I was very satisfied with how how this clinic conducted itself, when I brought my elderly cat in two months ago. He was on the verge of death, and they were able to resuscitate him within the hour. First thing you need to be aware of though, is that they'll ask you to sign a document stating you'll pay for whatever procedure they need to do. This is to protect themselves - from what I gathered. There are patients who come in, they need to save them, and it costs an arm and a leg. Sometimes the animals don't make it and with all that in mind, there are those who are reluctant to pay. I signed off whatever needed to be done. I didn't want my cat to die suffocating, elderly or not. The wait seemed forever, but it was only about an hour. The vet who saw us explained everything, and gave us the estimate for the work the needed to be done. They ask for a deposit, as I stated above, to prevent loses on their side. I agreed to that as well, and went home that night. The next morning my cat was stable, and I actually got some of the money I deposited back because he didn't need all the procedures listed in the estimate done. The staff was very quick to send whatever information to my regular vet, and without the ER my cat may not of lived another two months to die a natural death. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone who has a dire emergency, knows they can pay whatever fees pop up and simply can't wait till morning for their regular vet to open.
