Outstanding vets and vet assistants who are extremely knowledgeable and personable. They are the best in the state of Florida for reproductive medicine and CEM quarantine medicine. Our horses have been patients of Reid and Associates for years now and we are so pleased with the expert service they always provide. We began relying on their practice when Dr. Reid saved one of our horses who was very near death with a sand obstruction without surgery. Since then, Dr. Newkirk, who we call our "baby maker," has gotten every one of our mares in foal via artificial insemination and has been there for all our horses from everything from routine inoculations to life saving diagnoses. Dr. Daniel recently performed a very difficult and somewhat miraculous surgery on a broken shoulder for us. I could go on and on about all the wonderful care we have received over the years. I have used Reid & Associates for many years and have had only wonderful experiences in what is often a stressful time. From bringing a horse with a bad case of colic to an acute case of laminitis, the emergency team and all attending vets have been fantastic. One horse had to stay for 6 weeks and they were so kind to send me regular updates knowing how important he is to me.
