Brought my baby to get his annual shots and the everyone from reception, vet tech to the veterinarian were kind. You can really tell that they love animals and they connect with them. I've had to step in and hold my own dog when he's being given shots or whatever the case may be because the staff didn't seem personable or patient with my dog. I don't like to see staff rough handle animals but instead would rather see them take the time to calm the animal down and make them comfortable which is what they did here. I know some people in previous posts said they're expensive but honestly they are just like any other vet as far as prices. I would pay an extra dollar or two to know my dog is receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff at this Animal hospital and pet clinic are beyond friendly and extremely professional. I've recommended all of my family and friends to take their pets here, and they too had an exceptional experience. Their team of workers are compassionate and do such a great job with my two dogs Nala and Chloe. I know when I go there I will not only receive great service, but also a honest and genuine plan of care for my girls. I never feel like that they are just trying to "dig into my pockets" and make money off of my sick animals, their opinion are ones that I truly trust! Bottomline is go there, you will not be disappointed!

My 3 year old old English bulldog was having issues with her back leg. I took her to celebration vet, Dr. Bregman and he is the worst vet I've ever been to. No diagnosis, no X-ray just a $300 bill and some anti inflammatory pills. My husband and I decided we needed a second opinion and were referred by a coworker to allendale. Let me start off by saying the staff was amazing! From the receptionist to the nurse and the vet himself we were so pleased with the service. They immediately wanted to X-ray my dogs leg. They priced everything out prior to doing any treatment which was much appreciated. After the X-ray they went over everything and gave us a affordable surgery plan for my dog who actually had a torn ligament in her leg that the other vet couldn't diagnose! They made us feel welcome and seemed to truly love animals. We will forever continue to use this vet only. Thank you allendale! (:

Doctor said he was more than healthy and sent him home with some medicine. Found my dog dead the next day. If he was diagnosed correctly he could of been operated and saved but the doctor insisted everything was fine. Brought my dog back to the hospital and he said he was suprised and there was nothing he could do and if he was suprised he doesnt know what he is doing. Now i have no dog and still have to pay his medical bill which was diagnosed incorrectly! again really wouldnt recommend this place!

It can be intimating and financially daunting to care for an animal prone health issues like mine. At Allendale I feel comfortable in the knowledgeable care they provide for my dog.
And such a warm and friendly staff - I highly recommend this place.

Came here Tuesday because my Pitbull terrier Lady came down with a nasty allergic reaction to who knows what. Could have been the food or something that she stuck her nose into. Anyways I originally came in around 12:45pm and the doors were still locked? I was confused at first. Then one of the staff members opened the door. He seemed to be the only one there. Next he went on to ask me if I've been here before. (I have not so I signed in blah blah blah) He replays Doctor won't be in till 4pm!! At this point what can I do. So I came back at 4:15 which is the appointment time they set me up for. I waited about 40 min until they brought me and my lady in. By far one of the friendliest staff I've ever been with. The beautiful young lady (who's name I forgot! Marisa maybe -.-) and The Vet Jose were very informative and not to mention bilingual. Seems that he is the only Doctor in the entire place but I could be wrong. Either way more experience for him! However Meds and drugs are a bit expensive but optional. Shots however are pretty normal compared to the Animal shelter on Conroy. They also offer boarding for dogs and cats. First time here and it sure won't be my last thank you Jose and staff. :)

If you like spending money, then by all means come here. Brought my male cat in to be checked for a bladder infection and they wanted to charge me $917.00. Thankfully, I was able to get out with just a checkup and the antibiotic Veraflox. You can get Veraflox for $22, and they charge $80. It's my fault for not calling around, but I was worried about my cat, and I know for a male that having a bladder infection is very dangerous for them. The vet tech was very nice the whole time, and the receptionist was friendly in the beginning, but I could tell a change in her attitude when I came out and was only going to purchase the antibiotic. Lesson Learned.

My parents and I have been using this facility for our dogs (total of 2) for at least 3 years now. It is clean, bright, friendly and very professional . They have a nice waiting room, well decorated -a lot nicer than some HUMAN doctor's offices I have seen. When they first opened, they would even give the dogs a bath before we pick them up from boarding. I believe there may be a charge for this now, not sure.The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My mom has spoken with the Vet, and had no complaints. We usually just board the dogs here, and go elsewhere for shots (they are quite expensive here). They know not only our names (the human owners) , but also the dogs by heart ! Makes me feel special, or maybe my dog is just that bad...I mean ...unforgettable.......They have started charging a fee for a basic checkup , just to board the animal. I appreciate this extra precaution, but the additional cost.....( I think it's about $25-30 , I can't remember because since I have not been out of town in awhile).Check it out - they have a boarding and a vet.

I love this vet and the employees! I rescued a kitten a few months ago and my mother in law told me to bring him here. I did. He was in horrible shape, we had found him outside next to a dumpster and he was only three weeks old! They gave me some food and antibiotics. They taught me how to use the syringe to feed him and how often to feed him. He's doing great now. From the way he was before and the way he is now is just night and day. The staff is friendly and they even worked something out with me because of my financial situation. They are fantastic and you can tell that the employees there all love animals and know what they are doing.

The entire staff at this Animal hospital and pet clinic are beyond friendly and extremely professional. I've recommended all of my family and friends to take their pets here, and they too had an exceptional experience. Their team of workers are compassionate and do such a great job with my two dogs Nala and Chloe. I know when I go there I will not only receive great service, but also a honest and genuine plan of care for my girls. I never feel like that they are just trying to "dig into my pockets" and make money off of my sick animals, their opinion are ones that I truly trust! Bottomline is go there, you will not be disappointed!

My 3 year old old English bulldog was having issues with her back leg. I took her to celebration vet, Dr. Bregman and he is the worst vet I've ever been to. No diagnosis, no X-ray just a $300 bill and some anti inflammatory pills. My husband and I decided we needed a second opinion and were referred by a coworker to allendale. Let me start off by saying the staff was amazing! From the receptionist to the nurse and the vet himself we were so pleased with the service. They immediately wanted to X-ray my dogs leg. They priced everything out prior to doing any treatment which was much appreciated. After the X-ray they went over everything and gave us a affordable surgery plan for my dog who actually had a torn ligament in her leg that the other vet couldn't diagnose! They made us feel welcome and seemed to truly love animals. We will forever continue to use this vet only. Thank you allendale! (:

Doctor said he was more than healthy and sent him home with some medicine. Found my dog dead the next day. If he was diagnosed correctly he could of been operated and saved but the doctor insisted everything was fine. Brought my dog back to the hospital and he said he was suprised and there was nothing he could do and if he was suprised he doesnt know what he is doing. Now i have no dog and still have to pay his medical bill which was diagnosed incorrectly! again really wouldnt recommend this place!

It can be intimating and financially daunting to care for an animal prone health issues like mine. At Allendale I feel comfortable in the knowledgeable care they provide for my dog.
And such a warm and friendly staff - I highly recommend this place.

Came here Tuesday because my Pitbull terrier Lady came down with a nasty allergic reaction to who knows what. Could have been the food or something that she stuck her nose into. Anyways I originally came in around 12:45pm and the doors were still locked? I was confused at first. Then one of the staff members opened the door. He seemed to be the only one there. Next he went on to ask me if I've been here before. (I have not so I signed in blah blah blah) He replays Doctor won't be in till 4pm!! At this point what can I do. So I came back at 4:15 which is the appointment time they set me up for. I waited about 40 min until they brought me and my lady in. By far one of the friendliest staff I've ever been with. The beautiful young lady (who's name I forgot! Marisa maybe -.-) and The Vet Jose were very informative and not to mention bilingual. Seems that he is the only Doctor in the entire place but I could be wrong. Either way more experience for him! However Meds and drugs are a bit expensive but optional. Shots however are pretty normal compared to the Animal shelter on Conroy. They also offer boarding for dogs and cats. First time here and it sure won't be my last thank you Jose and staff. :)

I was extremely satisfied with my service and the follow-up care. If you like spending money, then by all means come here. Brought my male cat in to be checked for a bladder infection and they wanted to charge me $917.00. Thankfully, I was able to get out with just a checkup and the antibiotic Veraflox. You can get Veraflox for $22, and they charge $80. It's my fault for not calling around, but I was worried about my cat, and I know for a male that having a bladder infection is very dangerous for them. The vet tech was very nice the whole time, and the receptionist was friendly in the beginning, but I could tell a change in her attitude when I came out and was only going to purchase the antibiotic. Lesson Learned.

My parents and I have been using this facility for our dogs (total of 2) for at least 3 years now. It is clean, bright, friendly and very professional . They have a nice waiting room, well decorated -a lot nicer than some HUMAN doctor's offices I have seen. When they first opened, they would even give the dogs a bath before we pick them up from boarding. I believe there may be a charge for this now, not sure.The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My mom has spoken with the Vet, and had no complaints. We usually just board the dogs here, and go elsewhere for shots (they are quite expensive here). They know not only our names (the human owners) , but also the dogs by heart ! Makes me feel special, or maybe my dog is just that bad...I mean ...unforgettable.......They have started charging a fee for a basic checkup , just to board the animal. I appreciate this extra precaution, but the additional cost.....( I think it's about $25-30 , I can't remember because since I have not been out of town in awhile).Check it out - they have a boarding and a vet.

I love this vet and the employees! I rescued a kitten a few months ago and my mother in law told me to bring him here. I did. He was in horrible shape, we had found him outside next to a dumpster and he was only three weeks old! They gave me some food and antibiotics. They taught me how to use the syringe to feed him and how often to feed him. He's doing great now. From the way he was before and the way he is now is just night and day. The staff is friendly and they even worked something out with me because of my financial situation. They are fantastic and you can tell that the employees there all love animals and know what they are doing.
