Waiting to hear back about my Cassidy Boy. He was attacked by a neighborhood dog that got out of its yard. He got bit in the stomach. When I walked in the door and everybody at this that's office was extremely friendly and understanding. They took him back immediately and started to examine him. I took my 6 y/o cat and 4 m/o kitten there today for the first time and I had a smooth and lovely experience. I was pleased to hear that my cat did not have a heart murmur after-all! (2 Banfield docs had diagnosed her prior in Jan 2018 and Aug 2017). Dr. Christmann took his time in assessing both of my babies, and showed them affection! I've never had a vet show affection to my animals before, and take their time in assessing them and being thorough! I am scheduled to bring my 9 week old puppy there tomorrow for his first time! Their prices are reasonable but they are ALWAYS running very late for appointments. They put you in a treatment room and leave you there for 30-60 minutes with no explanation after your appointment time. seems inconsiderate of clients time. So far the care of the vet seems to be good but clear your day if you have an appointment. Read Less

Absolutely awesome! You would typically think that a very affordable vet office would be lacking in one area or another but not with Dr Christmann and his staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. We think the world of Dr. Christmann and his staff, and have referred family and friends for years! I’ve had animals my entire (long!) life and have never found a veterinarian like this man. He helped my senior Corgi walk again! And when my daughter’s very old and very sick cat was coughing and frightened, big Dr. C got down on the floor with him to treat him. Another time he gave me free advice over the phone - and walked me through it!! Who does that anymore? Doctor Christmann. This man is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind. I cannot say enough great things about this vet! He has taken care of numerous pets between my parents, sister and myself. Dr Christmann and the staff in the office really cares about the animals and the owners. He has saved the life of my sister's dog and continues care for all of our pets. I've been bringing my diabetic dog here for almost two years now and our cat since we got him a year ago. We love everyone here! They are great with our animals, and even our 6 year old daughter loves to go visit the office. Everyone that works here truly cares about animals. I've been here twice now for different reasons. I took my cat to be put to sleep because it seemed like every other vet office wanted to charge an office fee on top of the euthanasia fee. They didn't charge me the fee and also gave me the option of a sedative for my kitty. It was still hard for me to make the decision but to know she was relaxed and wouldn't feel anything made it so much easier. Adrian gave me the last appointment of the day to work with my schedule and give me time to say goodbye to her. She was incredibly sensitive to our situation and very empathetic. Dr C and the techs are incredibly wonderful and you can tell everyone is an animal lover. I just took my dog in for her annual exam yesterday and she was extremely scared. Dr. Christensen did a thorough exam, was patient and kind with her. I felt reassured that she was safe with them. Daniela was great with my dog and made sure she was comfortable. They even came outside to me to scan her chip! I truly appreciated everything they did for me on both visits. I can't say enough how wonderful they are and the reasonable pricing as well. I live in Casselberry so while it's not totally inconvenient to come it is out of the way. I plan on making the trek to take my animals here.Read Less

They are so amazing! Every staff member is compassionate and loving towards the animals. You can truly tell that their goal is to get your pet healthy. And Dr. C is the best veterinarian I've ever brought my pets to. I have a super temperamental cat (he does not work well with others), but the staff was so patient and kind with him they were not upset over his temper. In fact, after leaving him with them for two days he started to warm up to the staff which tells me they were being extremely kind to him in my absence. They are very reasonably priced, kind, and compassionate. They took excellent care of my old pup that unfortunately needed to be put to sleep, and the care they gave him made a very difficult situation a little easier. I just moved to the area and needed to find a vet for my cat concerning his health problem. I found this clinic and decided to go there, and I am glad I did! The office overall had a caring feeling towards my cat, they were calm and reassuring to him showing they really were concerned for their patients. I did not feel like we were just another number for the books where they beat you down with their sales tactics for products. My cat ended up having to get surgery and the doctor kept me informed all the way. I really like his honest approach and how humble he was through out the whole experience, which is actually one of the main qualities I prefer in a doctor. My kitty still has a long road to go but I trust Dr. Christmann to do what is best for my cat. I will definitely be bringing all of my critters to this practice in the future and highly encourage you to do the same!Read Less
