I was a loyal customer of lantana atlantis animal hospital since Dr Kadish purchased it and moved from VCA in Coconut Creek. We brought our pet to Dr Kadish for 12 years. At 10 years old our dog was diagnosed with melanoma and required a toe amputation, at this point Dr Kadish knew us well and was well aware our pet had health insurance. Rather than suggesting we take our pet to a Specialty cancer vet where there is actually a melanoma Vaccine he left our pet unprotected, to only have the cancer reoccurs in her jaw. Dr Kadish was paid over $5,000 for the first surgery. Then 2 years later during a routine dental this growth was found, and he suggested a radical surgery, basically breaking our dogs jaw and putting her through basic torture. That cost another $5000. After this surgery and a week in the hospital we brought our pet home to only have this growth regrow to 5 times its size within weeks.
We attempted to get our pet back into Dr Kadish and he was on vacation after a few days of run around we were able to get into Dr. Love, Who is the only compassionate person in that entire place. She immediately recommend we take our pet to a specialty cancer vet and even called and got us an appointment.
We brought our dog to a cancer vet and were told that the previous vet who performed surgery botched it, did not get clean margins and should have never performed it. He performs surgery he has absolutely no business performing.
The Cancer Vet was disgusted with the treatment of our pet, and had she been treated properly 2 years prior it is unlikely it would have recurred the way that it did.
He is the direct cause of our pets suffering and early death. When there was an abundance of treatment options that Dr Kadish never even suggested because he was too money hungry to refer us to a specialist. We trusted him for years, and it took his colleague whom we had never met before to do the right thing and give our dog a fighting chance, by referring us to someone who specializes in cancer treatment.
Despite numerous messages left for DR Kadish for a return call after his vacation in 2019, he never called us back, never called to check in on our pet, never called with any balance. it has been radio silence for 3 years, until I get a collection agency letter stating I owe them $300. They were paid everything they ever billed us, Including our final visit with Dr. Love.
Dr Kadish has some of the highest prices in the county for routine vaccines, and surgery.
If being treated with respect, and your animal being treated by capable people is important to you find some else. Dr Kadish is only concerned with getting every dollar he can out of you. He was an amazing vet until he bought this practice, and clearly now is only in it to get as much money out of his patients as possible. I failed my pet since I trusted Dr. Kadish. don't make the same mistake.

I went to him because my dog had massive lumps under her throat. He said that my dog most likely has cancer, lymphoma. He charged me $590 and as I was sobbing he did a biopsy of the dog’s lumps. He told me to call him on a specific day for the results. When I called him, he yelled at me for bothering him and said he will call me as soon as he had the results. Well he never did, I had to call him to find out that yes, it is lymphoma. Dr. Kadish was very quick to say he can treat my dog, but based on the first encounter, I was hesitant. A friend told me that I need to find out what type of cancer cells (B or T) the dog has. I called the office back and after telling me that it couldn’t be done, they charged me another $590 to ask the lab to perform the cell test on the original biopsy slides. That was 6 weeks ago. To date, neither Dr. Kadish, nor his staff have called or emailed me with the results. I went to Fort Lauderdale Cancer center and all tests were done for under $400. That is $780 less. Dr. Kadish should NOT be in practice. He is NOT a good person.

Brought my puppy in because she was scratching uncontrollably so a skin scrape was done and nothing was found. I was told it was probably food allergies and to switch food. Got sent home with Nutri-Cal. I immediately went and switched my puppies food. Following day she was worse so I took my puppy elsewhere for a second opinion. Where they did another skin scrape and found she had scabies. The way the vet at this office did the scrape was nothing like how they did it at the new vet I took my pup too. Thankfully my pup is doing a lot better now. Would be nice to get a refund.

Was given meds for a kitten for 1 week for $25 that I got a whole months worth later from another vet for the same $25. They want you to come in for a follow up visit every week to give you more meds. (Hence more $ for both a visit and meds).]Have gotten two false/wrong phone calls to pick up meds in the last 2 weeks.Dr Love was very friendly... unfortunately it seems like a place to nickel and dime you for everything to make money.

RUDE office staff. I didn’t even keep the Appointment because the girl was so rude on the phone. She Acted as if I was inconveniencing her by calling to make an appointment. I couldn’t even ask the questions I wanted to ask and when I did, the answers were short and abrupt and she rushed me off of the phone! I called another vet right afterward and was treated kindly and all of my questions were answered in a friendly and accommodating manner. I’ll be taking my dog there instead. It’s a shame because I have used Dr. Love in the past for previous pets. She is great but rude office staff can put you out of business.

Best vet ever! Dr. Kadesh and Dr Love are amazing! Kind, caring, loving and so wonderful at managing pet parents! The took such great care of my baby and he was in the hospital for 2 nights. He almost didn't want to leave because the entire staff are so warm and caring he just loved loved them!
I found the prices exceptional for what my pup needed. They were very good at explaining the bill and even show you a range from low to high before you leave your pet with them. I'm from NYC, and I've NEVER been treated with so much kindness and thoughtfulness.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys are a little pricey but they took impeccable care of my little silky in the last few years of her life and of my mini weimaraner when she went in a couple of times before we moved. The vets are wonderful and I was never left wondering if they were thorough enough - they left no stone unturned when it came to the well-being of their patients. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.

These people acted like they cared over the phone so I gave them a try I took my pet and we told them we are a low income family they didn't care they just kept adding extra things that were not needed as I was told by a real vet for a rabbit only one xray is needed they told me they need 3 and when I told them I can't afford that many they told us well come back when you get the money I was there for an emergency and all they can think about is money I cried all the way to my car and as they charged us $60 for a HALF filled bottle of metacam which is basically Tylenol for rabbits he was in so much pain I will never go back here they charge way to much to even walk in the bill was outrageous before they even knew what was wrong so sad that there are rip off vets like this it really pissed me off that they gave me a half of a bottle when they buy the cheapest pain medicine and sell it for triple the price for a bottle the size of a key chain so sad 😭😢😵😷

Came in thirty-minutes before closing with an emergency situation. The staff was wonderful, patient, caring and acted like we were the first patients of the day. Our dog was admitted over night. In the morning, his situation took a turn and he passed away. They were absolutely amazing. When I rushed in to be with him, you could absolutely feel the compassion and heart in every person there - completely focused on my furbaby, and then on the members of our family as we began to process our loss. It is absolutely obvious this office is staffed with people who are there because of a heart connection, not just filling hours or making money. They will be our forever vet from this point on. Professional, caring, compassionate, thorough - so obviously dedicated to the health and welfare of not just pets, but of their family too.

Saw Dr Kadish for my dog that has had a strange rash on her leg. He was so kind and reassuring and listen so attentively. He recognized it right away and gave me a special spray. He also told me a medicine that I could use on my own without having to buy meaning he was not trying to suck me for every last dollar. He's a wonderful vet and you can see that he truly cares for the animals. I understand he also does emergency vet care and I would bring my pet to him in a heartbeat. Customer for life!

Doctor Kadish has been absolutely amazing helping treat my older kitty cat. There are times that I often have to wait on hold or wait to be checked out, but I'll be very honest with you, I'm not that impatient to where I would let that bother me and neither should you. They are always so good to me, so friendly and helpful, they answer my millions of questions without making me feel like an inconvenience. And so far the treatment that we have given my older cat has been extremely successful. I am very grateful to have found a reliable vet for my pets.

This clinic is an abuse they charge me $35.77 for a bath to each dog I have to bring the dog home and give them a bath they both were completely soiled in dirt and feces. They return their beds urinated and completely soiled in feces. We paid $929.21 for eleven days. Both dogs came home desperately searching for water and food. I don't think they were even feed properly. When my husband took the dogs there he asked to see the area of boarding and he was not allowed to see it. Only God knows how bed most be in there. If you really care for your dogs don't bring it to these place is not a safe place for any animal!!!

I just want to express the experience. Two cats in the hospital to the tune of $4000. My second cats estimate went nearly a $1000 over the estimate, I expressed concern to the vet that money was a concern as they were keeping her over the estimated time frame, nothing was mentioned so I assumed I was still in the ballpark of my estimate. Not only did they not call to check on my beautiful feline after her release but broke one promise of holding the payment till a date I had requested so I cancelled the card. I then called to negotiate the fee since it was well over the estimate and was told she would lower it by over $400 since they went well over 15% of the estimate. I then received a bill for the full amount so called back in and was told yes I do see that a percentage was taken off let me confer with her and call you back tomorrow. I received no call but a week later a threatening letter from a lawyer for the full amount. Poor tactics, poor customer service, no genuine kind follow up to my beloved feline who passed away a couple of days after being released from their care. No integrity to their word and billing bullies.

I was hit by both of my cats being hospitalized within 30 days of each other to the tune of close to $4,000. They went almost $1,000 over my initial estimate without conferring with me on my second cat's hospitalization. I voiced my concern on finances to the vet as it seemed they were keeping her longer than the estimate and she did not offer that it was going to cost substantially more than the estimate so I assumed we were still in the ball park of my estimate. I asked to hold my final payment which they agreed then they called and left me a message while I was working to say they were going to run my card. I quickly cancelled my card as they were not honoring our agreement. The unplanned pet fees were a hardship for my household. To top it off my pet never did recover and died a few days after leaving the hospital and no one ever followed up or called to even ask how she was doing. I will not be returning.

Thank you for being there for my little girl this past week. Had the chance to work will all 3 doctors throughout this week (and many techs/front desk girls) and even though I felt like a crazy dog mom calling every 5 minutes to check on her, this team took the time to be there for me and my little girl. He treats every pet as if it was his own. He is always following up with clients personally and makes sure the pets have the best treatment. He saved my dogs life when he ate sand at the beach. He was quick to respond to my call and to treat my dog immediately. His office staff is great very caring and compassionate. They always remember who you are and who your pet is, prices are average in comparison to other places around and the care is excellent!

Nice people but be ready to get charged full price for everything they can possibly charge you for. They act like there taking care of you until you see the itemized bill that they charged you for stuff they said they were "giving" to you. Insane prices at that. One example, $40 to look in a dogs ear and confirm it has a ear infection. This was in addition to a $60 exam fee. I personally dislike the feeling of being taken advantage of. And won't go to a vet where I have to constantly be worried about what I'm getting charged for and how much this is going to cost. Now on to find a different vet.....

I've been taking my dog, Emily to Lantana-Atlantis Animal Hospital regularly for over two years. The first time I took her there I used a coupon I found on their website making the initial visit free (its still there) and to be honest, at the time I wasn't looking for a permanent vet--I just wanted to get a particular issue my dog had addressed as economically as I could. But I was blown away by the facility, the office staff, and the vets. One thing led to another and we became "regulars." We've been seen by all three doctors: Dr. Kadish, Dr. Love, and Dr. Connary. Naturally they all have their own distinct styles, but they are all extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable individuals. All three have spent far more time with me and my dog than I ever would have expected going over her condition, her prognosis, and all of the different treatment options available to us. Everyone with a pet knows that going to the vet is never cheap, but I can honestly say that they've always been far more inexpensive than any other veterinary hospital I've ever been to with any of the animals I've owned. In fact, she's had two surgical procedures there and for both I was given estimates that had low amounts and high amounts on them, but both times when everything was said and done, I ended up paying far less than I worried I would have to. When money was tight they let me make payment arrangements and they even price match her medications for me! Their office staff, Lilly, Kaylee, and Theresa are extremely welcoming and are somehow always in a good mood. They even have convenient morning, evening, and Saturday hours. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to try them out... your pet and your wallet will thank you!

The workers at this vet are amazing!!! They saved my pot belly pigs life!!! They always called as soon as anything changed with him and never acted annoyed when i called to check up on him. The receptionists were always super sweet. They also let me in the back to see him after he was there for a few days. I will never take Gunner anywhere else!!!

I was a loyal customer of lantana atlantis animal hospital since Dr Kadish purchased it and moved from VCA in Coconut Creek. We brought our pet to Dr Kadish for 12 years. At 10 years old our dog was diagnosed with melanoma and required a toe amputation, at this point Dr Kadish knew us well and was well aware our pet had health insurance. Rather than suggesting we take our pet to a Specialty cancer vet where there is actually a melanoma Vaccine he left our pet unprotected, to only have the cancer reoccurs in her jaw. Dr Kadish was paid over $5,000 for the first surgery. Then 2 years later during a routine dental this growth was found, and he suggested a radical surgery, basically breaking our dogs jaw and putting her through basic torture. That cost another $5000. After this surgery and a week in the hospital we brought our pet home to only have this growth regrow to 5 times its size within weeks.
We attempted to get our pet back into Dr Kadish and he was on vacation after a few days of run around we were able to get into Dr. Love, Who is the only compassionate person in that entire place. She immediately recommend we take our pet to a specialty cancer vet and even called and got us an appointment.
We brought our dog to a cancer vet and were told that the previous vet who performed surgery botched it, did not get clean margins and should have never performed it. He performs surgery he has absolutely no business performing.
The Cancer Vet was disgusted with the treatment of our pet, and had she been treated properly 2 years prior it is unlikely it would have recurred the way that it did.
He is the direct cause of our pets suffering and early death. When there was an abundance of treatment options that Dr Kadish never even suggested because he was too money hungry to refer us to a specialist. We trusted him for years, and it took his colleague whom we had never met before to do the right thing and give our dog a fighting chance, by referring us to someone who specializes in cancer treatment.
Despite numerous messages left for DR Kadish for a return call after his vacation in 2019, he never called us back, never called to check in on our pet, never called with any balance. it has been radio silence for 3 years, until I get a collection agency letter stating I owe them $300. They were paid everything they ever billed us, Including our final visit with Dr. Love.
Dr Kadish has some of the highest prices in the county for routine vaccines, and surgery.
If being treated with respect, and your animal being treated by capable people is important to you find some else. Dr Kadish is only concerned with getting every dollar he can out of you. He was an amazing vet until he bought this practice, and clearly now is only in it to get as much money out of his patients as possible. I failed my pet since I trusted Dr. Kadish. don't make the same mistake.

I went to him because my dog had massive lumps under her throat. He said that my dog most likely has cancer, lymphoma. He charged me $590 and as I was sobbing he did a biopsy of the dog’s lumps. He told me to call him on a specific day for the results. When I called him, he yelled at me for bothering him and said he will call me as soon as he had the results. Well he never did, I had to call him to find out that yes, it is lymphoma. Dr. Kadish was very quick to say he can treat my dog, but based on the first encounter, I was hesitant. A friend told me that I need to find out what type of cancer cells (B or T) the dog has. I called the office back and after telling me that it couldn’t be done, they charged me another $590 to ask the lab to perform the cell test on the original biopsy slides. That was 6 weeks ago. To date, neither Dr. Kadish, nor his staff have called or emailed me with the results. I went to Fort Lauderdale Cancer center and all tests were done for under $400. That is $780 less. Dr. Kadish should NOT be in practice. He is NOT a good person.

Got sent home with Nutri-Cal. I immediately went and switched my puppies food. Following day she was worse so I took my puppy elsewhere for a second opinion. Where they did another skin scrape and found she had scabies. The way the vet at this office did the scrape was nothing like how they did it at the new vet I took my pup too. Thankfully my pup is doing a lot better now. Would be nice to get a refund.

Was given meds for a kitten for 1 week for $25 that I got a whole months worth later from another vet for the same $25. They want you to come in for a follow up visit every week to give you more meds. (Hence more $ for both a visit and meds).]Have gotten two false/wrong phone calls to pick up meds in the last 2 weeks.Dr Love was very friendly... unfortunately it seems like a place to nickel and dime you for everything to make money.

RUDE office staff. I didn’t even keep the Appointment because the girl was so rude on the phone. She Acted as if I was inconveniencing her by calling to make an appointment. I couldn’t even ask the questions I wanted to ask and when I did, the answers were short and abrupt and she rushed me off of the phone! I called another vet right afterward and was treated kindly and all of my questions were answered in a friendly and accommodating manner. I’ll be taking my dog there instead. It’s a shame because I have used Dr. Love in the past for previous pets. She is great but rude office staff can put you out of business.

I found the prices exceptional for what my pup needed. They were very good at explaining the bill and even show you a range from low to high before you leave your pet with them. I'm from NYC, and I've NEVER been treated with so much kindness and thoughtfulness.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys are a little pricey but they took impeccable care of my little silky in the last few years of her life and of my mini weimaraner when she went in a couple of times before we moved. The vets are wonderful and I was never left wondering if they were thorough enough - they left no stone unturned when it came to the well-being of their patients. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.

These people acted like they cared over the phone so I gave them a try I took my pet and we told them we are a low income family they didn't care they just kept adding extra things that were not needed as I was told by a real vet for a rabbit only one xray is needed they told me they need 3 and when I told them I can't afford that many they told us well come back when you get the money I was there for an emergency and all they can think about is money I cried all the way to my car and as they charged us $60 for a HALF filled bottle of metacam which is basically Tylenol for rabbits he was in so much pain I will never go back here they charge way to much to even walk in the bill was outrageous before they even knew what was wrong so sad that there are rip off vets like this it really pissed me off that they gave me a half of a bottle when they buy the cheapest pain medicine and sell it for triple the price for a bottle the size of a key chain so sad 😭😢😵😷

Came in thirty-minutes before closing with an emergency situation. The staff was wonderful, patient, caring and acted like we were the first patients of the day. Our dog was admitted over night. In the morning, his situation took a turn and he passed away. They were absolutely amazing. When I rushed in to be with him, you could absolutely feel the compassion and heart in every person there - completely focused on my furbaby, and then on the members of our family as we began to process our loss. It is absolutely obvious this office is staffed with people who are there because of a heart connection, not just filling hours or making money. They will be our forever vet from this point on. Professional, caring, compassionate, thorough - so obviously dedicated to the health and welfare of not just pets, but of their family too.

Doctor Kadish has been absolutely amazing helping treat my older kitty cat. There are times that I often have to wait on hold or wait to be checked out, but I'll be very honest with you, I'm not that impatient to where I would let that bother me and neither should you. They are always so good to me, so friendly and helpful, they answer my millions of questions without making me feel like an inconvenience. And so far the treatment that we have given my older cat has been extremely successful. I am very grateful to have found a reliable vet for my pets.

They return their beds urinated and completely soiled in feces. We paid $929.21 for eleven days. Both dogs came home desperately searching for water and food. I don't think they were even feed properly. When my husband took the dogs there he asked to see the area of boarding and he was not allowed to see it. Only God knows how bed most be in there. If you really care for your dogs don't bring it to these place is not a safe place for any animal!!!

These folks truly understand that pets are not just animals but family. Don't let the rustic lobby fool you. The care is first class. Every pet we gave brought in has been handled gently and professionally. The exam rooms are clean and there are never odd smells lingering. They treat dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

These people helped my Boca live at least six months longer with her renal problems. I am so grateful for all they did for her including showing her how loved she was even when we had to say good bye. They have welcomed Brie with open arms and loving care too. She is not afraid to visit her friends at their office. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can't speak for the other staff members but the exotic vet, Dr. Love, is wonderful. She was very caring with my sick chinchilla and did all she could. Genuinely caring and good communication.

After boarding my dog here for the past 4 years, I am sorry to say I didn't have a good experience this trip! after boarding her for the past 18 days and supposedly her getting a bath before pick up she came out matted and still grubby. I was told by the dr that I need to groom my dog before she gets there. By the way she had a bath before boarding. I was not happy with the responses and treatment I received. Due to this I will not be boarding my dog here again!!!!!

Took my dog there for a cough and Dr. Kadish and his staff were absolutely wonderful he took the best care and had him feeling better in no time they offered me different treatment plans and I was able to choose the one best suited to my budget which really helped being a college student and not having a ton of funds... I just want to express the experience. Two cats in the hospital to the tune of $4000. My second cats estimate went nearly a $1000 over the estimate, I expressed concern to the vet that money was a concern as they were keeping her over the estimated time frame, nothing was mentioned so I assumed I was still in the ballpark of my estimate. Not only did they not call to check on my beautiful feline after her release but broke one promise of holding the payment till a date I had requested so I cancelled the card. I then called to negotiate the fee since it was well over the estimate and was told she would lower it by over $400 since they went well over 15% of the estimate. I then received a bill for the full amount so called back in and was told yes I do see that a percentage was taken off let me confer with her and call you back tomorrow. I received no call but a week later a threatening letter from a lawyer for the full amount. Poor tactics, poor customer service, no genuine kind follow up to my beloved feline who passed away a couple of days after being released from their care. No integrity to their word and billing bullies.

I was hit by both of my cats being hospitalized within 30 days of each other to the tune of close to $4,000. They went almost $1,000 over my initial estimate without conferring with me on my second cat's hospitalization. I voiced my concern on finances to the vet as it seemed they were keeping her longer than the estimate and she did not offer that it was going to cost substantially more than the estimate so I assumed we were still in the ball park of my estimate. I asked to hold my final payment which they agreed then they called and left me a message while I was working to say they were going to run my card. I quickly cancelled my card as they were not honoring our agreement. The unplanned pet fees were a hardship for my household. To top it off my pet never did recover and died a few days after leaving the hospital and no one ever followed up or called to even ask how she was doing. I will not be returning.

Thank you for being there for my little girl this past week. Had the chance to work will all 3 doctors throughout this week (and many techs/front desk girls) and even though I felt like a crazy dog mom calling every 5 minutes to check on her, this team took the time to be there for me and my little girl. Can't tell you how much you made these past couple days less stressful. Glad to have her home, and glad your team was on her side! Thank you, you'll never know what you gave me back.

Dr. Kadish and his staff are amazing, dedicated and pet focused. Dr Kadish has gone above and beyond in many cases while treating my dogs. He's number one concern is always for your pet. He treats every pet as if it was his own. He is always following up with clients personally and makes sure the pets have the best treatment. He saved my dogs life when he ate sand at the beach. He was quick to respond to my call and to treat my dog immediately. I would recommend this hospital to everyone I know that has any pet they truly feel is a family member because that is how Dr Kadish and his staff treat all animals.

We followed dr Kadish from vca in coconut creek and he is one of the best vets I have ever been too. He doesn't push medications and is straight and upfront about the bill. His office staff is great very caring and compassionate. They always remember who you are and who your pet is, prices are average in comparison to other places around and the care is excellent!

It took Dr Connary one visit to figure out he has an allergy to the world.We began my dog's treatment with very conservative means, and over a period of months, finalized with an amazing drug that worked like a charm.She spends a lot of time talking about my dogs condition and explaining the details. I've never felt rushed in her care. The office prices are very fair and I couldn't be any happier. As a medical professional, she is a doctor's doctor!!

Nice people but be ready to get charged full price for everything they can possibly charge you for. They act like there taking care of you until you see the itemized bill that they charged you for stuff they said they were "giving" to you. Insane prices at that. One example, $40 to look in a dogs ear and confirm it has a ear infection. This was in addition to a $60 exam fee. I personally dislike the feeling of being taken advantage of. And won't go to a vet where I have to constantly be worried about what I'm getting charged for and how much this is going to cost. Now on to find a different vet.....

I've been taking my dog, Emily to Lantana-Atlantis Animal Hospital regularly for over two years. The first time I took her there I used a coupon I found on their website making the initial visit free (its still there) and to be honest, at the time I wasn't looking for a permanent vet--I just wanted to get a particular issue my dog had addressed as economically as I could. But I was blown away by the facility, the office staff, and the vets. One thing led to another and we became "regulars." We've been seen by all three doctors: Dr. Kadish, Dr. Love, and Dr. Connary. Naturally they all have their own distinct styles, but they are all extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable individuals. All three have spent far more time with me and my dog than I ever would have expected going over her condition, her prognosis, and all of the different treatment options available to us. Everyone with a pet knows that going to the vet is never cheap, but I can honestly say that they've always been far more inexpensive than any other veterinary hospital I've ever been to with any of the animals I've owned. In fact, she's had two surgical procedures there and for both I was given estimates that had low amounts and high amounts on them, but both times when everything was said and done, I ended up paying far less than I worried I would have to. When money was tight they let me make payment arrangements and they even price match her medications for me! Their office staff, Lilly, Kaylee, and Theresa are extremely welcoming and are somehow always in a good mood. They even have convenient morning, evening, and Saturday hours. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to try them out... your pet and your wallet will thank you!

The workers at this vet are amazing!!! They saved my pot belly pigs life!!! They always called as soon as anything changed with him and never acted annoyed when i called to check up on him. The receptionists were always super sweet. They also let me in the back to see him after he was there for a few days. I will never take Gunner anywhere else!!!
