This is by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do. KC was everything to me. This hospital/clinic is truly amazing. The front office staff and the Doctor are just incredible.. I want to thank you all for your amazing support. KC was treated with so much love and respect and I was blessed to find such amazing Professionals..

I went to the Boogy Creek Animal Hospital in an emergency to take the "my son" cat Marley. He was in pain and could not put his left arm on the floor, and I had no idea what had happened to him.
All of the team work, assistants and doctors were super friendly, educated and very affectionate. The most important thing is that everyone gives a lot of attention and tries to solve it as quickly as possible, to understand what is happening with our "son" cat. Marley did all the exams, including X-rays, and a snake bite was detected. He was medicated and thanks God and the help of all team work, after 24 hours he is already, super good, happy, running, jumping and feeding well.

We have been using the services of Boggy Creek Animal Hospital since we moved into the area in 2003. The doctors and staff have always been very friendly, professional and thorough. They have been excellent in communicating reminders to us to keep the dogs up to date on their immunizations and overall health needs. When one of our dogs was very ill and needed to be euthanized, they were very sympathetic and supportive. Shortly after that, they sent a floral arrangement and sympathy card to us, yet another example of how they value their customers and their pets. We also board our dogs there when we travel and use the grooming services. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, they are easily a 15.

I have always been pleased with the medical and office staff at Boggy Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Bob Hicks has always been professional and meticulous when providing medical care to my English Bulldogs. The grooming and boarding services provided are excellent and I am very picky as to who I leave my fur babies with but they are always well taken care of when I board them there. The office staff and front reception area are welcoming and make sure that my questions are always answered. I highly recommend Boggy Creek Animal Hospital!

Normally, I would give them a 5. They are in business for the love of animals and not just for business. It is obvious that they truly care about all animals. My last visit had an intern that rubbed my 7 year old daughter and I, the wrong way. My dog appeared frightened after the tech brought my dog back for blood work. That has never happened before. All in all, they are great

I have been taking my animals to Dr Keine and Dr Hines at Boggy Creek since I moved out here in '04. They are some of the most knowledgeable vets I've come across as of late. I also drive past several(and drive 45 minutes) other vets offices just to go to them. They came highly recommended by a dear friend and I cherish my pets. Her pets are her kids so I knew I couldn't do wrong. They may cost a little more than other vets, but that's what insurance is for and why I have it. I have faith in Boggy Creek. They even went so far as to build my dog his own kennel when I have to board him. They are some special folks.

Boggy creek is a great place , in the past we took our Maltese there for everything. I recently took our new dog in, the staff was so slow over the phone and in person. I was told over the phone that I would be quoted for his shots the day of the appointment which raised a flag (why not just tell me over the phone). When dropping him off I went over his appointment needs (shots and grooming). I was quoted his grooming but still no quote for his shots. I called in to check and was then requoted for his grooming (10 less then before) & I was finally quoted what I found to be more expensive then the usual. I was so let down and unhappy with how the staff didn't acknowledge this part of his treatment mainly because this is the most expensive part of the visit. I will not be taking my Pup back, I definitely don't mind paying $260 for my dogs health, but a heads up would have been nice.

Good experience with Dr.E. and this is one of the few vetanariens that won't force you to get yearly vaccines(only core vaccines every 3 years). They still tried to get me to do the lepto shot but honestly they shouldnt because its only suppose to be for high risk dogs.Meaning if you live in the country or your neighborhood/backyard has a lot of squirrels and raccoons or if you allow your dog to swim in lakes and ponds. However, if you say no they back off. I give it 4 stars because of the leptospirosis sales pitch and I made an appointment but still had to wait an hour. Update: their website says they have comfortis but they don't so once you go just order it from 1800petmeds.

Boggy Creek Animal Hospital is a wonderful facility and they love my miniature dachshund almost as much as her family. The staff and Doctors are always smiling and pleasant. I cannot image boarding my pet at any other facility. I highly recommend this animal hospital for all your veterinarian needs.

I wish there were most than 5 stars I could give. From the doctors, techs, and receptionists, everyone at Boggy Creek Animal Hospital is so caring, true, and knowledgable. Very reasonable as well. I wouldn't ever consider bringing my canine children anywhere else. I feel very fortunate to have a vet locally who are this great.

We brought our new English bulldog here for the first time. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, they were prompt. There are separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats. They did not overbook appointments, so there was only one other patient who got there just as we were going into the exam room. The doctor and technician were very knowledgeable about the breed and were excellent handling our dog. This is our first bulldog, and they were very diligent and took extra time to answer all our questions and provide us with written materials to bring home. Overall a very stress free visit and not overpriced at all.

I was so let down and unhappy with how the staff didn't acknowledge this part of his treatment mainly because this is the most expensive part of the visit. I will not be taking my Pup back, I definitely don't mind paying $260 for my dogs health, but a heads up would have been nice.

Good experience with Dr.E. and this is one of the few vetanariens that won't force you to get yearly vaccines(only core vaccines every 3 years). They still tried to get me to do the lepto shot but honestly they shouldnt because its only suppose to be for high risk dogs.Meaning if you live in the country or your neighborhood/backyard has a lot of squirrels and raccoons or if you allow your dog to swim in lakes and ponds. However, if you say no they back off. I give it 4 stars because of the leptospirosis sales pitch and I made an appointment but still had to wait an hour. Update: their website says they have comfortis but they don't so once you go just order it from 1800petmeds.

Boggy Creek Animal Hospital is a wonderful facility and they love my miniature dachshund almost as much as her family. The staff and Doctors are always smiling and pleasant. I cannot image boarding my pet at any other facility. I highly recommend this animal hospital for all your veterinarian needs.

I wish there were most than 5 stars I could give. From the doctors, techs, and receptionists, everyone at Boggy Creek Animal Hospital is so caring, true, and knowledgable. Very reasonable as well. I wouldn't ever consider bringing my canine children anywhere else. I feel very fortunate to have a vet locally who are this great.

We brought our new English bulldog here for the first time. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, they were prompt. There are separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats. They did not overbook appointments, so there was only one other patient who got there just as we were going into the exam room. The doctor and technician were very knowledgeable about the breed and were excellent handling our dog. This is our first bulldog, and they were very diligent and took extra time to answer all our questions and provide us with written materials to bring home. Overall a very stress free visit and not overpriced at all.
