I like the way they care for our pets, you can see the love these people have for the animals. We just started taking our English bulldog for anal gland infection and ears and she is completely cured. The staff is very attentive and on point with your pets needs. I love this place. My dog was a rescue, and she was seriously ill when she was found. Redland Animal was able to nurse her back to health. This is the best hospital I have been in in a very long time. They are attentive, kind and make it a point to know your pet. I love love love this place! Took my dog for an after delivery check up considering she had her last pup at 7am and was still contracting at noon. We were a walk in and first time patient. Our girl was seen quickly. They took xrays and lo and behold there were 3 more pups inside. Missy and dr. Bushnell administered meds and were able to help our girl deliver 3 healthy pups. From my first phone call with Maggie, I knew I was speaking to people who care. Her kindness and understanding made a bad morning easier. Saray Diaz assisted, and again, I was treated with kindness and compassion. I don't usually leave reviews on Yelp but I'm honestly SO impressed with this animal hospital! I'm a new cat owner and the other day our cat gave us quite a scare. I called Redland Animal Hospital because they were nearby and had great reviews. We dropped off our cat yesterday morning and received multiple phone calls throughout the day letting us know of his condition. They informed us of any procedure being done on him and took the time to answer any questions. When we picked him up, they went over his plan of care and answered any other questions we had. Then they called the next day (today) to follow up and see how he was doing. I've been to commercial vets like Banfield before and always felt like a number. This vet has a small family feel, and you can tell they are close knit. I will definitely be bringing our cat back in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Read Less

I'm not quite sure how anyone can give this hospital anything but a 5 star rating. I've been going to RAH since the age of 12. I've taken every dog I've ever had to Dr. B. The staff has always been more than pleasant, even with my very difficult Rottweiler. This isn't the place to recommend anything they don't think is needed. They aren't trying to rack up your bill. My 3 pets have been seen by every doctor there and I've always felt comfortable with the way the are treated. This is a very caring staff and you can tell from the moment you walk in. Read Less

Best experience we've had with a vet clinic. Staff and doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice. Our two Shiba Inus, Maine Coon, and American Shorthair get taken care of really well here and our puppy Freya loves getting passed around by the staff and is always excited to see them. We unexpectedly lost one of our little fur babies. Frantic and in a panic I called nearly every hospital nearby for a necropsy. Long story short- I spoke with Kym. She clearly has a passion for what she does and was so patient working with us. 10 minutes later we were in their office and she quickly worked with us to make sure we knew all of our options. We started coming here recently, but so far we have received the best care for our pets. The staff is extremely nice, they know you by name and they are so helpful. The reason we started coming to this vet was because I lost my husky and I was able to reunite with her thanks to Julie, one of the staff members. It is also a convenient location for us since we live in the neighborhood. One of our dogs had an issue last week and we went without an appointment, just left him there the whole day and picked him up in the afternoon.
