If your animal is in crisis, this is the place to be!! My retired service and therapy dog, Rocco, has been battling a mysterious kidney disease for 2 weeks now. He spent over 10 days with the kind, smart folks at SVS. Everyone there from Caitlyn and the ladies at the front to the techs, and doctors all work seamlessly together to keep your animals comfortable and keep you informed.  As a former vet tech for 15 years, I can tell you that you need to be picky with your hospital choices. Some say that an animal isn't worth the money or they price shop. This is not what you want to do with a sick, furry family member. Monday was one of the hardest days I have had. I had to take my sweet girl of 18 years in to be checked because she wasnt doing well at all. The staff there were very compassionate to me and my dogs suffering. I would especially like to say thank you to Dr. Levine. I desperately needed someone compassionate and humane to help me with this terrible decision. You couldn't find a more compassionate and truly kind vet in the area than him. He was absolutely wonderful, and treated my girl with all the kindness and respect that I would have treated her with. I cannot say enough about him. This facility, Dr. Levine and the staff deserve many more gold stars than this review offers. I was in on June 2nd with one of my feral cats (Mama). I only waited a few minutes before they had me in a room. Even though Mama was a feral it was really difficult for me to bring myself to send her to kitty Heaven. I was there for a good 4 hours before I finally made the decision. Dr. Levine and the staff never once seemed irritated or made me feel rushed. In the 3 years that I had Mama I was never able to touch her. Dr. Levine brought her in so I could pet her and hold her (and cry) during the procedure. I truly want to thank Dr. Levine and the staff for turning such a terrible event into a true blessing. She was always a loner, so I'm so grateful I got to be there for her. I had to bring in my beloved pup Moose to be put down after a terrible accident. The staff was so kind and caring and did everything they could to make Moose comfortable in his final moments. Specialized Veterinary Services is the best!  Our boxer had been limping and in pain with her hind leg and other vets were unable to diagnose the problem.  Turned out it was a badly torn ACL (which might have been less severe it diagnosed properly earlier).  She had surgery and now runs and plays with all her friends just like before!! Dr. Eisele & his entire team are amazing caregivers! 🐶 Riley, the “💗” of our family has had emergency ACL surgery on both rear legs. Each time he was treated thoroughly & kindly. Sophie, our 9 year old mini Schnauzer, had surgery on April 3rd, 2018. She had a torn ACL causing her knee cap to slip out of place. It was done very professionally without any problems. I would not recommend this vet hospital at all. Very negative experience here. I have never seen such a lack of compassion before as I witnessed at this place. No tests were done or offered and we are left to wonder what was wrong with our beloved pet. No alternatives were offered other than spend tons of money on the dog and he may or may not live. SVS has saved my naughty dog 3 times. They performed emergency surgery on him this past Sunday. The staff is really nice and helpful. The cost is completely reasonable and they have highly trained nurses taking care of my boy around the clock. We took our dog in at 6:30 pm. He needed X-rays We didn’t get to leave until 10 pm. Our dog was so drugged up he was panting and whining all night. They did. I thing except X-rays and drug him for the X-rays at the tune of 550 dollars My dog is very laid back. He’s a white lab. They could have done anything to him without drugs. They told us they were going to give him a pain killer for the X-rays. We agreed to that. We didn’t know he’d be high for 10 hours We honestly thought he would have a heart attack the way he was acting. We’ve had many animals from horses down to gerbils but we’ve not encountered a veterinary office such as this. They only really care about their fancy new building They gouge the heck out of you as well. They even have a P R person that reached out. Now that’s a clinic that preys on people who’s pets are ill and they cannot say what’s wrong. Don’t use this office. I have just read other reviews and noticed most had recieved the same treatment as we did. They’re a money hungry business preying on the innocent They send out a generic response. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! Sadly had to put my dog down today due to multiple seizures, not eating or drinking and her lungs were shot. Went first to an AWFUL vet after the owner denied our request even though the DOCTOR said she wouldn't live much longer and took my business elsewhere (here) and couldn't be more happier that I did. I'd like to start by saying the staff is very nice and the veterinarian did a great job they are just doing their jobs the best they can in a business that is designed to take advantage of people's wallets in the moment of need. This place will do every possible test and procedure imaginable if your gullible enough to approve it. It seemed like they even have a person that closes the deal like a used car salesman. Two weeks ago I brought in my cat who had saddle thrombosis. The entire staff treated me with such kindness and urgency. I ended up making the choice to let him go peacefully, and the vet spoke to me with such sympathy and gentleness. I'm sure it was difficult for him to give me such heartbreaking news, but he spoke honestly yet tactfully. They also gave me the option to have custom necklace made with my sweetheart's paw print, something I will treasure forever. Not only was everyone incredibly kind to me, I received a hand-written sympathy card in the mail today about my sweet boy. It was such a simple, moving gesture that touched my heart. I'm visiting from Lilburn , Georgia and had to bring my dog Ellie in with a UTI. I have never experienced any Vets office as this. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made you feel special , very knowledgeable , excellent coustomer service. This office had no odor and was so clean. I was so impressed. When Dr. Eisele entered the exam room I immediately got the best feeling about him as person as well as a Vet. He is just full of knowledge. He immediately knew every answer to all questions . They were so nice to us and our puppies. I was so worried about my dog. They listened to our concerns and took care of us right away. We think she's having seizures, and she was super sick. I was pretty upset when we arrived. My eyes were tearing. The doctor examined our pup. He gave us his recommendations. I had to take my golden here after the other vet could not stop his seizures. The neurologist examined him and kept him over night. The next day I was able to bring him home to recover at home. They were so helpful in understanding I didn't have a lot of money so they arranged for me to pay on my next payday. They have answered every email and have a follow up appointment scheduled. The staff is super friendly and genuine. The inside is immaculate. I have brought my dogs here a few times and have had a good experience with two male vets and my dogs are all better now! The last time i went though, we had a female vet Dr. Oliver. She did not help with a solution to make my dog feel any better. Just ran several different tests... $1000 just for her to run all these tests and not even give us medication or anything to make her feel better! If I could give a ZERO star review I would. My families cat of 12 years was recently diagnosed with inoperable, advanced breast cancer. She is only a 12 year old cat, and I have sadly watched her decline rapidly over just one months time span. Dr. Cavanaugh has prescribed her pain medicine which has been the only thing helping her at this point. SVS will not refill her pain medicine because the vet who originally prescribed them is no longer there. They want us to take her back in and get another doctor to prescribe the same medicine she has been taking for a month. Mind you her tumors are so large, actually coming through her skin, and she is terrified of leaving the house and it is impossible to pick her up and get her to the doctors. I am so livid that they would not even offer an alternative medicine to get her by. she has not eaten in 5 days and they are so unwilling to work with us even knowing her condition. I hope they will never treat another situation in this manner and will actually take into consideration a families feelings. Read Less

My dog had bladder stones. I took him to svs and was quoted $4500 for the surgery. They seem very nice and caring however I had to get a second opinion as that price seemed very high. I ended up getting the surgery done elsewhere for $1100 . He is now fully recovered and I didn't have to get a second mortgage to get him better. If you have money to waste then by all all means go to svs. Of course they are very nice and caring when they are charging 4x as much as other places! Read Less

I could never thank the Doctors and Staff at SVS enough. Our Cosmo was in for repair on both of his back legs for ACL injuries. Cosmo can be very difficult and has many anxiety issues. I brought my Cat in due to a flea issue. Told them that we were just sitting in my car until they were ready to see me. They come and get me and then I sit in a room for 45 minutes and it's freezing in there and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable . Why not just leave me in my car? Makes no sense to me. Specialized Veterinary Services will far exceed any expectation you may have of an emergency hospital. I took my fifteen year old Corgi in as he was actively having uncontrolled seizures. From the moment we walked in, we were treated promptly, respectfully, and with utmost professionalism by EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER. I also have to individually mention Dr Jonathan Levine. He was extremely knowledgeable about this condition, the special needs of seniors, he was incredibly compassionate, willing to spend time with us answering questions, and his true concern surpassed any treatment I've ever received. He cares. He truly and sincerely cares. Cody was in the best of hands with everyone there. I have six senior rescues and meeting their physical needs is my priority. The doctors and staff here are terrific!  They are thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate.  We never felt rushed the entire process.  Our dog Maggie seemingly had a severe condition that seemed to be life threatening which resulted in several types of tests, labs, etc...and thousands of dollars.  However, we never felt that it was too much for the care Maggie received and the level of expertise that was given.  The best news is that Maggie's condition is treatable and we could not be more thankful to SVS! This past January we were flying from the Fort Myers airport back to Chicago and we had our miniature schnauzer Boo with us. Right before we got in line to go through security, we noticed that Boo was bleeding profusely from her mouth. We didn't know why she was bleeding and were obviously scared and upset. We rented a car from Alamo and they recommended that we take Boo to Specialized Veterinary Services. When we arrived at SVS, the staff was extremely kind and compassionate. They took Boo immediately and had us wait in a private room for the vet to speak with us. It turned out that Boo had an abscess in her mouth rupture so fortunately, she didn't have anythinglife threatening wrong with her. The vet was able to cauterize the abscess and we were able to get back to the airport and board another flight with Boo that afternoon. SVS called me the next day to follow up and see how Boo was doing. We live in Chicago and have a wonderful vet there but I will definitely go back to SVS if we ever need a vet again while we are in Naples.The staff was incredible and the facility was very modern, clean and comfortable. How can you not give five stars to a place that saves your dog multiple times.  Yes, the price is a bit steep but SVS has top notch doctors, technicians and staff. Our dog has been here a few times! Once when he ate a dead turtle, and another time for bladder stones. Dr. Cavanaugh and his team operated on Dozer after putting us at ease. Dr Olivier, Dr Campbell and Dr Brauner all took care of our little buddy over a stressful few weeks with stones. Dr Campbell even called us with test results on his day off!I'd highly recommend them when an unavoidable accident happens with your dog.  Just ensure your dog when they are a puppy and you won't mind the bill! Dr Amy oliver is an angel disguised as a vet.With that said, my wonderful cay of 18 years was in the late stages of congestive heart failure.  Which i only discovered at the end when it was too late. This place is equal to emergency room but for pets, they will bring a dying pet back from the brink of death. However, they will not hesitate to tell you if it will be better to euthanize. They focus on the well being and quality of life that the pet will have after treatment. Theyre not after racking up a massive bill, they will suggest what is best.  I didnt listen to amy, should have. My kitty threw a bloodclut a week after and sadly had a stroke. I had him euthanized and now hes on rainbow bridge waiting for me.Anyways, that was all things amy told me would happen, and due to my own selfish need contenued with treatments.The cost is what you would expect for this level of specialized care. This is not a normal vet clinic! Its an ER for pets and you need to understand that cost will reflect what an ER would charge. Equally you can expect that if your pet is in massive danger, this place will do everything in thier power to bring your pet back to stable conditions.  If your pet is dying, and there is a chance of survival...SVS is your greatest hope. Yesterday 08-01-16, I was on my way home from work and my wife Carol called me in a panic that Mickey (our Chihuahua) was choking on his food. I told her I'd call the vet and see what we could do and call her back.I called your office and Jenna answered, I explained the situation and she quickly put me in touch with Lauren one of the technician on duty. Lauren calmly explained to me how to do the Heimlich Maneuver and told me to get him to a vet ASAP. She was great and really helped me remain calm. I called my wife back and fortunately Mickey dislodged the food and was just gasping. As soon as I got home I took him to Pebble Brook to see Dr. Blair. She checked him out and there was no blockage. I also called Jenna back and told her Mickey was okay. I can't thank you and your team enough for their help, I was in a panic and they were masterful in helping me get through the crisis. When a life threatening event happens to your pet, you want to go to a vet that you can trust. Unfortunately, SVS has proved they are not an organization I can trust. I depended on SVS for a situation in which I believed my dog was bitten by a poisonous snake. The Vet failed to examine my dog fully, advised that it was "just allergies", charged me $150 (admitting $65 of it was unnecessary), then sent me (and my very sick dog) home. While my dog was vomiting and shaking, I had a feeling something wasn't right. I ended up finding bite marks on the side of his tongue, took him to the nearest Vet hospital and waited in the room praying my dog would come out alive. I am blessed to say that he is still here today. My dog is my family... and I almost lost him that day due to SVS's incompetence. People make mistakes, I understand that. So I notified SVS's management of the poor experience. No sympathy, no refund, no apology. I don't want anyone to experience what happened that day. I do not recommend this Vet for pet emergencies. If you have other options, spend your money where you and your pet will be treated with care.Read Less

On Dec 30th 2016 or Bernese Mountain Dog displayed sudden onset of pain and discomfort. As this was our first day back in Fort Myers I had not gotten a chance to get a veterinarian for our dog while we stay here seasonally. Or neighbors came across and saw that our dog was in trouble. I was given their vets name and called them quickly and was directed to SVS Emergency services. We got Bacchus in the car and rushed there. We were greeted in the waiting room by a Tech who took him back to assess him. We were told that Bach had in fact gotten bloat and his stomach was twisted. A surgeon on call was en route at the time. Bacchus was prepped for surgery and coded before he even got to the operating room. The Dr and staff brought him back and performed surgery and untwisted his stomach. All of this occurred in 2 hrs.of onset! If it hadn't been for the exceptional speed, professionalism, care and skill by these people, we would not be able to have the happy ending we have today!!! We will be forever grateful for this fine service we and our beloved dog received!!! Was referred here from a specialist to only get a joint tap. We waited for a very long time to and someone came in the room and said they had looked over our notes and advised that the doctor would probably want to run a bunch of tests, some of them that have been ran already, and said that someone would let us know the costs. When they came back in the room and advised us of the costs we about died. They wanted anywhere from $1,900 to $2,200 for the tests. I was floored!!! How in the world they expect people to pay these outrageous prices. We contacted our vet and advised them of what they were trying to do. Our vet told us to send them the cost estimate they were trying to do and to come to the office. We immediately sent over the document. Shortly after we received a call back and was advised that we could get all the tests at another location for $371 total. That is a least $1,500 less at the low end of the costs. We spoke with our specialist today and she was not to happy that they were trying to do a bunch of tests on our dog when they were only suppose to do a joint tap. Be very careful with this place. It seems like they want to administer procedures that are not needed for a very inflated price. I will never trust this place with my animals.Read Less

I had actually read some bad reviews, but my experience, other than the fact I had to put my kitty down, was very good. I didn't feel like I was forced to spend money. They showed me everything they could do with a full explanation of the process and the cost of everything. They suggested x-rays, but they were pretty pricey, and I felt that the blood work would tell most of the story. After the blood work, the doctor completely explained all of my options and what each entails. He explained the process of putting him down, down to the colors of each chemical and what each one would do. They packed him up in a nice cardboard box for me to take him with me. In September of 2014, our toy poodle hurt himself when he was only 7 months old. We were not sure where to go, but we did know that Specialized Veterinary Services had opened near us. We took our precious baby in there because we really had no idea what had happened. He had seriously injured himself by jumping and falling on his hind leg. For everything that he went through, including 3 to 4 visits a week on the underwater treadmill after surgery, we thought the total bill was very reasonable. More importantly, everyone was excellent with our precious baby. They were compassionate and caring, and the surgeon and staff were all outstanding. Last night, New Years Eve, December 31st. 2016, our little guy once again hurt his leg. We were scared, as he could barely walk. I called Specialized Veterinary Services and the friendly and caring receptionist told me to bring him right up. My son and I brought our dog up around 7pm or so. Once gain, everyone could not have been more friendly, and all seemed to genuinely care. From the check in process by a very friendly and caring receptionist, to all the other staff we saw last night, we knew we made the right decision once again. The doctor that saw our poodle took the time to explain everything to us, and told us the best- case to almost worst-case scenario. He was very detailed and articulate, as well as being extremely knowledgeable in his field. While we were waiting for discharge papers, they had a critical emergency come in. Even though that is a top priority, three different staff members apologized for us having to wait and explained what had occurred. From when I left home until I got back home, it had not even been two hours. The emergency visit, which included a comprehensive exam, as well as the medicine, turned out to be much cheaper than I expected. Our poodle is doing much better today, as we have already seen a huge improvement. Like many of us, our animals are our family. We love them and they return the love to us. It is nice to know that Specialized Veterinary Services are not only open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but they have an experienced, dedicated and professional team ready to take care of our pets when that emergency arises. Yes, this is a legitimate post and I get nothing for writing this outstanding review. I took the time to write it because there has to be other animal owners out there wondering what to do when their loved one gets injured or seriously ill. All of us should have a regular veterinary that we take our animals to. But when the unexpected emergency occurs, we have to be prepared. We all know these kind of things happen on a holiday or in the middle of the night, when most everywhere is closed. Last night I had to take my 5-pound poodle in to be looked at after he was attacked by another animal. When I came in the technician immediately saw that Sunny needed immediate attention and took him directly to the veterinarian. They examined him quickly and gave me a course of action of which so far has been correct. He had surgery today and is doing well and I should be able to pick him up tomorrow. The staff was very courteous and the veterinarians were easy to talk to. For emergency care I would highly recommend them. All I can say is check the cost first and if it is a true emergency go somewhere else, like viscera-prado in the cape, they actually had a vet on the premises and did a great job. I love this clinic!! Our dog was not in critical condition, but there were dogs there that were and they were taken care of immediately! I was so impressed with everyone there; so nice, friendly, and compassionate, as well as professional! Its very clean also! Not thrilled with this place. Quoted 4000-6000 dollars for surgery not including exams and blood work. I was able to find 3 other locations that quoted 2000-3000. Even the University of Florida's emergency care unit with some of the best animal surgeons in the country came in at half their price. It's a shame that they feel the need to take advantage of people at one of their most difficult times. If this is who you're calling, think twice. Call other locations to compare prices. Read Less

Before taking my dog Lucy (10+ year old cocker spangle) to SVS I had already spent approximately $3,000 on blood tests and meds.  over a 5 month period from a couple of different vets. Neither were able to determine her illness until finally her systems were starting to shut down. She couldn't hold anything down. I took her to the vet and had another blood test and he indicated that her white blood cell was off the charts and he thought she was going to die. He did recommend taking her to SVS. They did an ultrasound found out her gallbladder was the cause of her problems. They remove the gallbladder and with approximately 4 weeks of meds and rehab she is back to her old self.Lucy's operation and hospitalization was not cheap. But I do feel that SVS did everything they could to minimize my cost. Both Dr. Tollett and Dr. Messenger were compassionate to Lucy and to myself. They kept me informed of her progress on a daily basis. I also found the staff to be helpful and caring. I believe Lucy also sensed the attitudes of the people working at SVS as this is the only veterinarian facility she has ever been to where she has not been afraid to go in. Dr. Eisele and his team did an amazing job with surgery for my two Goldens! We drove all the way from Atlanta for the surgery to remove several cysts. They have recovered perfectly and we're so thankful for the expert attention and care they received. The entire SVS experience was first class - the consultative and caring nature of Dr. Eisele, the expert surgical skills, the awesome tech and front office teams - highest levels of professionalism on all fronts, which is very rare to find these days and highly appreciated. Dr.  Amy Oliver and her night time staff are wonderful- they treated both myself and my 9 year old  Lhasa-Shih with kindness and professionalism.  Within a minute of walking into the facility at 12am on a Friday night- I knew everything was going to be ok- I knew my boy was in the right hands.  Hurley started having diarrhea for about 24 hours- figured he would come around- but after three days he developed hyperemesis, melena and anorexia- whining .  I made an appoint with his regular vet for the following morning- but when he became hyperirritable I did not ant to wait.  They took him right in- Dr. Oliver included me in the decision making- gave me her opinions about what the problem could be, and told me what she thought should be done as far as diagnostics to verify her suspicions.  She then gave me a bill estimate and put the final decision about proceeding in my hands. She correctly diagnosed him with pancreatitis.  We discussed the disease and its causes- and I felt like a bad father!  He was neutered when he was 3 months old- and since that day, I figured the only future joy he would have on a daily basis would be the food he eats.  I have always supplemented his dog food with what I was eating- usually chicken and steak.  I guess after nine years of doggie bags, BOGO's on hamburgers, and laying at my feet at the dinner table waiting for a hand down, it caught up to his little pancreas. So after a few weeks of Rachel Ray food instead of Daddy Ray food- he is back to his bright eyed happy self.  Thank you Dr. Oliver for not only treating the acute problem of the pancreatitis but also the chronic problem of me forgetting that, even though he is my best buddy,  he is still a dog. I've always had great experiences with Specialized Veterinary Services.   I first visited with them when my regular vet found that my Newfoundland puppy had a heart murmur.   They are upfront and honest about the costs of all visits and procedures, and everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgable.  Dr Scruggs (the cardiologist) explained everything in terms that made complete sense to me and there were no surprises on the bill after the visit.  On my next visit, my experience was just as great as the first.  No surprise or hidden charges, everyone friendly and helpful.  Dr Scruggs again explained what was found on my dogs follow up cardioechogram and thoroughly explained all the options available.  I could not be happier with the service and care we have received from Dr Scruggs and everyone at SVS. I highly recommend this place if you want great care for your pet. I showed up around 1AM because my chihuahua had a feather caught in her throat. My dog got immediate attention and the help that she needed. It was clear that the Vet and the Tech both truly cared about my dogs needs and helped me feel at ease about the situation. Love this place because they saved my Doberman! I have a one year old doberman who LOVES to eat or should I say swallow pacifiers! Which caused my poor dog have a serious obstruction. He had to have emergency surgery. I really didn't think he was going to make it. What I thought was so unique about this place and I think that everyone should know; while I was comforting my dog by literally sitting inside the kennel with him before he had surgery I couldn't help but listen to all the vets and technicians. They seriously talk to every animal in there like its their own. It was awesome to see the passion they had for pets. This place is a bit pricey,BUT it doesn't pay to be cheap on the health of your pets.The care that this place has to offer is nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. This is the only vet I have ever taken my dog to that I actually loved (hated all the others)! My doggy had an alergic reaction and they took care of her so well and even addressed my other concerns as well. They did everything and more that I would expect a good vet to do. My Dixie just had a reaction to her vaccines but the care that this staff showed my baby was amazing. I feel like they truly cared about her well being which is not an experience I've had with most 24 hr vet clinics. I've been to a few that you can tell are all about the $$$$. My husband and I took our 6 year old cat Flupi to SVS when she was in dire straights - multi system organ failure - unknown etiology. Yes, tremendously expensive. But Dr. Messinger was absolutely amazing. She is so talented and saved our cat's life when others told us to take her home to die. All of the staff were great. I do understand the other's review that money is definitely something regularly discussed and there is definitely a culture that they are taught. But they deal with life and death situations with animals all day long and they do have to get paid for what they do. It was almost as expensive as a human hospital. However, what they did for our cat was highly specialized and they brought her back from the dead. We found out what was wrong with her and now have her on a regime to keep her going hopefully for many years to come. Read Less

This animal er has all the bells and whistles. My first contact with them saved my puppies life. He had eaten sand & sea shells & had a bowel obstruction. They quoted $6000US for the surgery, when I blurted out I only had $3000US in savings they immediately accepted that & did the surgery, which saved his life no kidding.   The second time I went there about a year later it was for the same thing except this time my dog ate out of the trash & ate cheese cloth & other items. I took him to this same place, because he was in obvious trouble...it was a real disappointment. All the staff was different & they straight up told me unless I could come up with the money that they wouldn't help my dog and then offered me the phone number of our local animal shelter to 'surrender him so they could humanly euthanize him'. Thats a direct word for word quote. Repeated over & over. They would not negotiate at all. I finally pursuaded a friend to lend me most of the money but I was about 400 short....they would not accept that.  For the entire time I was there the only thing said to me  regularly & repeated often other than surgery was I could 'surrender'.....'to be humanly euthanized. Also it was a long time before I was 'allowed' to see the xrays for which I spent $416US. I saw the obstruction. It was in the stomach.With a heavy heart I took my dog friend home, planning to see our regular vet the next morning.. After arriving home my dog got really sick to his stomach and vomited one piece of cheese along with some other items. Alls well that ended well.   I will NEVER go to this place again as what they really are about is the money. Everyone was politically correct, & saccarin sweet. The whole staff seems to be trained in customer management.Ultimately I learned that truly they said they cared but they didnt act like it. How can you tell the owner of a 16 month Golden Retriever that you'll make a referral for euthanasia due to lack of funds. The only thing they did for me was to fill out an application for credit, which came back rejected. As a result of my second experience I am very, sad to say, distrustful of these people and will not be rushing to them in an emergency. The only reason I want to+ them was because this is where my regular vet advises for after hours emergency care. I have already shared my experience with my dogs regular vet now im sharing it with Yelp. I do hope that this was an isolated incident. But I realize that it isn't as while I was waiting, there were a number of disgruntled people who were also quite vocal about their situations. All in all the facility seems clean at least what the clients see. Strangely enough they won't let you in the area where they keep the dogs while waiting for treatment....So sad to say I've lost confidence in this company, completely.  I'm not happy about reporting this at all. But it is the truth & I would like to save others the grief I went through. By the way, later I learned that they could have induced vomiting, which as I mentioned before my dog did on his own after I brought him home, much to my relief, and his no doubt. These people didnt even call to see how he was. That is a big clue as to the level of compassion or actually lack there of. So so sorry this is the case, all true. Read Less
