After many months of dealing with another veterinarian and after my Oliver’s diabetes diagnosis and feeling discouraged, I decided to change offices and came to Kissimmee Animal Hospital. Best decision I could have ever made. The office is beautiful, clean and the staff is very professional. Dr. Trow was amazing. She is thorough, professional and caring. I am so thankful to her for her guidance and help in getting my Oliver better.

To my surprise, they called a few days later to check on him. The again, two weeks later, they called again. Wonderful place and I would recommend them to everyone!

My cat WHISKERS DIED... Doc sarah. After taking him here and had his urinary tract unblocked and paying 830 dollars he died a week later. His health declined and he passed away. So maybe if we had paid the 1000+ dollars he would have lived? We called this place again and they pretty much wanted to charge us another 300 dollars for TESTS and he died. So yeah we signed the papers and "agreed" we pretty much wanted our cat to live and we had no choice but to sign the darn paperwork and pay the bill. Our cat died and i would call this a bad judgment call from this animal hospital because they should have done more. His life was not guaranteed from the ANAESTHESIA. But he died a week later after we paid the bill after the surgery was done and after we called the hospital asking for help. Thanks for giving our cat a week to live doc. 830 dollars we paid. MORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO SAVE HIS LIFE AFTER SURGERY AND AFTER WE CALLED ABOUT HIS HEALTH DECLINING.

We took in an adult stray tomcat with very little experience to draw from. Dr. Trow patiently guided us through his neutering, immunizations, wound care, deworming, microchipping, and managing his feline herpes. Despite the fact that he was rather feral at the time, Dr. Trow and her team gave him space and worked at his pace to make the experience as unstressful as possible--for everyone. We've moved to the other side of town, but I still make the drive. It is well worth the quality of work and service.

My dog was in an accident and Kissimmee Animal Hospital was the first hospital that came up in my GPS. Once we arrive they got him in a room to examine him right away without even asking me to sign any papers, it wasn't until they actually made sure that my dog was stable that they politely asked me to sign my dog's history information. They then showed me exactly what needed to be done and I gave them my approval. Within two hours my dog came out of surgery and they explained exactly how I would take care of my dog at home. Everyone was really sweet and helpful , and although this happened in the weekend and I came in with my emergency five minutes before they were going to close, they chose to stay to take care of my dog. This was amazing. My dog is doing awesome now and I am so grateful that my GPS brought me to kissimmee animal hospital, they saved my dog. Thank you !

We've been going here for years. They used to have very super amazing wonderful vets and techs. The office staff has always been helpful. However, lately we feel the vets and techs have just gone more and more down hill. Where as they used to spend time getting to know the animals and make sure they are comfortable, it now just feels they are in it for the money and don't care about the pets. After over five years of being their regular customer and thousands of dollars, we will be looking for a new vet.

Great place to take your pets. We got really bad news for our little dog. They gave us all the medicine, explained what symptoms to look for and were very caring. To my surprise, they called a few days later to check on him. The again, two weeks later, they called again. Wonderful place and I would recommend them to everyone!

My cat WHISKERS DIED... Doc sarah. After taking him here and had his urinary tract unblocked and paying 830 dollars he died a week later. His health declined and he passed away. So maybe if we had paid the 1000+ dollars he would have lived? We called this place again and they pretty much wanted to charge us another 300 dollars for TESTS and he died. So yeah we signed the papers and "agreed" we pretty much wanted our cat to live and we had no choice but to sign the darn paperwork and pay the bill. Our cat died and i would call this a bad judgment call from this animal hospital because they should have done more. His life was not guaranteed from the ANAESTHESIA. But he died a week later after we paid the bill after the surgery was done and after we called the hospital asking for help. Thanks for giving our cat a week to live doc. 830 dollars we paid. MORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO SAVE HIS LIFE AFTER SURGERY AND AFTER WE CALLED ABOUT HIS HEALTH DECLINING.

The people that work here are a blessing. My sister has a huge dog who isn't socialized well. He gets scared and reacts often in new surroundings and people. They took the necessary steps to attend to him without him or anyone getting hurt. They calculated everything well and they did it with class. I cannot imagine what he would have to go through if these wonderfully gifted vets weren't here. God bless them. Oh and they're waaay better than Pet Smart ;)

LATER WITH THE PASSING OF OUR PETS KISSIMMEE ANIMAL HOSPITAL WAS THERE TO COMFORT US ON THOSE OCCASIONS. THEY NOW CARE FOR OUR TWO RIDGEBACK'S AND THEY KEEP THEM HEALTHY AND HAPPY. OUR OLDER BABY IS NERVOUS WHEN WE TRAVEL IN THE CAR, THEY ISSUED US A TRAVEL PILL TO CALM HER DURING THE TRIP. We took in an adult stray tomcat with very little experience to draw from. Dr. Trow patiently guided us through his neutering, immunizations, wound care, deworming, microchipping, and managing his feline herpes. Despite the fact that he was rather feral at the time, Dr. Trow and her team gave him space and worked at his pace to make the experience as unstressful as possible--for everyone. We've moved to the other side of town, but I still make the drive. It is well worth the quality of work and service.

Kissimmee Animal Hospital is just really easy to work with and they always explain things clearly. If our pets need a special procedure done, they let us know ahead of time and provide good follow-up.

My dog was in an accident and Kissimmee Animal Hospital was the first hospital that came up in my GPS. Once we arrive they got him in a room to examine him right away without even asking me to sign any papers, it wasn't until they actually made sure that my dog was stable that they politely asked me to sign my dog's history information. They then showed me exactly what needed to be done and I gave them my approval. Within two hours my dog came out of surgery and they explained exactly how I would take care of my dog at home. Everyone was really sweet and helpful , and although this happened in the weekend and I came in with my emergency five minutes before they were going to close, they chose to stay to take care of my dog. This was amazing. My dog is doing awesome now and I am so grateful that my GPS brought me to kissimmee animal hospital, they saved my dog. Thank you !

We've been going here for years. They used to have very super amazing wonderful vets and techs. The office staff has always been helpful. However, lately we feel the vets and techs have just gone more and more down hill. Where as they used to spend time getting to know the animals and make sure they are comfortable, it now just feels they are in it for the money and don't care about the pets. After over five years of being their regular customer and thousands of dollars, we will be looking for a new vet.
