I recently had my cat put down. Karma was 17 yrs old. It was a very difficult and devastating moment in our lives. Dr Scott and her staff made the experience bearable with their understanding and compassion. The staff allowed use all time needed to say goodbye and mourn. I am so grateful and thankful to have Dr. Scott and her staff as my vet and for making a heartbreaking moment bearable. I Love them for life.... Dr. Scott will always be the vet for my pets. I took my dog here to get her up to date on her shots and health records for boarding and specifically informed the staff of this. I felt the Vet and her receptionist were short with me, but hey some people aren't social. Looking back I realize that they were showing me their customer service skills. Usually when people that work with animals meet my pup they at least act interested and pet or compliment her. That's besides the point though...Anyways, when I went to board my pet I couldn't because they didn't complete a full physical and do a fecal test. I mean my dog was taken into the back, but I guess they just weighed her and didn't do what EVERY other vet I have ever gone to does. When I called to clarify her receptionist was less than cordial and pretty much told me I should know this by reading my bill. I'm sorry I'm not trained in vet lingo and didn't know that a "physical" at that facility was not as thorough as the ones my dog normally receives. I wish I had read the reviews about their customer service before taking my pup there. Read Less

I came to this clinic and specifically informed them that I needed my dogs health record updated for boarding. My bill listed the vaccines given and an "annual physical". Imagine my shock when the boarding facility did not want to accept her because a fecal test was not done. I contacted the vet thinking that surely it was part of the physical, I mean they took my pet in the back room for a bit, which is when MOST vets do this test. I was informed by the less than polite receptionist that it was not done and he pretty much insinuated I should know this because I have a copy of my bill. I'm sorry that I'm not the trained professional in vet lingo. EVERY other vet that has ever treated my dog has performed this exam with her physical, so how was I to know this wasn't included. I would be more inclined to leave a higher rating if I had not been met with such horrible customer service,. I was more than polite when I called to clarify because I honestly thought it was a misunderstanding. If you choose to use this vet, even though I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, ask questions and bring your old records to compare so that you know your pet received everything they normally get. HORRIBLE experience. I brought my Pomeranian who I hypothesized had a stroke in to be examined. I scheduled an appointment, and due to traffic and picking up my sick granddaughter from school, was 30 minutes late. My dog was laying in a basket and couldn't even raise his head up and she REFUSED to even examine him. How can you call yourself a vet if you won't even help a sick animal who obviously in distress? We have been patients since 2004. On top of all this, the vet had the nerve to be rude and scold me for being late. I told her I had tried very hard to get there on time. She told me she was not going to pay her staff overtime to look at my dog. DON'T GO HERE. It's filthy inside, run down and horrible customer service. I don't think this vet cares anymore about animals or her customers. Read Less

Insensitive staff. If you walk in after 4:00pm they won't help you. Customer service is rude. Wasn't even there for more than 5 minutes when they told me to go to a different Vet.

I gave this clinic one star because there was not an option for zero star. If you trust ratings read this. I walked in with my great dane puppy that had diarrhea for 24 hours straight. I was so scared and even called the clinic to ask what time they closed and they were open so I went there. When I walked in I told the vet how worried I was that my puppy was acting abnormal and about her diarrhea. The woman vet did not attempt to exam my puppy or have any interest to. She said and quote, "I see, well we are closing in 15 minutes so it sounds like you should go somewhere else. We don't have time to check out your dog." Really? How do you call yourself a Veterinary Clinic if you will not treat an ill puppy. Why stay open if you will not check out animals? Save yourself time and frustration and skip this vet completely and go to VCA Animal Hospital (where I ended up taking my puppy and it was an AMAZING experience) that is one mile down the road. P.s. This vet is literally a shack and it's dirty. Read Less
