My Paddy and I were lucky to have this clinic available to us. He has medical issues that need constant care and all the staff are there for me when I call. I commend all employed there, however, a few have time to listen to me and my concerns with Paddy. Angela is my right hand, which I need to help cut his toenails and with her comes Eric who waits on me patiently while I talk about my pet. I am thankful for all of you. I've been taking Reeses here for 14 years and never thought of taking her anywhere else from day one. The doctors and staff have always treated her like their own. FRIENDLY, TRUST-WORTHY, AFFORDABLE AND KNOWLEDGABLE Over several years I have had 5 dogs, 2 of them have died of cancer, 1 of them died of old age and I currently have 2 pups. I have ALWAYS used Dr. Johnston for every single dog, even though I am offered free vet visits at other clinics. I choose this clinic, especially Dr. Johnston, because she has helped my dogs who have passed away have a long, happy life (even the ones who died of cancer; they lived at least over 6 years longer than they were expected) All of my dogs love them so much and they are ALWAYS thrilled to take a visit to the vet. I haven't had ANY issues with them, they are TRUST-WORTHY, AFFORDABLE and definitely KNOWLEDGEABLE Not only do I love Dr. Johnston, but all the other staff as well, especially Shawna, who has made a HUGE impact on my career. I love this animal care practice. From front reception to back vet techs and vets. They are all very compassionate, super friendly, courteous and professionals. My neighbor recommended Dr. Stephanie Johnson as we had 2 pitbull/American bulldog mix that we rescued at 8 weeks and are now 5 yrs old. Our loving boys are part of our family and we want the best of care. When we moved here 3 yrs ago it was difficult finding a vet that was knowledgeable and caring toward our bullies. Dr. Johnson is amazing with them and the vet techs as well. I'm happy to have connected with this animal clinic. At the very end of the day, it became obvious that something was very wrong with my cat. I was trying to avoid going to an emergency clinic and started calling around. I noticed that this clinic had very good reviews. I called them and explained the situation and despite the fact that they were closing in 15 minutes and I was about that far away, they agreed to see my cat. Everyone was extremely nice from the front desk, to Dani the vet tech to Dr. Johnston. My cat had a blocked ureter and needed an emergency procedure. I really liked that they were very straight forward but also compassionate at the same time. They explained everything very well. My cat had to stay at the clinic for 2 days because he needed IV fluids, medicine, observation and had a caterer in place. I got frequent calls to update me on his status which was so nice. We from Canada on the visit and we had our chihuahua checked for blood test and the dental problems, Dr. Ted B. handled it very professionally with good advises on what to do and what not. Had a dream my dog didn't wake in the morning. So I brought her to this Vet. They stayed after hours, and also gave support for the bad news I had received. The doctor was very direct, and fast. That's why I love this place no B.S. just straight forward. Let me tell you the doctor knows what he's talking about. Staff was geeat. After my best friend passed of 14yrs I received a very nice card signed by all the staff . With that said I had previously brought my dog for a tooth extraction. They were great. The prices are good.
