Incompetent, insensitive vet (Lisa Mallet). Gave us a devastating diagnosis (spleen rupture) before doing any tests, after our dog had suddenly lost mobility in his hind legs. After they did xrays and blood analysis, she still could not figure out the problem. Their blood analysis was faulty as well. We had to go to Blue Pearl to finally get a diagnosis (a mini stroke). They also failed to properly refer us to Blue Pearl, and did not realize that we could not get any tests done there until the morning. It is a waste of time to go to this vet except for routine things such as rabies shots. The only good thing about this place is that you can get same-day appointments -- I suppose that's because they have so few clients due to their incompetence. Read Less

This is by far the best vet I have visited. They always get us in fast. They know what they are doing and help the pet parent know what is going on and what is needed to help at the moment. Always friendly, no judgement. Wonderful people. I simply can not adequately praise these wonderful people enough here. Dr. Saez is hands down the BEST Veterinarian I have ever met! I adopted a Black Lab puppy, named Olive, when I was living in Florida and every time we went to the vet Olive and Dr. Saez were both happy to see one another. You can tell Dr. Saez genuinely loves all animals and has a passion for what she does. I have since moved to Pennsylvania and for the first time ever Olive is afraid to go to the vet (she is 2 now), I am certain it is because her new vet is not comforting and friendly like Dr. Saez. Keep up the great work, and if you ever get tired of Florida, Pennsylvania could sure use a wonderful vet like you! Read Less

Just had a wonderful experience here. I moved here 1 year ago and did not yet have a vet for my 2 fur babies. My Maxwell became ill recently and we took him to a different vet. Was not a good experience. I called today and they got us in today to see Dr. Jennifer. She was wonderful and spent a lot of time with us. The staff and assistants were wonderful too. They are a bit more affordable and don't push anything on you. They take one thing at a time. Maxwell and Mocha now have a new doctor! Thank you. Read Less

The staff and the vet are some of the best around they care for their clients and their pets needs unfortunately I had to put one of my fur babies (Rajah) down they were so considerate and thoughtful I wouldn't take my other babies anywhere else but here thank you guys so much you made my grieving process a little easier knowing he was in good care when he was returned he was put in a beautiful box and inside that box was but velvet bag and a paw print of his paw. I went here with my friend and brought in two cats. It's a small place, but very clean and the vet and staff were really nice and friendly. They cared a lot about the cats we brought in. Even thought vets are usually expensive anyway the price seemed pretty fair. Lovely place. Read Less

All I can say is that DVM's Shashi and Jennifer are the best in the world.They both take great care and interest in our dogs and in particular our 12 year old black lab,who has bad hips. They are gentle and go all out as far as exams and tests and are very thorough in explanations in laymans terms. Not to be outdone are the support staff,who both our dogs immediately warmed up to,especially again our overprotective black lab.Keep up the great work and contribution to the welfare of our furry "children". Just moved back to Florida in December from Mexico, where the vet care was excellent and extremely inexpensive. Had culture shock when shopping for a vet when we first returned. Happily, came to the clinic on a neighbors recommendation about 2 months ago and was amazed at the wonderful care that was given to my pet and how I was treated. Animal Care Clinic of Largo is amazing! The entire staff is truly compassionate, caring and professional! Dr. Goswami is extremely knowledgeable and has a love for animals. I was lucky to get an emergency surgery done for my cat here and she was in great hands! Not only did they give her the best care while she was there, but they were also comforting to me as well and answered all my questions. My wife brought our dog Jazzy here from a coupon I got out of the Seminole Beacon. She saw Dr. Saez and her team on Saturday morning (very convenient). We are so lucky I found this place! Prices were amazing and the girls in the office were so sweet to my dog. Dr. Saez is one of those Vets you can tell loves animals. Nobody pushed any extras on us which makes the visit more pleasant. I got a letter in the mail checking up on my dog after her shots, and a phone call. Very clean, very professional and excellent care. The best part is I can afford to go here and don't have to go to a mobile shot bus or the humane society or aspca and deal with "first come first serve" nonsense. I recommend this office to anyone who ask for a vet (or complains about theirs). Also, I called to see if my dogs flea meds were in stock and when I went to pick it up everything was already ready to go. Great service.Read Less
