This store is terrible. I bought a young rabbit from them that was apparently already sick...despite the fact that we took immaculate care of the bunny and its cage, two weeks after it came home with me, it died suddenly. We let the pet store know and they offered no condolences or discount on another bunny even though they had obviously sold us a sick animal, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought 2 more young bunnies a few months later. The associates in the store told us that they were brothers from the same litter. Well, guess what? A few months later, one of the bunnies (who we were keeping in the same cage), suddenly gave birth...so obviously the pet store sold us a male and a female and not two of the same gender as we had requested. We had never had any idea that the bunny was pregnant, therefore not tending to the mother as if she were, and so we had to go through the heartbreak of losing and burying all of the babies she had, who might not have made it anyway since they were inbred. The female bunny was obviously kept in a separate cage from that point on but was never the same again (sickly and with no energy), and shortly after giving birth, she died. So basically, we went through the trauma of losing TWO pets purchased at this store and A WHOLE LITTER of babies because the associates were UNTRAINED, UNEDUCATED on the animals they were selling, and didn't care enough to make sure they were being accurate when they sold us our pets. Educate your employees before you put them out there to set customers up for heartbreak. Read Less
