So let me start off my saying I have been using Native Palm for over a Decade. And yes I understand that they are not always the most affordable option. But I can tell you is I never feel like a number with them. When my cat was killed by two pitbulls, Dr. McMindes not only call to see how we were doing but her and the rest of the staff sent a nice card.
When I got my first dog, they let me bring her in just use their scale and get her comfortable with the vets office more times then I can count.
If I have a question about my dog, as a client Dr. McMindes would return my call personal to answer my questions, and it was not always well you will have to bring her in.
The realty is this, when it matters and you love your pet as much as I love my dog... a few extra bucks for both piece of mind and a friend you can trust. Native Palm as always been there...

Native Palm is wonderful! The facility is clean, the staff is very experienced and knowledgeable, and they have the newest technology to diagnose your animals. They have been caring for all my cats and dogs for 13 years now performing regular check ups and surgery. They are always available for same day appointments, are very caring to my animals, and available for emergencies when I called. I highly recommend Native Palm!! Your animals will have the best care out there!

My sixteen-year-old Corgi mix, Stella, my best friend for all but the first 8 wks of her life, was sick today, and it was terminal. She had survived and thrived after liver cancer surgery almost two years ago. We walked every day and for me, each day was special after her recovery. Today we had to say goodbye. Native Palm Animal Hospital made it possible for us to say goodbye to Stella and end the suffering she was experiencing. Thank you to everyone at Native Palm today (Wednesday, April 27) who helped make her passing as easy as possible. We are forever indebted to you all. Carol Clark and Dan Miller, Jupiter Farms

I am a Bengal cat breeder, so it's very important for me to have a very knowledgeable veterinarian. I went through a few that weren't before another breeder recommended Dr McMindes. I have been going to native Palm ever since and have never not been completely satisfied with the entire practice. Staff is friendly and the techs are experienced and caring. I highly recommend Dr McMindes (even if you have to drive a little out of your way like I do:-)

My dog had a swelling on her behind, called Native palm right when they open and they told me to bring her right in. Dropped her off, filled out some paper work and I went to work. Got a call right from the vet herself to tell me everything going on and that my pup was doing great. I went and picked her up after work, gave me all the instrustions i needed to care for her and paid. I was expecting a huge bill and surprisingly it was much much less than i thought it was going to be. Great staff, and a great vet!

Very poor would never go back. The girl at the front desk and the young man working there were very good and kind. The Vet he was a nut very rough with my sick cat and he tells me "if your cat bites me I gong to cut its head off". I told him to calm down and let me hold the cat and he tells me no, his insurance will not let me hold my own cat. Why is this guy a Vet he needs to get a new line of work. Never would I go back.

So let me start off my saying I have been using Native Palm for over a Decade. And yes I understand that they are not always the most affordable option. But I can tell you is I never feel like a number with them. Got a call right from the vet herself to tell me everything going on and that my pup was doing great. I went and picked her up after work, gave me all the instrustions i needed to care for her and paid. I was expecting a huge bill and surprisingly it was much much less than i thought it was going to be. Great staff, and a great vet!
