Overall great experience! The staff were super nice and welcoming. They took good care of my pup when he was not well and the vet was knowledgeable and explained very well in detail what the issue was and showed me how to help him get over his sickness. Now my dog is feeling better thanks to them. Will be changing vets now and will regularly be taking my dogs here for checkups. I am SO happy that I found Dr Montillo. He is a fabulous reproductive vet who has all the best tools. He performed in house progesterones with result in a few hours!! He cross checks with cytology. He did LH testing and confirmed the surge. My girl had 2 TCI procedures and I am so pleased with his professionalism and compassion for my dog. His office staff was also kind and super efficient. Under new ownership. Made an appt 3 weeks ago for all 3 pets. Show up today & were told we are not in the system. No customer service to resolve the issue (like set up a new appt or ask if they can do some research and call us later) even after going there for 30 years and receiving email reminders my pets are due for shots. I've been to many Vets in this area and I will never go to another office again. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Vets are so wonderful. They're so compassionate and truly care about the well being of you and your pet without breaking the bank. They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you have as well as offering all the resources available to them. I can't say enough good things about Dr Montilla who literally saved my cats life. Dr D is such a sweetheart and always a pleasure to see when I have to bring my pets in. We were very impressed with Hobe Sound Veterinary Clinic. We had to put down our beloved cat and through the entire situation Dr. Montilla and his staff were so patient and compassionate. We truly felt like they cared and they made a difficult situation a little bit easier to bear. The sympathy card we received in the mail with the plantable wildflower heart was a beautiful gesture. This veterinary clinic is awesome.  The doctor and the entire staff are so sensitive and friendly.  They genuinely love animals.  My Min Pin was very ill - diabetes, urinary problems, etc.  They tried everything they could to save her.  I finally made the very tough decision to help her out of her misery and this office really helped me through it.  They even sent me a sympathy card!  I love Dr. Smith and his staff.  In fact, I moved to Palm Beach Gardens but still drive to Hobe Sound because I refuse to change doctors.
