If I could give it less than one star I would. My chihuahua was attacked by 3 pit bulls and when we called they said their doctor would be in in a couple of hours. Three and a half hours later we go in and they didn't greet us or anything and told us to sit and wait. When we finally got to talk to somebody they tell us to leave because their doctor wouldn't be in for another hour. The woman then proceeded to pick up the phone and start having a conversation and laughing. They didn't recommend us anywhere or offer any support or help for my dog while he's sitting bleeding in our arms. I will NEVER go there again. I will never go back here again. My friend and I brought her dog to the vet for an office exam so that we could get an estimate on how much the treatment for her skin condition would cost. The Vet then proceeded to criticize is for not being able to pay for treatment right then and there. She kept hounding us for money and making us feel like bad people. It got to the point we had to call my friends mom to get her to come up there and she was livid. The vet then refused to come out and talk to her mother because and I quote "their time is up" . I would never take my dog back here again. It was absolutely disgusting in there. One of the most unclean places I have ever been to. The places is completely infested with cats. And smells so bad like cat urine that my nose burned. The doctor was rude. I had 2 appointments. 1 to see the doctor and 1 to get her groomed afterwards. When they took her back for grooming she was barking at all the cats and she got yelled at and they told her to shut up. I can't say weather or not they mis treated her back there. Companion Animal Hospital is not what it seems. Most of the positive reviews are people that have never asked for a tour and don't know what's going on behind closed doors. This place is not sanitary and the animals are not the first priority. The girls at the front desk are rude and passive aggressive, they seem miserable. Steve, is a strange man that gives uneducated advice and the Dr who is also the owner is "fake" friendly. I have 6 friends that have had terrible experiences at Companion Animal Hospital. It is shocking to me that Sit Stay Play is owned by the Dr because Lindi, Alex and Jennifer are wonderful. I never see anyone from Companion Animal Hospital at Sit Stay Play so that is probably why it's so great! Sit Stay Play is very clean and they LOVE those dogs. You can tell that they are passionate about their job. Lindi always takes her time to answer all of my questions, she is so patient. She is knowledgable about dog behavior and will always help me and my husband. Go to Sit Stay Play. Don't go to Companion Animal Hospital. Read Less

I brought my dogs in for boarding a couple weeks ago. The place smelt like cat pee so bad and the kennel girl that checked in my dogs looked like she was hungover or on something and definitely wasn't the friendliest person there. I honestly wasn't happy with leaving my dogs with her but I had no other chose. I definitely wont be going back for boarding. Read Less

My family has taken all our pets and adopted strays to Dr. McCashion for nearly 15 years, despite her office being more than 30 minutes from our home. Obviously, we have been more than happy with her care and compassion. Her staff is patient and seem to adore all creatures great and small. My 2 year old cat was on death's door after ingesting a linear foreign body (often floss, thread in my cat's case) (Google it - it's almost always a death sentence). Dr. McCashion warned me that she may discover upon opening him up that he was too far gone to save and would have to put him under, however, she was confident she could save him if his intestines had not already begun necrosis. The beautiful thing about Dr. McCashion is she does not give up on animals. I could trust that so long as there was any hope, she would do all in her power to save the animal on the table in front of her. When the straits are dire for your furry friend, all you can do is hope your doctor won't take the easy way out and give up on your pet. You can trust that Dr. McCashion will fight for your pet and will not just resort to euthanasia as an answer. Dr. McCashion spent over two hours deftly sewing up the 36 holes the thread had cut into my cat's small intestines. Her small hands and gentle demeanor are perfect for delicate operations. She kept my cat for observation for a week and her staff humored his bad attitude at being captive and patiently answered my daily queries on his progress. My first time here. The staff is very nice. There was a surgery before my appt. so there was a wait but I didn't mind. Dr. McCashion is very nice and took great care of Mr Willy one of my cats. There are some feline consultants there. I'll post pictures lol! Read Less
