I've been bringing my 2 dachshunds here since they were pups. Every visit has been a positive one. The office is clean and the receptionists are pleasant. The Vets and the techs are very gentle with our boys (I have friends that tell me about other Vets they've gone to who have treated their pets rough) they answer all my questions and address all my concerns no matter how small. When I have an emergency, they always fit me in. Best of all because of the kind way our dogs are treated when we come, I have no problems getting them through the door like I've seen some people struggle to do at other vets.Thank you Dr. Moe and everyone at AHPB!

Dr. Moe and Dr. Dowd saved my cat's life, twice! Milo first required a cancerous mass removed after a misdiagnosis from Coral Breeze. Then he went into kidney failure and required round-the-clock monitoring. I am so thankful for their attentiveness and compassion. I switched from Coral Breeze Animal Hospital in Boynton and I am so glad I did. My experience has been excellent.

My review is based on the kennel. The care was standard. Unfortunately we brought our - at that time approximately 9 month old - German Shepard mix in for kenneling and his shots. We were charged for the shots but right before vacation were told, "we are uncomfortable kenneling your dog." We were upset but luckily Simmons Animal Hospital not too far away had no issue kenneling him. Never looked back.

Words to describe my experience include professional, caring, knowledgeable and always offering excellent advice. I have a Greyhound and she is always comfortable being treated in Dr Moe's practice. When I went searching for a new vet for my two babies (both senior aged kitties) I was very weary because of the horrible experience I had at the last vet I took them to. I knew something was terribly wrong with my sweet Princess and needed to get over my hesitation to try somewhere new and get her the treatment she needed. In doing some research online for local vets, the raving reviews led me to the Animal Hospital of the Palm Beaches. I swallowed my fear and called to make an appointment, terrified what I would find out about Princess’s condition.
The stress of trying a new vet coupled with my worry about Princess showed on my face during my first visit and Dr Dowd immediately put my mind at ease with her kindness and by simply telling me not to worry until I knew if there was something to worry about. She quickly diagnosed my baby correctly and has helped nurse her back to health over the past several months. It is so great to have a vet that I trust again!! I am thankful every day for the wonderful care that Dr Dowd and the rest of the team give my kitties!

We have an 11 year old yorkie who developed severe pancreatitis. We took her to an emergency vet and were sent to a specialist. They treated her for a few days then recommended we have her euthanized. We took home to spend one last night with us. She started to improve so we went to see Dr Dowd. She said she could save her and not to put her down just yet. Sure enough, Dr Dowd performed a miricle!!! Our Lady is doing much better and is almost back to her old self. We are so thankful for Dr Dowd and the entire staff. They are very kind, caring and knowledgeable. They all have our undying gratitude for all they've done for us.

I haven't been here yet but I plan on it due to a great experience, and wonderful advice from one of the employees. I had called to get advice about brining home a puppy. I was extremely fortunate to get to speak with Agnes (Forgive me if I spelt your name wrong Agnes!). She enlightened me and answered so many of my questions about bringing 2 puppies at the same time, training, etc.
Long story short, I could tell she was very passionate about dogs, and animals in general. I would take my pets to a place where they are as passionate as I am, wouldn't you?

Dr. Moe and his staff are the kindest and most caring about your pet. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been to Dr. Moe often due to the amount of animals that I have. We took our dog to Dr. George Zafir after she suffered what we thought to be a cruciate ligament tear in one of her hind legs. Dr. Zafir put her through a full exam iand determined nothing was wrong she just had arthritis so he suggested we put her on a Glucosamine/chondroitin supplement(which we did). A few weeks pass and she is still limping around and has the occasional day where she puts no weight on her leg and Dr. Zafir still claims it is just a bad case of arthritis(he is a moron). We took her for a 2nd opinion and 3rd opinion just to be sure and after an exam at both of the other vets offices they concluded she DID have a torn cruciate and would need surgery. I would encourage anyone who cares about their pet to avoid Dr. George Zafir he doesn't not seem to know what he is doing and does a horrible job of answering questions. Due to his misdiagnosis our dog partially tore a ligament in her other leg due to the extra weight it was bearing during the few weeks we thought she just had arthritis.

When I went searching for a new vet for my two babies (both senior aged kitties) I was very weary because of the horrible experience I had at the last vet I took them to. I knew something was terribly wrong with my sweet Princess and needed to get over my hesitation to try somewhere new and get her the treatment she needed. In doing some research online for local vets, the raving reviews led me to the Animal Hospital of the Palm Beaches. I swallowed my fear and called to make an appointment, terrified what I would find out about Princess’s condition.
The stress of trying a new vet coupled with my worry about Princess showed on my face during my first visit and Dr Dowd immediately put my mind at ease with her kindness and by simply telling me not to worry until I knew if there was something to worry about. She quickly diagnosed my baby correctly and has helped nurse her back to health over the past several months. It is so great to have a vet that I trust again!! I am thankful every day for the wonderful care that Dr Dowd and the rest of the team give my kitties!

Dr Dowd, Dr Moe and the entire staff are very kind, and caring. Dr Moe helped us a very hard decision recently. It's nice to know that there are still good doctors out there.

We have an 11 year old yorkie who developed severe pancreatitis. We took her to an emergency vet and were sent to a specialist. They treated her for a few days then recommended we have her euthanized. We took home to spend one last night with us. She started to improve so we went to see Dr Dowd. She said she could save her and not to put her down just yet. Sure enough, Dr Dowd performed a miricle!!! Our Lady is doing much better and is almost back to her old self. We are so thankful for Dr Dowd and the entire staff. They are very kind, caring and knowledgeable. They all have our undying gratitude for all they've done for us.

Dr. Moe is the best. Vet's told me my cat had a dislocated jaw....Dr. Moe examined Pancake...found out it was just a loose tooth!! Most highly recommended.

I haven't been here yet but I plan on it due to a great experience, and wonderful advice from one of the employees. I had called to get advice about brining home a puppy. I was extremely fortunate to get to speak with Agnes (Forgive me if I spelt your name wrong Agnes!). She enlightened me and answered so many of my questions about bringing 2 puppies at the same time, training, etc.
Long story short, I could tell she was very passionate about dogs, and animals in general. I would take my pets to a place where they are as passionate as I am, wouldn't you?

Dr. Moe and his staff are the kindest and most caring about your pet. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been to Dr. Moe often due to the amount of animals that I have. Each time my experience has been a 10+!!! This is an awesome practice and I would highly recommend Animal Hospital Of The Palm Beaches and DR. Moe to care for your pet.

We took our dog to Dr. George Zafir after she suffered what we thought to be a cruciate ligament tear in one of her hind legs. Dr. Zafir put her through a full exam iand determined nothing was wrong she just had arthritis so he suggested we put her on a Glucosamine/chondroitin supplement(which we did). A few weeks pass and she is still limping around and has the occasional day where she puts no weight on her leg and Dr. Zafir still claims it is just a bad case of arthritis(he is a moron). We took her for a 2nd opinion and 3rd opinion just to be sure and after an exam at both of the other vets offices they concluded she DID have a torn cruciate and would need surgery. I would encourage anyone who cares about their pet to avoid Dr. George Zafir he doesn't not seem to know what he is doing and does a horrible job of answering questions. Due to his misdiagnosis our dog partially tore a ligament in her other leg due to the extra weight it was bearing during the few weeks we thought she just had arthritis.
