This used to be the best veterinary office but Dr. Kreitz is no longer there. He sold the practice and moved away. He was, by far, the best vet I have ever encountered. He graduated with honors from UF and the amount of information he had at his fingertips was amazing. He was kind, he was caring. That is why it is hard to understand why he would sell the business (a year-long process) and move away without telling his patients. We had no opportunity to see him once last time, ask any special questions we may have, request a Rx for specialty pet food or medications and to say thank-you and good-bye. Instead we are left feeling abandoned and uncared for. I never cared for the other vets in the practice (no one has his knowledge) but they also did not possess his warmth and compassion. I found them cold and controlling. So I am now scrambling to find a new vet. Had we known he was leaving, we would have had a year to search for a new office in a more relaxed manner. Even though I was a huge fan of Dr. Kreitz, I cannot recommend this office.

I will go no where else and have been a client of JBAH for many years. Dr. Kreitz is the most compassionate vet I've ever met. Time and time again he's made room in his busy schedule for emergency visits for one of my elderly or sick fur kids. The staff at JBAH is kind and caring.

Dr Krietz was the most thorough, friendly and caring vet I have ever worked with. We recently decided it was time to put down our 17 year old cockatoo who was blind, deaf had dementia and was incontinent. He spent so much time with us and was so helpful and caring. He took nothing for granted. I felt it was a privilege to know him and work with him as a pet owner. And I was grateful to be able to turn to him at the end.

The Dr. Krest and Dr. Coats are excellent Veterinarians. I started bringing my little boy, Casey to Dr. Krest and Dr. Coats a year ago. My dog is a shelter dog, a three year old Chihuahua. My Casey had a lot of problems. Ears, feet, worms, and malnutrition. After a few months, and following the doctor's recommendations my little Casey was feeling better and gained an appetite that was healthy. Futhermore, the staff and front desk assistants are very pet friendly and all have the best interest for your pet. I have also boarded Casey and the area where my dog sleeps is very clean and the personnel that care for my little boy ensure that Casey receives the best care and follow my instructions for his care explicitly. I feel good about leaving my little Casey at Jensen Beach Animal Hospital when I have to go out of town. The doctors and staff st Jensen Beach Animal Hospital are professional, knowledgeable and very pet friendly. Dr Koch and her staff handled my pup with professionalism and care. I also did not have to take out a second mortgage on my home to pay for an emergency visit. I am away from home and my pup's home vet so when I needed care they took care of us both. Good job Jensen Beach Animal Hospital.
