This animal hospital has a caring staff and all employees are friendly. My dog went missing and one of their veterinarians picked him up, located his microchip number, kept him overnight, and connected with me...all free of charge. Happy ending and we were so grateful for their compassion.

Have taken my pets there for several years with no problems. When I needed them most for a precious furbaby evaluation for a possible enlarged thyroid was given horrible medical evaluation. Lab results completely normal, I requested radiology testing. My request was denied even though we were evaluating a possible mass with increased breath sounds in the neck. The biopsy results were inconclusive, I asked for radiology testing again when she was brought back for additional biopsies, since there was a possible mass,my request was again denied. Biopsy results possible thyroid cancer still not conclusive. Was referred to oncologist,I again requested radiology testing to have for the specialist, Dr Clark agreed to chest x ray only. I asked again about radiolgy testing on our sweet girls neck since there was a mass and increased breath sounds from the neck. He told me he already knew what was going on in the neck,claiming 1.5 cm mass easily treated with surgery. The following day our baby began gasping for air, took her to emergengy vet to find the mass was so large it crushed her trachea and now inoperable. She is now at the rainbow bridge and no longer in our arms due to lack of testing that should have been done at the very beginning of her evaluation. Will never let them touch another precious family member again

Dr. Godfrey and staff are the most caring, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals of any vet. We recently had to put our 15 year old Akita down due to health and age issues.We called Seminole Blvd Animal hospital at 5pm They close at 530 pm and were willing to take our Jasmine in to assist us. The moment we walked in the door, every staff member we met knew why we were there and were VERY accommodating and comforting in our time of sorrow. Once the procedure was completed, they allowed us personal time to say goodbye.We left 45 minutes after their scheduled closing time.Thank each and everyone of you for the compassion you showed us when we needed it the most.SincerelyRich and Carla Welsh

I love this place! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a very hyper dog who is not a fan of the vet's office, but everyone has worked with her to help ease her nerves. They are the only ones able to cut her nails. The staff has gone above and beyond. Every time I walk in there are animals that have been boarded staying behind the counter with the girls in the office, very friendly environment. Thanks for everything!

I love this place! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a very hyper dog who is not a fan of the vet's office, but everyone has worked with her to help ease her nerves. THE BEST. the staff and doctor treated my dogs truley as if they were their own. They saved my dogs life. I also took my lizards to them and the entire staff is VERY knowledgeable on all my exotic pets. I would highly recommend this place to everyone
