I can not begin to express how thankful I am for this vet. My dog has been going to Banfield for the past 5 years... He gets extremely bloody stool every couple of months. Banfield could never figure out what's wrong with him and would send me home.. I would sit in the exam room and have to call them on my cell phone crying because he was bleeding all over the place. I started going to this vet as he was recommended by the Boynton Beach K9 unit. I called this morning since he woke up with diarrhea bloody stool and he was vomiting this time which is not normal at all. They took me right away and the vet was very thorough with explaining everything that could be wrong with my dog. My dog means the world to me and I don't know what I would do without him. They immediately gave him fluids and checked him out. For some reason my dog was not as scared as when I took him to the other vet. Shocking! Not!!!! They sent us home with some meds and told us to call them if we needed anything. I just got off the phone with the doctor, she called me because she had done some research on what was wrong with him. We literally spoke for 20 minutes! How amazing that she actually called me to explain everything. She told me things that we should try to get to the bottom of this. BEST STAFF EVERWho ever wrote the above write up must work for the competition.  Dr Nancy Shubeck went the extra mile to help me and my family with the loss of our long time family persian cat.  I had been there before a few years back when my same cat had some health problems.  My loved one of 16 years had a problem eating and I brought him in.  He had a large tumor in his mouth and had to be put to sleep.  We were devastated.  She and her staff went out of their way to comfort us in every way possible.  I can't say enough good things about them. I would give negative stars if possible. The vet here is a very mean Person. She treats her employees awful.  My cat and dog were seen by her. She is very knowledgeable but not nice. The straw that made me not take my animals back was the inability to get my dog in for an emergency situation. She claimed to be booked up. I understand that you can be booked solid but when your unsure if your dogs cough is kennel cough or a heart problem you should make an effort. The only person there that is worth a darn is her husband.  Don't take your pets here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less
