We took our Yorkie to Bluffs Animal Hostipal when he needed another teeth cleaning. Dr. Rick was more thorough then any human dentist I have been too. Our little dude needed quite a few extractions and after the surgery he is like a new dog. We did a follow up and everything is looking good. We now bring both our pups there and feel the care is personalized to both our dogs. We love this place and our pups do too.

Dr. Nancy and the entire staff at Bluffs are the BEST. I have been bringing my dog there for almost 10 years and not only is the staff polite and professional, but they treat my dog like she is one of their own. They very committed to your pet's health and have gone above and beyond in treating my dog's autoimmune disease. And, unlike some vets I have dealt with in the past, their pricing is transparent and reasonable. I highly recommend Bluffs Animal Hospital.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rick and his staff at the Bluffs Animal Hospital. My kitty is 13 years old and has never had any health problems so when he stopped eating for a few days I was extremely concerned. I called and explained his symptoms and Dr Rick had me bring him in immediately. He was very thorough both with the exam and explaining everything to me. I had to leave him there for treatment and felt very comfortable with leaving him with the staff, as he's never been left anywhere except his own home. Dr Rick kept communication open, was very timely and informative with his responses. He also reviewed treatment plans, pricing and options I would have before anything was done so there were no surprises. I am so impressed with the communication, explanations and compassion he and his staff have shown over the past week. I am so grateful that I have a local vet that understands and treats my baby the way they did. Thank you Dr Rick and staff!!!

I took my dog to see Dr. Nancy today, needing to get him seen immediately. I hadn't established a relationship with a vet since moving to the area, so today was a mad dash to find someone. A friend recommended Bluffs and I'm so glad she did. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. My dog, Apollo, is usually quite skiddish and fearful around strangers, especially the vet. Dr. Nancy was so patient, and explained everything that was going on in terms I could understand, answering many questions from a worried dog mom. Her staff spoke to him lovingly, held him gently while he was examined, and made us all feel so comfortable. For a dog that doesn't take kindly to most people in the first meeting, he certainly buddied right up to everyone at Bluffs. I read some other reviews online that referenced unfair pricing and I have to say I didn't find this to be unfair in comparison to any of the other vets I've seen in the past. And I'd pay a little extra for the incredible service and care if they charged it. Worth every penny. If you're looking for a vet in the Jupiter-Gardens area, look no further than Dr. Nancy. I'll be taking Apollo here as long as we reside in this town. 10/10 for these guys.

Dr. Nancy and Dr. Rick are the most compassionate and thorough veterinarian 's I have ever been too ! Would never bring my pets anywhere else ! They've taken such good care of my cats !

I've used Dr. Nancy for years and her office gives the BEST in pet care. The entire staff is competent and kind. We've never had to wait long and her exams are exhaustive and thorough. She is militant about keeping pets on heartworm control and at a healthy weight. I've never had a single issue like the other reviewer posted. You have the right to refuse any test you like, but they only recommend the ones that are necessary to maintain optimal health. You get what you pay for in veterinarians, just like any other service. Her medications are the same price or cheaper than 1-800-pet meds as well.

She is militant about keeping pets on heartworm control and at a healthy weight. You have the right to refuse any test you like, but they only recommend the ones that are necessary to maintain optimal health. You get what you pay for in veterinarians, just like any other service. Her medications are the same price or cheaper than 1-800-pet meds as well.

This vet has an office by the ocean, and acts like it. His only concern is making money. He forces unneccessary tests for your pet. His office staff is rude and arguementative. I paid twice as much for a checkup at this office as i do now at my new vet, and receive better care.

We took our Yorkie to Bluffs Animal Hostipal when he needed another teeth cleaning. Dr. Rick was more thorough then any human dentist I have been too. Our little dude needed quite a few extractions and after the surgery he is like a new dog. We did a follow up and everything is looking good. We now bring both our pups there and feel the care is personalized to both our dogs. We love this place and our pups do too.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rick and his staff at the Bluffs Animal Hospital. My kitty is 13 years old and has never had any health problems so when he stopped eating for a few days I was extremely concerned. I called and explained his symptoms and Dr Rick had me bring him in immediately. He was very thorough both with the exam and explaining everything to me. I had to leave him there for treatment and felt very comfortable with leaving him with the staff, as he's never been left anywhere except his own home. Dr Rick kept communication open, was very timely and informative with his responses. He also reviewed treatment plans, pricing and options I would have before anything was done so there were no surprises. I am so impressed with the communication, explanations and compassion he and his staff have shown over the past week. I am so grateful that I have a local vet that understands and treats my baby the way they did. Thank you Dr Rick and staff!!!
