Dr. Cassidy and her team go above and beyond. After previously being at another "Vet" in the local area and losing our beyond WFT we wanted a vet that would not treat us as if we were cattle being hurded through their office like this other "Vet" which offered lower prices then Dr. Cassidy. We did a more intensive research on Dr. Cassidy and "interview" process as we did not want what previously happen to us happen again with our fur kids. We have been with Dr. Cassidy and her team for several years now both for normal visits and emergency visits that they could handle and have had no issues what so ever. Yes, the prices are a bit more then what you may find elsewhere, you get what you pay for and we believe in paying for the best which is what her team is. It is because of the team here at we had more time with our fur kids and when it was there time to go to Rainbow Bridge that the staff went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing veterinary hospital was recently at misfits and the way they neutered my dog was very wrong and they gave him nothing for it to get better. I have been taking my fur family to Eustis Veterinary Hospital for over 7yrs. All of the vets are very caring and truly have the pets best interests in mind. I have seen them go above and beyond not only with my pets but others as well. The knowledge and experience the three vets have is some of the best you can find in Florida. They take the time needed to give each pet the attention they deserve and do not rush you in and out of the room. Please do not let post like the one from Mark L. discourage you from getting your fur babies the care they deserve. It is an owners responsibility to inform their vet if they have a intact female dog that has a possibility of pregnancy, prior to getting them vaccinated. In all my years of owning dogs I have never been asked if my pet needs a pregnancy prior to getting a it's shots. Pregnancy testing on dogs is not common but spaying is. I brought my dogs in for their shots, my female had pups 5 months prior and I brought them in too for shots.They did not do a pregnancy test on my female mother as they should have since I have an active male and my female may have been pregnant.Do to them being incompetent they gave my female dog the shots without doing a pregnancy test first. which killed her unborn pups.DO NOT USE THEM they should have know what to do , I am heartbroken that they killed my dogs pups who where just 3 weeks from being born.This was the worst experience of my life, I am going to take them to court and have their licenses revokedMark Leitner Read Less

This review is not up to date, but I just had to review some info. Dr. Townsend (sp) ran this clinic for a very longtime and was beloved by many locals for his skill and caring. Everything from the scheduling to the staff were very good. When he retired, things went downhill. the replacement dvm was a cold and stuffy young professional woman who needed to take classes socializing with humans. Prices shot thru the roof and much of the staff were no longer there. We have not been back since Dr Cassidy took over, but we are willing to give them another try out of past loyalty. The location is very convenient with ample parking. I cannot comment on the wait or quality of care as we havent visited in very longtime. We love Dr. Cassidy, Cheryl and Tiffany. They are all heartfelt, intelligent and supportive. Throughout many years they cared for our Ruckus (ret. K9). With thier help he stayed with us for a long healthy 17years and when it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Cassidy came to our house with Tiff on their day off to give us comfort and allowed us to have him pass at our home with his family in peace. I've been to a lot of Vets and there are many I would recommend, but Dr. Buster I drive 45 mins each way to see. Her ability to spot problems early invaluable. She has a depth of knowledge that leaves you confident and comforted that the correct treatment and diagnosis were made. Everyone that works at this vet knows what compassion is, Dr Christine Cassidy whom I met for the 1st time today, is most impressive, she knows her job and after today, I know who my new vet is. I left my previous vet after giving up on trying to save my Chihuahua of 13 years, they said we were just going to make her comfortable after the last idea did'nt work. So I finally reached that place where I thought it was time to say goodbye. This is where it gets good! I went in with tears in my eyes and she was like a ray of sunshine with another fresh view that we could try. It may or may not work but you never give up where there is hope. I had my first visit to this clinic last week and was extremely pleased with the level of care. First, they schedule by appt which is important to me as time is important to me. I was amazed at the way the staff interacted with their clients and our pets - very nice and CLEAN clinic. The Vet explained the importance of ear care in Fla as well as other things like fleas year round. Im used to a colder climate.
