EVERYONE that works here is awesome and they truly care.  I found a malnourished kitten and called at 8 am Saturday morning and they made a spot for me to get in before they closed at noon.  I never once felt rushed or hurried.  I got all his shots that day and was back the following Thursday for him to be neutered and declawed.  After he got out of surgery they called to let me know how he was doing.  I have found a veterinarian for life!  Will definitely be taking my dog there also. We just got a puppy named Riley. I was recommended by a friend who takes her Rocky here. I absolutely love this place. They show so much love and care to the animals and their owners!!!! I. My pup got hit by a car yesterday afternoon and we live right around the corner. We brought her in and they took her right back and accessed her. Nothing broken just abrasions and bruising and a lot of shock! It just happened in the blink of an eye..car never stopped and probably didn't see my baby. Honestly, I can not put into words how fabulous all the staff of Chimney Lakes is. They have provided exceptional care to all of my animals, especially my Calico who had such a rough start in life and a very sudden and tragic end. I can not thank them enough for all they have ever done for her and myself. I had an exceptionally great experience at Chimney Lakes! The local community had recommended we go there since we just moved to the area, and I was not disappointed! I brought my two small dogs in for their annual check up and shots. When i went in to pick them up, they sent me to a room where the doctor came in to go over the exams with me. Nothing was wrong with my dogs, but he wanted to talk with me about each dog in detail just to go over the exam! And as I will giving him more specifics about their history, he was taking notes in their chart! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the vet techs all the way up to the doctor was kind, caring and truly invested in my experience! I will use them for all pet needs going forward! Ok edit from my last visit. I was going to Wells Road Vet. WAS going!!! my dog just had 9 teeth removed and a fistula repair done. They were fabulous. The doctor removed the teeth for almost nothing because he cared about my dog! That is what you look for in a Vet . I am so blessed to have found a vet this good! Read Less

Thursday evening my cocker was attacked by 2 big dogs i called Chimney Lakes animal on my way even though it was the end of the day it did not matter to them their first priority was my Cocker they spent two days diligently working on him he is home and doing good they have been my vet for 10 years I will never change they love my dogs as their own Read Less

We couldn't have asked for better service or treatment. We noticed our cat, Loki, started looking ill on Wednesday night so we kept an eye on him. Yesterday morning, he didn't show improvement so I called Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital just after they opened and they were able to schedule him for the same day. They were a little busy but we didn't mind waiting and it was clear why so many go there. The staff was kind and accommodating, they treated Loki with care, and the vet was informative and helpful. They even made a follow up call today to check on how he was doing. After being treated and taking his medicine this morning, he is starting to feel better now. This practice is incredible. They saved my Roxie, and worked seven days a week to keep her healthy. They are kind and compassionate, and they are very thorough. They don't treat you like an ATM machine, either. They give options on treatments, when available. They will get you right in if you need an appointment. Best. Vet. Ever. We've been taking my mother's dog there for over ten years, and now my dog goes as well. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They are not at all snooty, they don't make you feel guilty if you don't have thousands of dollars to spend at the drop of a hat. They offer treatment options, and work with you for the best outcome. My mom's dog has been there for over a week, and the doctors check on her every day - even on Sunday. They do absolutely everything they can to help every pet they see. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this office is. Sometimes they do get very busy, and may take an extra few hours to call you back for updates - but they are always sincere and apologetic if they take longer than expected. They are thorough, and cost much less than other veterinary practices. Obviously not as "cheap" as a walk-in clinic, but you get so much more with this place! I cannot recommend them enough. This vet clinic is awesome. They were recommended by friends, who said they went to the best vet around. They were absolutely right! Everyone was so great, from the receptionist to the vet tech, and the vet himself. We have a puppy so is a little crazy, and everyone there was wonderful with him. The vet even spent 15 minutes giving us pointers on training our puppy so that his problem behaviors are manageable. He really took the time to listen to our concerns and was knowledgeable about how to address them. I seriously can not say enough good things about how great this vet is. They really are the best! My 8 year old dog August, became very ill overnight, we took her to see Dr. Dressel and found out that she had multiple life threating issues. She ended up having to stay in the hospital for three weeks. Dr. Dressel had to do a lot of research to figure out her condition (as he had not seen one as tricky as her's) and was updating us everyday, even on Sundays when they were closed. I'm convinced if we had taken her to any other vet, they would have given up on her as she had gotten much worse almost to the point of death, before she got better. His staff is unbelievably amazing and just as compassionate as he is!! He saved part of my family. How do you say thank you for that? We will be forever loyal in taking our pets to him in the future.
