The team at Scott Mill are absolutely wonderful. My dog went in to get a cancerous tumor removed. It was discovered that the cancer had spread. Dr. Moore recommended going to a specialist to get an ultrasound. If the cancer didn't spread to the organs, we had a good shot at keeping our buddy around for much longer than expected. Long story short, the ultrasound came back negative, and Dr. Moore removed 2 of Roccos toes, the tumor, and the lymph node that was cancerous. Through the entire process, the team at Scott Mill was nothing less than kind, compassionate, and honest. It was refreshing to find a practice and team that clearly cares more about people and their pets than running up a large bill. The surgery and everything in-between was priced fairly, and the quality of service was excellent. Not too mention, our buddy is home today and is now cancer free!

My pets have been patients here for the past 15 years and I refer everyone I know to them. They really do care about your pets, make accurate diagnoses, and don't run unnecessary tests just to make money. If you love your pet, take them to Scott Mill animal Hospital.

I grew up with two toy poodles and we went to see Dr. Sutliff for all of their 15+ year lives. He was always the most patient, kind, and efficient veterinarian. When it came time for the poodles to pass on, I will never forget the kind words offered by Dr. Sutliff.Years later, I am an adult with a miniature poodle of my own. Layla and I have been seeing Dr. Moore for several years and we truly love him. We have known him since he was a tech before veterinary school, so that makes the bond even better. He is always thorough, gentle, and my very nervous dog really enjoys seeing him. The office staff is wonderful as well. We can't say enough about Scott Mill Animal Hospital.

Absolutely my all time favorite veterinarian! Usually I usually hate taking Remi to the vet, but this experience was fantastic. The girls in the front were kind and we were seen immediately. Our vet tech was wonderful and efficient. Dr. Hashey was very kind and thorough. She answered all my questions regarding ticks and fleas in the area since we are new to Jacksonville. On the way out we got recommendations for pet friendly restaurants and beaches. Everyone was beyond friendly and the whole experience was just wonderful. Can't recommend Dr. Hashey and her team enough!

Since I became a pet owner 20 years ago, I've had four different veterinarians. The doctors at Scott Mill Animal Hospital have been by far the kindest, most professional and most patient I have ever met. Every staff member demonstrates a sincere love of animals, as well as a desire to meet the needs of the pet owners. Dr. Sutliff helped me through the loss of two dogs within months of each other, and I will never forget him or the rest of the staff for their loving kindness. I feel very lucky to have discovered this gem!

Wonderful animal clinic! We've taken three separate dogs here for over the past three years. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recently moved further south to St. Johns County and there are many vets closer to us now, but we continue to drive to Scott Mill for the care and attention provided. Highly recommend.

They’ve been my preferred vet through the good times (new rescue) and the bad times (putting pet down). Getting an appointment is very easy and the text message reminders are THE BEST. It’s great that they also offer boarding. And because I own a business next door to them - I can attest to the fact that they do actually have staff that goes in on the weekends to take the boarded animals out for walks and play enrichment games with them. My pets never seem to fear “the ride”.

They have always provided the highest level of care and service for our dogs.As two dogs have become senior citizens (16 and 14), they have provided guidance and treatment options to keep them healthy, from medications to special formula dog food.Everyone from Gene and Kelly at the front desk, to all the wonderful and caring techs (especially Falisha), and all three veterinarians--they are just the best. And we also have been very happy with their grooming services. Our doggies look great after their grooming sessions!Easy to coordinate dropping the dog off for grooming and when picking up, doing the doctor visit at the same time.We especially recommend Dr. Natalie Hashey. She is extremely thorough and always takes extra time to fully explain treatment options and recommendations. And she is very kind and gentle with our doggies.

I have been bringing my pets here since 2011. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I have 3 animals with rare illnesses and the vets have been managing their illnesses quite well. They take a conservative approach to things and are willing to try more conservative approaches rather than jump to the most radical. I enjoy the long appointments and their willingness to answer questions. They even saved my dog's leg when everything was going wrong with an injury.

The level of concern and compassion is outstanding and the doctors are never to busy to talk thoroughly about any issues...Dr. Moore has even made follow up phone calls a few days after an office visit. After 2 vets writing me off telling me I was paranoid and misdiagnosing my dog leading to thousands of dollars on an allergy specialist, skin tests, and meds, Dr. Moore correctly diagnosed my pup. We were too late to do treatment but he gave me 8 more months with my best friend. The staff at Scott Mill are beyond amazing and were more than supportive and friendly during my pups last days. I cannot thank them enough. Literally the best animal hospital I have ever been to. I don't feel like I get price gouged or pushed into unnecessary costs here. They are great and I wouldn't think of taking my babies anywhere else .

I have been going to Scott Mill Animal Hospital for about a year now with 4 elderly cats and an elderly dog. I have liked them from the get go - but never as much as I do now. We just had to have our sweet 14 year old dog, Bingo, put down last Thursday. These caring people (Dr. Moore and Felicia) came to our house and gently and lovingly put our dog to sleep. Bingo never seemed scared or in pain and she died on her bed, in her home and in our arms. I can not thank them enough for this very kind service. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sutliff, Dr Moore and all of the staff at Scott Mill animal Hospital. I will not take my animals anywhere else.

I have just started using this veterinarian and so far I am very happy. They are professional and courteous. They want me to be informed about my pet's needs and although they were a little hand wavy on the price (ended up $15 more than originally guesstimated by the staff) I felt that I was a respected customer. Also, despite the shots, my dog was very calm and comfortable.

The team at Scott Mill are absolutely wonderful. My dog went in to get a cancerous tumor removed. It was discovered that the cancer had spread. Dr. Moore recommended going to a specialist to get an ultrasound. If the cancer didn't spread to the organs, we had a good shot at keeping our buddy around for much longer than expected. Long story short, the ultrasound came back negative, and Dr. Moore removed 2 of Roccos toes, the tumor, and the lymph node that was cancerous. Through the entire process, the team at Scott Mill was nothing less than kind, compassionate, and honest. It was refreshing to find a practice and team that clearly cares more about people and their pets than running up a large bill. The surgery and everything in-between was priced fairly, and the quality of service was excellent. Not too mention, our buddy is home today and is now cancer free!

My pets have been patients here for the past 15 years and I refer everyone I know to them. I grew up with two toy poodles and we went to see Dr. Sutliff for all of their 15+ year lives. He was always the most patient, kind, and efficient veterinarian. When it came time for the poodles to pass on, I will never forget the kind words offered by Dr. Sutliff.Years later, I am an adult with a miniature poodle of my own. Layla and I have been seeing Dr. Moore for several years and we truly love him. We have known him since he was a tech before veterinary school, so that makes the bond even better. He is always thorough, gentle, and my very nervous dog really enjoys seeing him. The office staff is wonderful as well. We can't say enough about Scott Mill Animal Hospital.

Absolutely my all time favorite veterinarian! Usually I usually hate taking Remi to the vet, but this experience was fantastic. The girls in the front were kind and we were seen immediately. Our vet tech was wonderful and efficient. Dr. Hashey was very kind and thorough. She answered all my questions regarding ticks and fleas in the area since we are new to Jacksonville. On the way out we got recommendations for pet friendly restaurants and beaches. Everyone was beyond friendly and the whole experience was just wonderful. Can't recommend Dr. Hashey and her team enough!

He goes out of his way to ensure our pet is healthy and safe, but also finds the best prices and medicine and treatment Knightly needs (who does that?). He always makes himself available to us (probably too much), even on the weekends. He never is too busy to respond to a text or a call. He ...also is just so great with our dog. He is instantly down on the floor loving on your pet when he enters the exam room. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give him a 13. AND Knightly loves him. Since I became a pet owner 20 years ago, I've had four different veterinarians. The doctors at Scott Mill Animal Hospital have been by far the kindest, most professional and most patient I have ever met. Every staff member demonstrates a sincere love of animals, as well as a desire to meet the needs of the pet owners. Dr. Sutliff helped me through the loss of two dogs within months of each other, and I will never forget him or the rest of the staff for their loving kindness. I feel very lucky to have discovered this gem!

Wonderful animal clinic! We've taken three separate dogs here for over the past three years. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recently moved further south to St. Johns County and there are many vets closer to us now, but we continue to drive to Scott Mill for the care and attention provided. Highly recommend.

They’ve been my preferred vet through the good times (new rescue) and the bad times (putting pet down). Getting an appointment is very easy and the text message reminders are THE BEST. It’s great that they also offer boarding. And because I own a business next door to them - I can attest to the fact that they do actually have staff that goes in on the weekends to take the boarded animals out for walks and play enrichment games with them. My pets never seem to fear “the ride”.

Everything smelt clean. They gave us great care, took time to get his history, explained everything in detail and the pricing was wasn't bad, equal to home. They have always provided the highest level of care and service for our dogs.As two dogs have become senior citizens (16 and 14), they have provided guidance and treatment options to keep them healthy, from medications to special formula dog food.Everyone from Gene and Kelly at the front desk, to all the wonderful and caring techs (especially Falisha), and all three veterinarians--they are just the best. And we also have been very happy with their grooming services. Our doggies look great after their grooming sessions!Easy to coordinate dropping the dog off for grooming and when picking up, doing the doctor visit at the same time.We especially recommend Dr. Natalie Hashey. She is extremely thorough and always takes extra time to fully explain treatment options and recommendations. And she is very kind and gentle with our doggies.

I have been bringing my pets here since 2011. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I have 3 animals with rare illnesses and the vets have been managing their illnesses quite well. They take a conservative approach to things and are willing to try more conservative approaches rather than jump to the most radical. I enjoy the long appointments and their willingness to answer questions. They even saved my dog's leg when everything was going wrong with an injury.

Not only did I receive an email narrative about Tucker's procedure (I was out of town), I also received a photo of him from Alicia. She took time from her busy front desk duties to comfort him as he was waking up from the anesthesia and to email me to let me know he was doing good. Such a caring practice. Always has my pets, and mine, best interest at heart.

Both Dr. Sutliff and Dr. Moore are exceptional vets and the staff is so very competent and VERY friendly...when I call there they know who I am and who out pet is. The level of concern and compassion is outstanding and the doctors are never to busy to talk thoroughly about any issues...Dr. Moore has even made follow up phone calls a few days after an office visit. After 2 vets writing me off telling me I was paranoid and misdiagnosing my dog leading to thousands of dollars on an allergy specialist, skin tests, and meds, Dr. Moore correctly diagnosed my pup. We were too late to do treatment but he gave me 8 more months with my best friend. The staff at Scott Mill are beyond amazing and were more than supportive and friendly during my pups last days. I cannot thank them enough. Literally the best animal hospital I have ever been to. I don't feel like I get price gouged or pushed into unnecessary costs here. They are great and I wouldn't think of taking my babies anywhere else .

I have been going to Scott Mill Animal Hospital for about a year now with 4 elderly cats and an elderly dog. I have liked them from the get go - but never as much as I do now. We just had to have our sweet 14 year old dog, Bingo, put down last Thursday. These caring people (Dr. Moore and Felicia) came to our house and gently and lovingly put our dog to sleep. Bingo never seemed scared or in pain and she died on her bed, in her home and in our arms. I can not thank them enough for this very kind service. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sutliff, Dr Moore and all of the staff at Scott Mill animal Hospital. I will not take my animals anywhere else.

Dr Rick has taken care of my very own beloved pet, Tushy and my adopted love, Spicy. I may not live as close as I used to, I pass alot of animal clinics on the way to Plummer Cove but I will not go anywhere else.

I had a female rottweiler that had bone cancer and I just went in as a new patient and I have to tell you Dr. Sutliff is a total saint in my book. He made my dog comfortable and he made it about the dog as well as his staff. Thats why vets are in business for the animals and not the money. I will continue to use him for my other rotties and recommend him HIGHLY.

I have just started using this veterinarian and so far I am very happy. They are professional and courteous. They want me to be informed about my pet's needs and although they were a little hand wavy on the price (ended up $15 more than originally guesstimated by the staff) I felt that I was a respected customer. Also, despite the shots, my dog was very calm and comfortable.
