After searching many area Vets I Found THE BEST For my Gizzy and Pippa. Keystone Heights Animal hospital.gives Excellent care and they ALWAYS treat your Furbaby as though they were their own. Their concern does not stop when the visit is over....I have ALWAYS received a phone call within 24 hours checking on how they are doing. My little Gizzy Adores Dr. "Lexi" . She always takes the time to explain the procedures and the steps she wants to take in order to fix the problem. My rescue Cat Pippa was almost at deaths door when I took her in to Dr Lexi....Just two months later through loving care she is a totally different Cat.....Healthy,Playful and Sassy =) The Staff is Friendly and the Hospital is always clean. If you want only the best care for your babies.....This is the Place!

When we got our sweet Tyrion, we knew that she was the provider we wanted....someone who loves and cares for our little guy like we do. So we came to Keystone Heights Animal Hospital/ Dr. B. The staff is so caring and helpful. Tyrion remained calm and was never scared.

We had to have mom's dog put to sleep last month and it was very hard on mom. The staff at this place sent mom a card in the mail on her loss. I have never seen this before from any vet. I think they went way beyond what they needed to do. Very very nice and concertos. I was very impressed with the entire staff. Thank all of you so much.

I am so thankful to everyone here at the animal hospital. From the front desk staff being so pleasant and understanding when I called 100 times a day. The vet techs being so knowledgeable and loving to my sweet boy. I could not have asked for a better Vet, word's could not express how thankful I was to hear from her at 8pm to hear how my dogs surgery went. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the fact that my dog was going to lose his leg. All I can do is say thank you. My family appreciates y'all so much.

My GSD recently became sick very quickly. I was waiting at the vet when Kimmie the first emoloyee showed up. She stopped and asked how she could help and then went inside to get busy to help him. By the time she was done Darlene and Dr. Blackburn were there. It was discovered quickly he had GDV. The options were discussed and Dr. B walked me through the pros and cons. As it turned out my boy was too sick. And he passed very quickly. ALL of the staff were supportive, kind and caring. I felt like I was with family at that moment and that means the world. I will continue to bring my other GsD and cat too for great, friendly and affordable care. They are all top notch.

My GSD recently became sick very quickly. I was waiting at the vet when Kimmie the first emoloyee showed up. She stopped and asked how she could help and then went inside to get busy to help him.
