I see lots of positive comments and I'm a bit surprised. My experience had been mediocre at best.
I had a Boston Terrier, we took him in for his first shots, worms, and later his neuter. He went there for years. Then he had a bad episode with coughing and wheezing. We took him there and they said it was an allergy.
Sometime later, they were too booked to see him, so we took him to a different vet, and that vet found a heart murmur, he said it was a genetic disorder for that breed, and most likely my dog had it since birth. Sanlando completely missed this over the numerous exams. The other vet prescribed meds and my dog got better in no time.
Later,
I took my kitten in for an exam. They took her back and 15 mins later came in to assure me she didn't have worms. I asked if they were sure, and they said "absolutely sure."
Then 3 mins later, my kitten pooped on my lap, literally 10-15 worms were crawling around in it. I was disgusted. More than that, I lost all confidence in that place.
I guess when they did their exam, they caused her to have to poop, but if she didn't go in the vet exam room, she might have had worms for days or weeks, before we figured it out, at home.
However, I give them 2 stars as they did remove fishing string, my oldest cat ate, and saved her life ....$2000 later.Read Less
