Finding The Veterinary Center at Hunter's Crossing felt like home immediately. Dr. Anna Ligman is the most professional, brilliant, thorough, no-nonsense, hard working, patient, compassionate and loving vet I've ever met. She is relentless at finding the root cause of all issues,
crosses every "t" and dots every "i" in making sure every pet receives the best care on the planet.
Her girls are sweet, kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is top of the line, immaculate and pristine.
Thank you, Dr. Ligman for providing the best care for my fur babies, for understanding how much anxiety I suffer when they are not well and for always bringing them back to perfect health and teeth!!!! Gryphon and Jules love you beyond words!!!!

I love that once the team at The Veterinary Center at Hunters Crossing hears my pup’s name they know us and are excited she’s there! This is top-notch care - Dr. Ligman and Dr. Rogers are simply the best. It’s because you can hear how much they love being vets! They have enthusiasm to tell you everything and answer anything you ask. I know my pup is in knowledgeable and loving hands. Great facility, clean and professional. All the staff members are very friendly and educated in their field. They were very accommodating with schedule changes i had to make due to my work schedule and I am very appreciative of them. Dr. Ligman and Dr. Rogers have been pleasant to speak with and very clear and informative about the care provided and treatment plans for my dogs. Its important that i feel comfortable leaving my dogs with competent individuals who know their trade and will provide the best possible care. I have given a 5 star rating based on cleanliness of the establishment, positive interaction with the front desk ladies, their willingness to accommodate my schedule, and high level of professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Ligman, Dr. Rogers and their technicians. I highly recommend using this clinic as your primary care provider for your animals.

This is BY FAR the best vet clinic in town. The staff is super friendly and caring about each pup that walked in. My dog was treated with respect and love from everyone in the office. Dr. Ligman couldn’t have been more friendly and really took the time to visit and asses the proper treatment for my puppy. Every time I call they answer with positivity and help schedule me right away. I would trust all advice Dr. Ligman gives me and know my pups are in the best hands possible! Called again and told the other vet tech could not help me, but that Dr. Anna Ligman would return my call. Nothing. Called again and was told my call would be returned. Nothing. After 4 days she left a VM for me and said to call her back, but that she was leaving for that day. ??? Understandably upset, I sent this message via the website, "I’ve been calling and waiting since MONDAY to get meds for my dog. FIVE DAYS. What the actual f*ck is the problem?" They told me today, Friday, that they could no longer be of service to me.
I'd already been having issues with hour long waits in the hot parking lot with no one interacting with me, and having to call reception twice before anyone came out to help me. I'd kept Dr. Anna Ligman as my veterinarian because once I could actually get in to see her, she was great with my dog. I don't know what happened to this clinic, but whatever it is, it's quite unfortunate.

I have 3 older cats (2 chubbies and 1 diabetic) so you can imagine the challenges with dental care, weight control and diabetes. I have full confidence in the treatment they have received. In addition, a cost estimate of recommended treatments is given so there are no surprises in the end. The staff are wonderful and the hours of operation are very convenient.

Not at all satisfied with this place my pets are both seen at this practice. However, I called in today to have my pets taken in for a dental cleaning and was quoted and outrageous price in the neighborhood or around 350 give or take. and that’s not including pre op blood work. I was told before when I called that the procedure would only cost $175 because February was where they were running a special. The person on the phone told me oh ya the doctor might have quoted you that before but the price has gone up. But if that’s what we told you I will ask the doctor and call you back. I asked the tech if she would make sure that she would please call me back because this is the second time I called to make an appointment and no one called me back. she reassured me yes someone will get back with you today. Well that was a lie no one called me back. I guess the doctor does not wish to make money only price goug people and rip them off. So I assume that’s why I didn’t receive a call back but that’s fine my money is good else where at other practices.

The facility is modern and immaculate and the staff is so warm and friendly. Dr Ligman is very thorough. She gets down on the floor with my dogs and her examinations are more detailed than I've ever seen. She really takes the time to answer all my questions and explain medical stuff... she gives me lots of information and multiple options. Her dental work is top notch. My dogs are never bruised after a dental, and their breath is amazing. She put my senior girl to sleep a few years ago and shed a tear with us. The staff even sent us a condolence card. She's now helping us with our two seniors, and I don't know what I would do without her and her gentle, compassionate staff walking this path with us. I feel like I always have all the support and guidance I need to make the best possible choices about my pets health.

It's like walking into a spa, very modern and state of the art. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's great to be greeted by name every time I walk in, as well as my dog. If I ever have questions that aren't answered during a visit, one of the amazing staff members gets the answer and calls me; unlike some businesses that tell you they will get back to you and never do.
Dr. Ligman is beyond words in her dedication and veterinary knowledge. She treats you like you are her only appointment all day (which is certainly not the case). For my initial visit with my new puppy the tech spent 20 minutes getting to know my puppy and my concerns and questions, answering many of them. Dr. Ligman then spent another 30 minutes with me going over breed specific information, answering my laundry list of questions, and getting to know my puppy and I. I never felt rushed and it was a joy to interact with her.
We had a concern about my puppies ear crop so she took pictures with her personal cell phone and sent them to a colleague who specializes in that area. After speaking to him she personally called me and spoke with me on the phone for at least 20 minutes discussing everything. She recommended he do her spay and gastropexy at the same time, taking business away from herself, so that everything could be done with one operation. She clearly cares more about her people and their pets than her bottom line.
Obviously to get service like this you are going to pay an arm and a leg right? Wrong. Her prices are beyond affordable and their are no surprises. The dog food I get from them is $20 cheaper than Amazon. They recommend the products that they carry because they spent the time to research them and know they are the best, not just because they want to make more money from the shelves.
It would be impossible to recommend a provider and staff more highly.
Additional review for the custom dog shampoo they carry: It's epic! Her coat is shinning like a diamond and she smells like sugar cookies. Fair warning though; you may look awkward smelling your dog in public, which is a problem for me because as a 31 year old man with a Doberman, it really gets in the way of my macho complex :)

We love The Vet Center at Hunters Crossing! Dr. Ligman is thorough and takes her time with all my pups. I have three dogs and she provides them each individual attention to make sure all are taken care of. I have one young dog with chronic allergies that she has been extremely helpful and has worked directly with my specialists. We are at the vet consistently with my allergy dog, so it was very important when I moved to Gainesville to find a veterinarian that I could work with to provide the best care for my family members. Dr. Ligman was the recommended to me by multiple people in town and rightly so. Her staff is always pleasant and experienced!

Dr. Ligman does not talk down to you, she is amazing and she and her whole staff treat you like friends. I have never felt more welcome at a veterinarian, and no one shoved estimates under my nose forcing me to sign away before I even thought about what needed to be done. The Vet Center is a beautiful, clean facility and is very inviting the minute you step through the door. The staff is among the friendliest I've ever met, anywhere, and Dr. Ligman is highly knowledgeable and my Marco loved her and her technicians. She cares that her human patients understand everything going on with their pets and is very patient and thorough explaining the procedure. Their prices are also very, very affordable, especially for a college student like me. I highly recommend The Vet Center!

It wasn't long after that before I realized the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable as well. They welcomed me and answered all my questions professionally with a smile. It was without a doubt the nicest animal clinic I have ever been in and a great staff. I highly recommend it!

Finding The Veterinary Center at Hunter's Crossing felt like home immediately. Dr. Anna Ligman is the most professional, brilliant, thorough, no-nonsense, hard working, patient, compassionate and loving vet I've ever met. She is relentless at finding the root cause of all issues,
crosses every "t" and dots every "i" in making sure every pet receives the best care on the planet.
Her girls are sweet, kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is top of the line, immaculate and pristine.
Thank you, Dr. Ligman for providing the best care for my fur babies, for understanding how much anxiety I suffer when they are not well and for always bringing them back to perfect health and teeth!!!! Gryphon and Jules love you beyond words!!!!

They were very accommodating with schedule changes i had to make due to my work schedule and I am very appreciative of them. Dr. Ligman and Dr. Rogers have been pleasant to speak with and very clear and informative about the care provided and treatment plans for my dogs. Its important that i feel comfortable leaving my dogs with competent individuals who know their trade and will provide the best possible care. I have given a 5 star rating based on cleanliness of the establishment, positive interaction with the front desk ladies, their willingness to accommodate my schedule, and high level of professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Ligman, Dr. Rogers and their technicians. Dr. Ligman couldn’t have been more friendly and really took the time to visit and asses the proper treatment for my puppy. Called for meds for my dog on Monday, told they would call me back, no response. Called again, and was told Dr. Anna Ligman wasn't there, but would call back the next morning. No call back. Called again and told the other vet tech could not help me, but that Dr. Anna Ligman would return my call. Nothing. Called again and was told my call would be returned. Nothing. After 4 days she left a VM for me and said to call her back, but that she was leaving for that day. ??? Understandably upset, I sent this message via the website, "I’ve been calling and waiting since MONDAY to get meds for my dog. FIVE DAYS. What the actual f*ck is the problem?" They told me today, Friday, that they could no longer be of service to me.
I'd already been having issues with hour long waits in the hot parking lot with no one interacting with me, and having to call reception twice before anyone came out to help me. I'd kept Dr. Anna Ligman as my veterinarian because once I could actually get in to see her, she was great with my dog. I don't know what happened to this clinic, but whatever it is, it's quite unfortunate.

I have 3 older cats (2 chubbies and 1 diabetic) so you can imagine the challenges with dental care, weight control and diabetes. I have full confidence in the treatment they have received. In addition, a cost estimate of recommended treatments is given so there are no surprises in the end. The staff are wonderful and the hours of operation are very convenient.

Not at all satisfied with this place my pets are both seen at this practice. However, I called in today to have my pets taken in for a dental cleaning and was quoted and outrageous price in the neighborhood or around 350 give or take. and that’s not including pre op blood work. I was told before when I called that the procedure would only cost $175 because February was where they were running a special. The person on the phone told me oh ya the doctor might have quoted you that before but the price has gone up. But if that’s what we told you I will ask the doctor and call you back. I asked the tech if she would make sure that she would please call me back because this is the second time I called to make an appointment and no one called me back. she reassured me yes someone will get back with you today. Well that was a lie no one called me back. I guess the doctor does not wish to make money only price goug people and rip them off. So I assume that’s why I didn’t receive a call back but that’s fine my money is good else where at other practices.

The facility is modern and immaculate and the staff is so warm and friendly. Dr Ligman is very thorough. She gets down on the floor with my dogs and her examinations are more detailed than I've ever seen. She really takes the time to answer all my questions and explain medical stuff... she gives me lots of information and multiple options. Her dental work is top notch. My dogs are never bruised after a dental, and their breath is amazing. She put my senior girl to sleep a few years ago and shed a tear with us. The staff even sent us a condolence card. She's now helping us with our two seniors, and I don't know what I would do without her and her gentle, compassionate staff walking this path with us. I feel like I always have all the support and guidance I need to make the best possible choices about my pets health.

It's like walking into a spa, very modern and state of the art. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's great to be greeted by name every time I walk in, as well as my dog. If I ever have questions that aren't answered during a visit, one of the amazing staff members gets the answer and calls me; unlike some businesses that tell you they will get back to you and never do.
Dr. Ligman is beyond words in her dedication and veterinary knowledge. She treats you like you are her only appointment all day (which is certainly not the case). For my initial visit with my new puppy the tech spent 20 minutes getting to know my puppy and my concerns and questions, answering many of them. Dr. Ligman then spent another 30 minutes with me going over breed specific information, answering my laundry list of questions, and getting to know my puppy and I. I never felt rushed and it was a joy to interact with her.
We had a concern about my puppies ear crop so she took pictures with her personal cell phone and sent them to a colleague who specializes in that area. After speaking to him she personally called me and spoke with me on the phone for at least 20 minutes discussing everything. She recommended he do her spay and gastropexy at the same time, taking business away from herself, so that everything could be done with one operation. She clearly cares more about her people and their pets than her bottom line.
Obviously to get service like this you are going to pay an arm and a leg right? Wrong. Her prices are beyond affordable and their are no surprises. The dog food I get from them is $20 cheaper than Amazon. They recommend the products that they carry because they spent the time to research them and know they are the best, not just because they want to make more money from the shelves.
It would be impossible to recommend a provider and staff more highly.
Additional review for the custom dog shampoo they carry: It's epic! Her coat is shinning like a diamond and she smells like sugar cookies. Fair warning though; you may look awkward smelling your dog in public, which is a problem for me because as a 31 year old man with a Doberman, it really gets in the way of my macho complex :)

We love The Vet Center at Hunters Crossing! Dr. Ligman is thorough and takes her time with all my pups. I have three dogs and she provides them each individual attention to make sure all are taken care of. I have one young dog with chronic allergies that she has been extremely helpful and has worked directly with my specialists. We are at the vet consistently with my allergy dog, so it was very important when I moved to Gainesville to find a veterinarian that I could work with to provide the best care for my family members. Dr. Ligman was the recommended to me by multiple people in town and rightly so. Her staff is always pleasant and experienced!

I have been looking for a Vet for some time that is knowledgeable AND has "bedside" manner. Finally found the perfect combination. Dr. Ligman does not talk down to you, she is amazing and she and her whole staff treat you like friends. I have never felt more welcome at a veterinarian, and no one shoved estimates under my nose forcing me to sign away before I even thought about what needed to be done. I didn't feel pressured nor judged only welcomed and informed. I am so grateful to have found them. Finally.

The Vet Center is a beautiful, clean facility and is very inviting the minute you step through the door. The staff is among the friendliest I've ever met, anywhere, and Dr. Ligman is highly knowledgeable and my Marco loved her and her technicians. She cares that her human patients understand everything going on with their pets and is very patient and thorough explaining the procedure. Their prices are also very, very affordable, especially for a college student like me. I highly recommend The Vet Center!

Extremely caring and genuinely concerned for the well being of each animal they care for... from the receptionist to the technicians to the doctor herself... they are all amazing! Our 14 year old dachshund is currently being treated by Dr. Anna Ligman for pancreatitis and bronchial pneumonia. He is very sick and we have been blown away by the highly exceptional quality of care and customer service extended to us by Dr. Ligman and her staff. I highly recommend them!

She settled my anxiety and provided so much information. Her staff was warm and caring as well. The facility looked nice, clean and very inviting. 5/5 stars on my first vet experience ever!

My first thought when I walked in this place was that I it was... very nice. Unlike any veterinary clinic I had ever been in before. I felt like I was in a high end clinic for humans! It wasn't long after that before I realized the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable as well. They welcomed me and answered all my questions professionally with a smile. It was without a doubt the nicest animal clinic I have ever been in and a great staff. I highly recommend it!
