Terrible place. My dog died after negligence of Dr. V. Sent her home with antibiotics stating she had UTI when she actually had Pyometra, infection of uterus. He lied when my bf went back telling him he messed up. This vet falsified docs stating my bf denied blood work or X-ray. Biggest lie. He messaged his friend after that works at vet. She stated it would be inhumane for a vet to allow a dog with pyometra to go home. Now my esa dog is Dead. And this vet doesn't care. I'm in so much pain. Have heart condition. While Dr. V sleeps well. Not caring about the animals he kills daily this is how much blood she hemorrhaged from his negligence. I had to watch my esa dog go into shock and die in my back seat as she threw up more blood. This man is evil

Showed up with my dog at 8:00 am for neuter they were late opening. My poor dog went without food and water all night he was scared and nervous they didn't get around to his surgery till 3:00 or after I picked him up still extremely drugged and groggy I would have thought they would have done his operation early enough to observe him and know he was ok to go home. Oh wait I forgot to add there was only one other surgery dropped off in the morning. We gave him his first medicines today one was 2 pills twice a day for seven days so instead of 14 pills I had seven had to go back for the other pills. And cost $30.00 more than quoted on the phone

This place is a joke. I went To take my dog to get a shot it was quick and easy. Then 3 days later I went to take her for a grooming. They said they call it a clip and clean. Well they seen my dog before I asked and paid. Told me one price and then 4hrs later tell me I owe another 100$ .but it's pay first so how did you not know it was going to be more then what was quoted. The staffing there is stupid. I will NEVER go back there or refer them to anyone.

I had a bad experience here with my dog not even a year ago. The doctor was rude. My dog is dog aggressive and they left me standing on the side of the building with him for over an hour. We had an appointment and walking we're coming and going before we even got in. I finally got someone's attention and they had forgotten about us! How the heck do you forget about someone who signed in???? Then the doctor gave my dog the wrong meds. And half if the reason that we were there went ignored... we never did get his flea meds! They pushed my dog out the door after bringing another Dog in the front door... (again... my dog is dog aggressive) sending my dog and me into an uproar. It was like being in a conveyor belt. I'll never go back! Don't take your pets here!!!

YGF used to be a fantastic clinic, but when Dr. Adkins bought it he discredited all of the hard work of the caring vets before him. Dr. Adkins€ greed disguised as generosity has forced my family and I to find pet care elsewhere. He refused to sign prescriptions for my dogs unless I bought them through him (over $300 worth of medication) and then called me to tell me he €forgot€ to sign the scripts. When confronted about his lie, he held out his hand and said, €You can slap me if you want.€ I have never felt so disrespected by a professional. He does not care about the well-being of your pets as much as he cares about making money. Please, do not support his greed.

Although the office staff is extremely nice, the Vet hasn't got a clue. My dog has suffered for a week under his care. She was rushed into emergency surgery today with another facility. I would be burying my best friend today had I followed this man's orders. Bottom line...IF YOUR NOT THERE TO GET YOUR PETS NAILS CLIPPED OR FLEA MEDS...YOU MAY AS WELL HIRE CASEY ANTHONY AS YOUR BABY SITTER!

My granddaughters and I had to put our beloved Sierra to sleep on Saturday April 30th 2016, it was the hardest decision to make, but she was in kidney and liver failure and we did not what her to suffer, Dr. Atkins and his staff were so compassionate, and understanding, they let us spend quality time with Sierra before during and after, they showed us so much love and understanding, we could not have asked for a better staff to be with us during our heartbreaking time, we just wanted to say Thank You so much we love you all Joanne Bellavance, Ashley and Hailey GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Dr. Akins really cares for the animals and isn't looking to rip anyone off like other vets ive been too. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion for the work you do.
