Carrie (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was very nice and helpful. I brought a stray mom cat and her little male kitten to get them their first check up/shots so they can be domestic cats. They let me bring in both cats into the vet’s office which I thought was awesome because they had never been apart before and were very scared. They also gave me estimates for everything (if I wanted to be apart of the wellness program vs not, shots and cleanings for this visit and estimates for the next visit). I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. They made me feel very comfortable and I am really happy I found a place that I will be able to take my little cuties to from now on. I set up the appointment online, I'd gotten a complimentary first exam when I registered my dog with the AKC. I mentioned it in the request, their first correspondence was about not having any specials and send them the coupon. My appt was set, I showed up, I was asked for the coupon not one time but twice by two different people. The front desk and the vet assistant. Then she tried to sell me their different plans and packages for the year, for upcoming appointments, before my dog even got weighed. I already have pet insurance through akc, no thanks. The vet finally came in, but pup had two rounds of shots already, we were there for 3rd round and to establish, they made a big deal about not having anything with a drs signature. I brought a passport book with the stamp of the vet, stickers from the vaccine bottle, whaaaatt? If the legitimacy is in question, call the vet the number is right there! They ignored me and said they were going to start over with the shots, um, no. She's had shots, there's no need to start over. She's had her poo tested, no need for that either, and I don't want trifexis, or any flea pill. Just her 3rd round of shots and heartguard. They ended up quoting over $100, with 1st found of shots, a fleapill and poo test. All the things I said no to. So I left. Called another vet, got right in and they had no issues with the records, they knew the vet. She got her shot, and we were good, foor addnot $80 cheaper. This place seemed a little too obsessed with the money part of it. They did take me back right away, so there's that. Read Less

Luv-N-Care veterinarians are also surgeons. When the inevitable happens, I've always been able to turn to my regular old vet, who is also a surgeon using the most up to date laser technology. Three months after adopting my dog he developed a tumor under his lip. I called and made an appointment with luv n care after it was recommended by a colleague. The staff was friendly and very informative. I had no problems on all my visits. Dr. Singh was very professional and efficient with the follow up. This place i used for five dogs for years spent thousands. Watch your bill. Count pills you get recently got half i paid for when i poured out and counted. Brought cat Christmas week found in road...charged me hundreds said tired of taking care of found cats free...when i picked up and paid it..they made me sit in a room 25 minutes and wait for it...then brought liquid pain meds for me. i had been clear we were going directly to the Doctor the cat rescue sent me to? female manager said too bad pay it is already poured. i believe i was set up. I said no we argued. I was clear that I was going to another doctor? Later Dr s the owner called me and told me to stay out of his "fucking office" wow i almost fell over. I paid the bill in full. I went back waited in parking lot for my records. The nerve he included a letter telling me how bad i was and i can't go there again. Wow i was shocked at the bad language on phone...the general girls at desk are sweet ...the manager is not made me pay for meds i never requested or wanted. Told her to keep them. Read Less

Great place. My dogs have a lot of medical issues and I always feel like they are in good hands at Luv N Care. They are kind and compassionate and always have their best interest in mind. The staff is great. They are helpful and I they always squeeze me in when one of my babies is not feeling well. I needed a new vet for my two dogs and I drive by Luv-n-Care animal hospital 3-4 times per week. I made an appointment to have my dogs shots and yearly checkup. The staff was excellent and the vet was very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the way my dogs were taken care of. I really like that they are open on sundays for those times when the rest of the week is crazy. I am very happy with our new vet choice! Read Less

My Mastiff Bella is a patient at Luv-n-Care. She's a shy one and doesn't like venturing out away from home and like most pets she gets a little scared going into the vet. HOWEVER, things are different at Luv-n-Care! She has taken quite a liking to their receptionist Bria! Bella sees the building and peps right up, can't wait to get out of the car to dash inside and find her girl Bria. I love it! I love that my pup isn't afraid of the vet anymore! Was not impressed to say the least... Came here as I could not make it to my regular vet in time. Was charged a $39 "examination fee" if you can even call it an examination. Two days after I leave the vet my puppy gets an ear infection. I bring him back, (reluctantly) as my vet is still not open. They charge me $40 to "examine" him and tell me he has an ear infection.. you didn't need a degree to know my puppy had an ear infection, his ear was bleeding. Left with another hefty bill. To put in perspective the 3 medications they provided me with were less than all the "examination" & "cleaning" fees. Seems to me that all they care about is making money and don't actually care about your animals. Both the vet and techs rush you out of the door as quickly as possible. Another thing that really ticked me off is they take your dog to the back, away from you to do all these "examinations", being a "new patient" I would like to see what is being done to my puppy. You wouldn't let the doctor take your child to the back without knowing what's going on, would you? Read Less

Luv-N-Care is by far the best animal hospital I've been to. The office is clean and always smells great from their candles. Reception is friendly and quick in getting me in, the tech always make sure I am on the same page as they are before I see the Dr, and all 3 Drs are so nice and knowledgeable. You are getting the highest quality care when you come here. These guys know what they are doing and my dogs love them. Since moving to Florida I have had a tough time finding a veterinarian and office that I am comfortable with. I've had three cat crises and each time I've relied on Luv n care and have not been disappointed. I met with Dr. Hobson yesterday, and she was awesome! Truly one of the nicest, most sincere, and patient vets I've met. She was in no way judgemental, and you could just tell she actually cares. The entire staff that I met was kind. They go above and beyond to make sure that your pet is well attended to, even working with you financially so that you don't have to deprive your fur baby the best treatment. My family has come to Luv N Care animal hospital since the early '90s! We have entrusted 10 beloved fur children to the excellent care of Drs. Singh and Hobson during the years. They have treated our animals since they were all babies through end of life stages. They and their team have given sound counsel, medical care, performed successful surgeries as needed, spayed and neutered, helped with dietary needs, boarded pets while we traveled, provided awesome haircuts for our dogs and been thorough in their follow ups. I have been bringing my pets here for almost 10 years. Best experience I have ever had when it comes to vets. They really care and do great work. I have a few Sphynx cats, and about 2 blocks away from where I live there is an animal hospital that specializes in treating just cats. Luv-n-care has set the bar so high that I would rather drive 5 miles to see them over 2 blocks away for a specialist, even in an emergency situation. Read Less

I have been going to Luv-N-Care animal hospital for over 3 years now and they take the best care of all 3 of my cats. We have recently had some issues with all of our cats and have had to spend more time there over the past 2 months than usual. All of the staff especially Dr Hobson have been so helpful and great and they take such great care of my cats. There is always follow up the next day after an appointment just to make sure that everyone is doing alright. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet. Read Less

Everyone at Luv-N-Care is wonderful. Dr. Singh is knowledgeable and compassionate and we wouldn't entrust our dogs' health to anyone else. Our dogs have been patients there for more than 10 years and they have always received the best of care, including seeing a very sick dog after-hours so that we didn't have to take her to the ER. Im so upset about it. ..Yesterday a took my Morkey for a haircut ..my dog have really long hair super cute dog, after the haircut he look like a chihuahua, his hair was so short...nothing of compare of what I ask for...talk to the manager and she just argue back to me ( i cant do nothing with the hair..hair will grow back) ...and the groomer ( i think her name is Jeana) did the same thing. .the groomer told me she did  what I ask for. ..not close of what i want and one of the girls that work in the front she agree with me...Ask for my money back and manager told me. .sorry we can't. ..now they loss a client and i will never recommend this place ...picture show the before and after. A most professional practice!. From the most coveted human values, to great personnel & equipment, all under one roof. Thanks for your patience dealing with me. After consulting 5 veterinarians my 6 lb Pap was put under Dr. SINGH ' s scalpel. The results are fabulous.  The management  of the case and time and information were never scarce. The medical equipment impressive. Far above the basics and much more than average. Pharmaceutical products of superb quality  need to be remarked. This people are not leaving  details on the hands of fate and luck. They strive to achieve superior outcome and will adjust certain things to fit your budget. But if you want a quick fix this is not the clinic for you. Seldom have to wait, but this is my kids health. You don't  go for quality health care on a restricted schedule. Thanks for your patience with my medical/technical questions. Dr. Singh ' s huge hands made a miracle on Nano's femur. Hardly any inflamation, hardly could find any black and blues and most clean stitching. Your quality work shows in every aspect. The surgeon technician , manager, and all have our gratitude forever. I have been coming here since we got our sweet bluenose puppy in January, and I have nothing but praise to share for this place.They are all  super professional and ALL the staff are so nice.  The facilities are very modern and clean too.  All the technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable and particularly Cortney was just the best and so loving.We recently neutered him and it all went so smoothly ,as I said there is nothing to com pain about with LuvnCare, I totally trust them with my pet and he absolutely loves going there too!! Dr Singh is all about money.  I left without being charged $14 and before i got home they had called demanding i return immediately  & pay the $14.  I told them I would drop a check in the mail but Dr Singh was adamant I return immediately & pay this huge bill of $14.  I informed Dr Singh i would mail him a check & I hoped his behavior over $14 was worth losing a patient over. I've been there three times and the staff was wonderful but the Veterinarians are thieves!!  I had boarded my dogs for a week and when I picked them up they had OBVIOUS kennel cough.  Dr B who is obviously a new grad held the treatment hostage until I agreed to ridiculous, expensive, and unnecessary testing.  What should have been under $100 cost me $350!!  Each time it's a big elaborate scam to get you to spend ridiculous amounts of money.  I would recommend ANY other animal clinic than this one.  Dr Singh and New grad Dr B (who should really reconsider her career choice, are in the business of making money not caring for animals or their owners.  The rest of the staff are awesome.  They should fire the Dr's and continue without them. My family has been using Luv N Care as long as I can remember, at least since 1993. Dr Singh is talented and has always taken care of our numerous cats, in good times and bad. We've recently began seeing Dr Vergel for our 2 x two year old cats when we got them as kittens.Our cat, Smokey, fractured his hip last summer, and Dr Vergel and his team took care of him through two surgeries and numerous follow ups. He is now healed and healthy.I would trust no other veterinarian with my two boys.Like any veterinarian they can get expensive, but they will provide free estimates before you commit to any care or procedures.
