If I could give every one of the Haile staff 10 GOLD stars, I would. They each have hearts that are 100% gold. My precious dog was diagnosed with kidney disease years ago. As it worsened, he required receiving fluids under his skin. This had to be done every other day.- no exceptions, to keep him stable, and going as healthy as he could for as long as possible. Every other day, I brought him in, and faithfully, the techs would give him his fluids. The fee for this was more than fair and reasonable- which made it affordable. This allowed us to have 2 plus more years with our boy. Most of that time was full and happy, but as he slowly declined, I would ask "when will I know?". During the pandemic, we saw the staff at Haile much more than we saw our own family- they became like our family, and they always treated my boy with the utmost tenderness and care. It was apparent that they loved him too. I thought when he was ready "to go", he'd stop eating. That was not the case. He had a terrible seizure one night (he never had one before), and was in much distress afterwards. The next day, in a quiet room, I held him. His favorite food was chicken. I fed him chicken- which he devoured. (I wondered if it was really "time" to let him go.) I remembered the seizure, and the hours after, and knew it was only a matter of time before that would happen again. Would it be worse, would we be home? I KNEW it was time. The vet gave him the sedative, and then the final medicine. As well as my husband and I in the room with Dr. Adams, there were two of the amazing vet techs who knew him and cared for him -they were petting him, comforting him too as the medine wss given. It was very peaceful and appreciated. The angels at the vet clinic are the staff who work there. They are the kindest, most loving group of people I've ever known. I appreciate what they did for my precious boy, and the support they gave, me. I adopted a kitten from ACAS and Haile was listed as a clinic to bring him to. I had brought my other cat to Banfield after adoption and wanted to try somewhere new. When I called to schedule the appointment the receptionist was so kind and got me an appointment right away. When I arrived there was a welcome sign with my pets name on it and the lobby was very clean. The vet tech was very helpful and kind to my kitten. My only complaint would be I did wait quite a long time however I will still be back with my other cat as well!

I am the father of Heidi Angel Wyatt, and I just love the staff and doctors of the clinic. They really care about the pets they serve. they have been there with me through thick and thin with My little Pee Paw Wyatt that I had to send to heaven. Put they where with me through the heart breaking experience all the way.
And now that I have my Little Heidi Angel Wyatt That I've had since a puppy and is now 1 year and 4 months, Haile Plantation Animal clinic has given my baby the upmost care and respect. And not only to Heidi, but to use as her parents.
So we just want to say that we love you all very much!

I’ve been taking my service dog Bailer to haile plantation animal clinic for just over a year know.They have been very accommodating to our emergency’s and have let us stay together for his appointment there.It truly means a lot to have a good vet for him because I don’t have kids and it’s just him and I at home ,I can sometimes get very worried over small things that idk are small .Like last year when he split his nail open and I not knowing it would take about 2 Seconds to fix was in a panic after running to the closest vet with a huge charge +a couple hours wait I brought him over to them and was in n out in about 4 minutes.I guess what I’m getting at is when a group of people treat your animal in my case my service dog as they would there own it makes everyone comfortable.I can tell he feels safe when I leave him for a monthly bath because he walks right back doesn’t try to take me with him even tho a good bath would do me good.When I pick him up he’s clean and happy and I got do the one thing I do everytime he gets a bath I go to the range for gun therapy.

I took our cat Tres to the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic for her annual checkup. Although she seemed fine, Dr. Moser did a thorough examination and discovered a bad tooth that was undoubtedly causing Tres a lot of pain. Dr. Moser removed the problem tooth with no problems, and now Tres is pain free and happily laying around the house again. I am impressed with Dr. Moser's skills, but also with her genuine concern regarding Tres' problem. My overall impression of the clinic is that everyone working there wants to be there because of a love of animals. I would recommend this clinic and will continue to take our pets there.

Dr. McCollough was very kind and knowledgable. However, I would agree with the other reviews. The staff has minimal, if any communication with patients. We signed up for a "puppy plan". NOT once were were told when the next vaccines were due until we asked or were called to say we were going to be late. NOT ONCE did anyone ask before we left to set up our next appointment. The most I got when I asked/questioned was "you should download the app, it's all on there". Our shot schedule was not entered correctly, and our puppy almost got the wrong shots. NOT ONCE did anyone explain that this plan "rolls over" automatically to an adult plan and you continue to get charged. I questioned this with the office manager, who again was less than helpful and was told "YOU signed the contract, it isn't our job to tell you that". Clearly more training is needed. Such a shame as I know they do so much for the community.

I brought him back in and they took no responsibility and had the audacity to charge me for his appointment. Shortly after my poor pup spent a week in the ICU at the UF hospital who thankfully saved his life $5,000 later. Oh also...I now get his skin allergy meds at 1/4 of the price I was charged at Haile.

First I want to make it clear that the Dr. we saw was very good, no complaints however, the staff is not the best. Walked in and although someone was checking out there were 2 people at the desk and I was never acknowledged after standing there for several minutes, finally went and sat down.My pet was quite heavy and in a carrier so when the male technician came to get us I asked if he would mind carrying my pet into the exam room. He gave me a look like, "Why don't you carry your own carrier (I have a bad back)" before he finally picked up the carrier and on the way in stated, "I hope you don't expect me to carry this to your car after the exam." At this point I told him my husband was there and had brought the carrier in. Don't know if he was trying to be funny or was just rude but I was too stressed by my sick pet at that time to think about it but when I did, I became angry! This clinic needs a professionalism check. I won't be back.

We love Haile Plantation vet clinic. I called Haile Plantation vet clinic for a home visit for my elderly really large dog that I had trouble moving into and out of the car. Dr. McCullough and her tech came to my house and did a wonderful job with my dog. Dr. McCullough is extremely informed, really great to interact with and uses extreme common sense with respect to her customers. I am always very pleased with cost of care at this clinic, which is always well described and discussed before procedures are done. Dr. Rob took over the care of my elderly dog and now looks after my duo of pups and is equally informed, pleasant to work with and excellent with our pets. The techs and staff at the clinic are also excellent.

The very second we walked in we were greeted with the love of the amazing staff. About 5 people came out to say hi to our little puppy and they showed us nothing but love! The tech was amazing, the receptionists were amazing and the Vet was amazing! We have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They showed us all of our options and gave us a great deal for all of the puppy essentials. Never once did I feel pressured or like up-selling me. We cannot wait to keep taking our little puppy to this Clinic!

Adopted a rescue cat in October, went here because it was one of the clinics that would do a free examination and fecal exam on my pet within the first week of adoption. We went in, the people were nice and all, they really loved our pet. They didn't do or mention the fecal exam at all while we were there, which is one of the main reasons we picked the clinic, they also offered to clip her nails while we were there and waiting for the vet, but they didn't tell us it would be a $12 service. They did the examination and all and gave her a flea medication and told us we would get a heart worm prevention medication too, which we never received. When they told us we were all ready to go, I asked if there was anything I had to do (i.e. pay for anything), they said no, we were fine to leave. As we were approaching the exit, we got called back and told we needed to pay for the nail clipping and the medication they gave her. I was frustrated, but I paid. Then 4 months AFTER the appointment I get an envelope in the mail from them with an EMPTY bag and sticky note attached saying that was the heart worm medication I had paid for but didn't get at the appointment. I was really upset that such a place with great reviews (I wanted a good clinic to take my new rescue to) made such a huge mistake and then realized it 4 MONTHS LATER and tried to correct it but STILL messed up. Didn't bother to call back to explain the situation because I didn't need the headache of having to deal with them again. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them again.

My family is new to Gainesville, FL, so we decided to add a lab puppy to our family to help the kids adjust. I looked for a Veterinarian that would provide my family the assurance of care that a new puppy required. I was very pleased with the service that the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic provided - they were professional, well-versed, and didn't try to pile on additional procedures and fees that were note needed. I was totally please with the cost and the entire staff provided prompt and friendly service. The warm and professional atmosphere and caring attention from everyone that we encountered made this an easy choice for me and family - the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic is our Veterinarian for the four-legged addition to our family!

This is the most amazing animal clinic I've ever been to. The location is beautiful and the clinic itself is spotless and well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and they are always happy to see my dog Vigo. When I go out of town I leave him there for boarding as well because they are one of the few people I trust to take care of him and because he is always so happy when I go to pick him up. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We tried out a few vet hospitals before finding Haile, and it is leaps and bounds above the others. The vets are all extremely friendly and personable, and I feel like they genuinely care about the animals more than the money. Appointments never feel rushed; they always make sure to answer every question and discuss all options, address any financial concerns, and make sure you're comfortable with any procedures they will be doing. They can handle feisty pets, which you'd think is true of every clinic but you'd be surprised. Our cat is difficult at the vet, and they are very understanding about it and never have issues getting done what they need to. They also run a boarding service which we've used several times and it's very affordable. While my cat may not like going to the vet, I am comfortable knowing she's in safe and kind hands.

The service is on point (like providing appt. reminders by phone) and the facility is clean. It is a one stop shop providing vet care, grooming, and boarding (with check-in/check-out times based on hours of operation NOT based on a hotel model). They definitely demonstrate that their chief priority is the health of animals -- running not just a vet. clinic but also facilitating with pet adoptions.I have always felt that my pet's health is covered under their care and my pet's information is easily accessible through direct contact or by using their online pet portal application.

This is my choice for veterinary care in the SW and Haile Area. Dr. McCullough who owns the office is very nice and she really loves animals (well since she is a vet I guess that was a given) but I mean REALLY! They have Haile's Angels - which is an adoption program for Cats and Dogs and they always have kitties in the waiting room waiting to be adopted. They also provide boarding on site which is not expensive and very convenient.

If I could give every one of the Haile staff 10 GOLD stars, I would. They each have hearts that are 100% gold. My precious dog was diagnosed with kidney disease years ago. As it worsened, he required receiving fluids under his skin. This had to be done every other day.- no exceptions, to keep him stable, and going as healthy as he could for as long as possible. Every other day, I brought him in, and faithfully, the techs would give him his fluids. The fee for this was more than fair and reasonable- which made it affordable. This allowed us to have 2 plus more years with our boy. Most of that time was full and happy, but as he slowly declined, I would ask "when will I know?". During the pandemic, we saw the staff at Haile much more than we saw our own family- they became like our family, and they always treated my boy with the utmost tenderness and care. It was apparent that they loved him too. I thought when he was ready "to go", he'd stop eating. That was not the case. He had a terrible seizure one night (he never had one before), and was in much distress afterwards. The next day, in a quiet room, I held him. His favorite food was chicken. I fed him chicken- which he devoured. (I wondered if it was really "time" to let him go.) I remembered the seizure, and the hours after, and knew it was only a matter of time before that would happen again. Would it be worse, would we be home? I KNEW it was time. The vet gave him the sedative, and then the final medicine. As well as my husband and I in the room with Dr. Adams, there were two of the amazing vet techs who knew him and cared for him -they were petting him, comforting him too as the medine wss given. It was very peaceful and appreciated. The angels at the vet clinic are the staff who work there. They are the kindest, most loving group of people I've ever known. I appreciate what they did for my precious boy, and the support they gave, me. They have gone above and beyond for us time and time again, to always do what was in the best interest of my precious boy Cooper. With Eternal Gratitude, Carrie

I adopted a kitten from ACAS and Haile was listed as a clinic to bring him to. I had brought my other cat to Banfield after adoption and wanted to try somewhere new. When I called to schedule the appointment the receptionist was so kind and got me an appointment right away. When I arrived there was a welcome sign with my pets name on it and the lobby was very clean. The vet tech was very helpful and kind to my kitten. My only complaint would be I did wait quite a long time however I will still be back with my other cat as well!

They really care about the pets they serve. they have been there with me through thick and thin with My little Pee Paw Wyatt that I had to send to heaven. Put they where with me through the heart breaking experience all the way.
And now that I have my Little Heidi Angel Wyatt That I've had since a puppy and is now 1 year and 4 months, Haile Plantation Animal clinic has given my baby the upmost care and respect. And not only to Heidi, but to use as her parents.

I’ve been taking my service dog Bailer to haile plantation animal clinic for just over a year know.They have been very accommodating to our emergency’s and have let us stay together for his appointment there.It truly means a lot to have a good vet for him because I don’t have kids and it’s just him and I at home ,I can sometimes get very worried over small things that idk are small .Like last year when he split his nail open and I not knowing it would take about 2 Seconds to fix was in a panic after running to the closest vet with a huge charge +a couple hours wait I brought him over to them and was in n out in about 4 minutes.I guess what I’m getting at is when a group of people treat your animal in my case my service dog as they would there own it makes everyone comfortable.I can tell he feels safe when I leave him for a monthly bath because he walks right back doesn’t try to take me with him even tho a good bath would do me good.When I pick him up he’s clean and happy and I got do the one thing I do everytime he gets a bath I go to the range for gun therapy.

I took our cat Tres to the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic for her annual checkup. Although she seemed fine, Dr. Moser did a thorough examination and discovered a bad tooth that was undoubtedly causing Tres a lot of pain. Dr. Moser removed the problem tooth with no problems, and now Tres is pain free and happily laying around the house again. I am impressed with Dr. Moser's skills, but also with her genuine concern regarding Tres' problem. My overall impression of the clinic is that everyone working there wants to be there because of a love of animals. I would recommend this clinic and will continue to take our pets there.

Dr. McCollough was very kind and knowledgable. However, I would agree with the other reviews. The staff has minimal, if any communication with patients. We signed up for a "puppy plan". NOT once were were told when the next vaccines were due until we asked or were called to say we were going to be late. NOT ONCE did anyone ask before we left to set up our next appointment. The most I got when I asked/questioned was "you should download the app, it's all on there". Our shot schedule was not entered correctly, and our puppy almost got the wrong shots. NOT ONCE did anyone explain that this plan "rolls over" automatically to an adult plan and you continue to get charged. I questioned this with the office manager, who again was less than helpful and was told "YOU signed the contract, it isn't our job to tell you that". Clearly more training is needed. Such a shame as I know they do so much for the community.

I brought him back in and they took no responsibility and had the audacity to charge me for his appointment. Shortly after my poor pup spent a week in the ICU at the UF hospital who thankfully saved his life $5,000 later. Oh also...I now get his skin allergy meds at 1/4 of the price I was charged at Haile.

First I want to make it clear that the Dr. we saw was very good, no complaints however, the staff is not the best. Walked in and although someone was checking out there were 2 people at the desk and I was never acknowledged after standing there for several minutes, finally went and sat down.My pet was quite heavy and in a carrier so when the male technician came to get us I asked if he would mind carrying my pet into the exam room. He gave me a look like, "Why don't you carry your own carrier (I have a bad back)" before he finally picked up the carrier and on the way in stated, "I hope you don't expect me to carry this to your car after the exam." At this point I told him my husband was there and had brought the carrier in. Don't know if he was trying to be funny or was just rude but I was too stressed by my sick pet at that time to think about it but when I did, I became angry! This clinic needs a professionalism check. I won't be back.

We love Haile Plantation vet clinic. I called Haile Plantation vet clinic for a home visit for my elderly really large dog that I had trouble moving into and out of the car. Dr. McCullough and her tech came to my house and did a wonderful job with my dog. Dr. McCullough is extremely informed, really great to interact with and uses extreme common sense with respect to her customers. I am always very pleased with cost of care at this clinic, which is always well described and discussed before procedures are done. Dr. Rob took over the care of my elderly dog and now looks after my duo of pups and is equally informed, pleasant to work with and excellent with our pets. The techs and staff at the clinic are also excellent.

The very second we walked in we were greeted with the love of the amazing staff. About 5 people came out to say hi to our little puppy and they showed us nothing but love! The tech was amazing, the receptionists were amazing and the Vet was amazing! We have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They showed us all of our options and gave us a great deal for all of the puppy essentials. Never once did I feel pressured or like up-selling me. We cannot wait to keep taking our little puppy to this Clinic!

Adopted a rescue cat in October, went here because it was one of the clinics that would do a free examination and fecal exam on my pet within the first week of adoption. We went in, the people were nice and all, they really loved our pet. They didn't do or mention the fecal exam at all while we were there, which is one of the main reasons we picked the clinic, they also offered to clip her nails while we were there and waiting for the vet, but they didn't tell us it would be a $12 service. They did the examination and all and gave her a flea medication and told us we would get a heart worm prevention medication too, which we never received. When they told us we were all ready to go, I asked if there was anything I had to do (i.e. pay for anything), they said no, we were fine to leave. As we were approaching the exit, we got called back and told we needed to pay for the nail clipping and the medication they gave her. I was frustrated, but I paid. Then 4 months AFTER the appointment I get an envelope in the mail from them with an EMPTY bag and sticky note attached saying that was the heart worm medication I had paid for but didn't get at the appointment. I was really upset that such a place with great reviews (I wanted a good clinic to take my new rescue to) made such a huge mistake and then realized it 4 MONTHS LATER and tried to correct it but STILL messed up. Didn't bother to call back to explain the situation because I didn't need the headache of having to deal with them again. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them again.

My family is new to Gainesville, FL, so we decided to add a lab puppy to our family to help the kids adjust. I looked for a Veterinarian that would provide my family the assurance of care that a new puppy required. I was very pleased with the service that the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic provided - they were professional, well-versed, and didn't try to pile on additional procedures and fees that were note needed. I was totally please with the cost and the entire staff provided prompt and friendly service. The warm and professional atmosphere and caring attention from everyone that we encountered made this an easy choice for me and family - the Haile Plantation Animal Clinic is our Veterinarian for the four-legged addition to our family!

We've been taking our cats to Haile Plantation Animal Clinic for the past two years. The care has been excellent. One of our cats recently had surgery and they did a terrific job caring for her. They have been up front about costs and options. Staff are courteous and helpful. The vets take their time during the exams and answer any questions we have. So far our experience has been very good and we would recommend them to others.

Dr. Linda is awesome and her home visits meant so much to us when our late Brees could no longer make it into the clinic. They all truly care about the animals, and I absolutely love all that they do for Hailes Angels Pet Rescue. This is the most amazing animal clinic I've ever been to. The location is beautiful and the clinic itself is spotless and well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and they are always happy to see my dog Vigo. When I go out of town I leave him there for boarding as well because they are one of the few people I trust to take care of him and because he is always so happy when I go to pick him up. We tried out a few vet hospitals before finding Haile, and it is leaps and bounds above the others. The vets are all extremely friendly and personable, and I feel like they genuinely care about the animals more than the money. Appointments never feel rushed; they always make sure to answer every question and discuss all options, address any financial concerns, and make sure you're comfortable with any procedures they will be doing. They can handle feisty pets, which you'd think is true of every clinic but you'd be surprised. Our cat is difficult at the vet, and they are very understanding about it and never have issues getting done what they need to. They also run a boarding service which we've used several times and it's very affordable. While my cat may not like going to the vet, I am comfortable knowing she's in safe and kind hands.

It is a one stop shop providing vet care, grooming, and boarding (with check-in/check-out times based on hours of operation NOT based on a hotel model). They definitely demonstrate that their chief priority is the health of animals -- running not just a vet. clinic but also facilitating with pet adoptions.I have always felt that my pet's health is covered under their care and my pet's information is easily accessible through direct contact or by using their online pet portal application.

This is my choice for veterinary care in the SW and Haile Area. Dr. McCullough who owns the office is very nice and she really loves animals (well since she is a vet I guess that was a given) but I mean REALLY! They have Haile's Angels - which is an adoption program for Cats and Dogs and they always have kitties in the waiting room waiting to be adopted. They also provide boarding on site which is not expensive and very convenient.
