for the remainder of your plan unless you want to pay a huge fee to cancel early. I'm going to try a different banfield location for the remainder of my plan. Shame on you delray banfield.

Nice staff, love the 2 doctor's that have examined my kitty. He has a wellness plan and when an animal is younger it is more expensive. I see the savings but, it is a little high. The call's checking on him and they are very sweet. You can not expect perfection at any doctor office including a vet but, this has by far been the best results.

I have a German Shepherd who is getting a bit older...so I have recently decided to invest in the Wellness Program at the Delray Beach Banfield. It was the best decision I made because I did not anticipate the visits that we have had recently. With this wellness program (which I have only had for about a month), I have already saved SO much money. She has had a few procedures and unexpected visits and I would have never been able to provide those to her without the program. The Doctor is very attentive to her, the staff greets her as soon as we walk in and they are always accommodating to me. Any weird or crazy questions I have, they always have an answer. They call and check up on her, which I think is fantastic. The attention we've been given was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. I am so happy to have a great doctor and staff for my girl!

I am extremely picky about vets and I can honestly say that I have an excellent experience every single time I have brought my dog to this Banfield. They always run on time, so I'm never standing around waiting. After my very first visit everyone greeted my dog by name and went out of their way to ask how she was, if she wanted a treat, etc. Even the vet techs who I did not remember treating her previously tell me how much they enjoy her and remember when she did xyz when she stayed with them.A few months ago she was seriously sick with pancreatitis and although I was extremely worried (she is my baby, afterall!) I know she got the best care possible and was home to me and doing well ASAP. The vets always call a few days later to see how she is doing and if I have any further questions. I will honestly never switch vets- care like this is extremely hard to find.
