Hate to do this, but have to share negative experience that will probably make me to seek new VET for my dog,... Went to office because dog had eye infection in April was subscribed eye drops for a we...
Hate to do this, but have to share negative experience that will probably make me to seek new VET for my dog,... Went to office because dog had eye infection in April was subscribed eye drops for a week it did not help that much went again in a week, been told new med will need to be taken and ordered from 3-rd party farmacy and it will be expensive - which was ok I agreed and prescription was ordered on May 4th , paid $190 that day and went home - been advised med will be shipped to my home or vet office, in 2 days... In following week stop by vca office to check if med was received , girl on front desk checked ; nothing received and told to give them few more days...2 weeks pass nothing received , called VCA again ...received totaly diferent story ...blaming parmacy ...and front desk gave me their # to follow up... Called pharmacy ....did not resolve anything ...ofcourse they blamed VET office...and all this time my dog is with out med , eye still infected and who knows what else, ?...I did not appreciatethe lack of compassion and carelessness that I was given by the staff , I trully liked doctors but cannot say same for the staff, so doctors just heads up train your staff better.

This clinic and it's staff are amazing. I live in a condo neighborhood with many ferals. I am working on spaying, neutering and vaccinating as many as I can out of my own pocket. They are always accomadating if I happen to catch one and are willing to fix it without a fuss that I didn't call ahead.
They are courteous, professional and easy to work with. They prove that they truly care about the animals and the people.

They did such a great job with my cat, Mister. The whole office is very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. My cat is a hell raiser if he is not in control and is scared. "Dr. Dee" (the medical director, I believe) and the vet tech were amazing. She was so understanding of him and the male tech was so calm and good with restraining him. I was so relieved no one got hurt and they were so nice about him being difficult. Dr. Dee was easy to work with and got him what he needed. I am confident that I can bring him there in the future for anything he may need.

I have taken my babies to this facility for about 4 years... my one dog developed severe kidney problems and the vets, especially Dr Estlick were wonderful!

We have used this vet for 11 years for 2 dogs. We have gone to see them for everything from an initial puppy visit through senior care etc... They are INCREDIBLE. Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. It is evident that they care about pets as much as you do and they are wonderful with them!!!!! I highly recommend using them as your vet.

Dr. Easlick is incredible! After my cat had to go to emergency in the night she saw him the next day to check up. She called 2 days later to check on his progress then when he needed to go back in she let us come in on her lunch and waived our office fee. The staff is incredible and truly care about you and your pet!

I was wary about finding a new vet in a new city. I heard about Augustine Loretto from a coworker. I could not be more pleased. The folks are wonderful and truely love the animals. My dog has lots of problems so I was very hesitant about using someone in JAX. I was thinking I needed to fly home to insure my dogs had the best care. Fast forward -- Emergency situation and I called these folks. They got me in immediately. Worked with my hometown vet and took wonderful care of my dog.
Went back and forth to Illinois and JAX. I have no qualms about bringing my dog to Augustine Loretto whenever I am in JAX. They understand I go back and forth and keep my Illinois vet informed so that they are both up on whatever problem my dog is having. Wonderful care and wonderful people.

Dr. Dee looked at him, prescribed a regimen, which literally improved his skin in 2 weeks. I couldn't believe it and tell all my friends about this clinic!

I love this place, they are all wonderful, extremely helpful. A bit pricey at times, but not enough to keep us from going back with both of our pups :) We've even used their boarding services as well!...
