I brought my bunny in because he was not moving and turns out he had a tear in his bladder and his kidneys were failing. The vet here was amazing. She kept him alive a few more days which gave me the time I needed to accept it. Also, she went above and beyond and would take him home and periodically would check on him during the night. I highly recommend Dr. Rolfe and her amazing staff. They really go the extra mile for all their patients. I walked in with two of my girl piggies who had a fight that resulted in injuries (no appointment by the way) and they STILL saw us before the evening was through! She was very caring and VASTLY knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was just fantastic. I later found out the amazing Dr. Rolfe did all of this battling an illness herself!!!! Just amazing care and service, beyond any previous experience at a vet's office. They are also, very reasonably priced as far as exotic care gos, although I would spend whatever I had to, to ensure that my babies would be in the care of Dr. Rolfe and her staff. the only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because some times phone calls are not always made when they should be. but I love the doctors here they always take such good care of my little bunny camie. I brought him in last week for an emergency and was so glad they helped him as quick as they did. the people that work there are very friendly and love the animals, and do everything they can to help both animals and owners. We have been taking our animals to Dr. Rolfe for 6 years. We have two rabbits and two guinea pigs and we couldn't be happier with the care they give them here, both with preventative care and with serious issues. One of our buns had a fracture and our other had a calcium stone that needed surgery. They did an amazing job treating them both. I wouldn't trust any other vet with our pets! Read Less

This is THE best aviary vet I have ever been to. My cockatoo Baby was very sick recently and close to death with a infection and Dr. Rolfe saved her life, pure and simple. I have taken my birds to B&E for close to 10 years now and I would go no where else. The doc and her staff CARE about your birds and will do everything in their power to get them well.
