I had a horse that was very sick late Saturday evening after a show. Hilltop Equine was recommended by my best friend and neighbor, because my vet was out of town. I was treated very rudely, and told they did not treat non clients on emergencies! How are they going to get new clients if they treat strangers this terribly! We have used Hilltop Equine approximately eight years. The veterinarians, Drs. Gretchen Nelson and Lori Gifford, are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They readily explain what they are doing and why. They are always on time for appointments or call if running late. They arrive quickly for emergencies. They take a personal interest in our horses and are genuinely concerned about their welfare. Kerry, their Office Manager, is an experienced horse woman and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
