I have been bringing my pets to Dr Flores for about 10 years and I recommend his veterinary practice wholeheartedly! He is always patient and thorough; he takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and is never dismissive. On numerous occasions he has gone above and beyond to be sure my pets are getting the right medication or the most accurate diagnosis. I am impressed with the care and attention the entire staff provides not only to my dog & cat, but to me. When I reflect on my many experiences with Dr Flores, the word that comes to mind is compassion... and that quality is truly what sets Bearss Animal Clinic apart from the rest.

My VERY skittish, VERY big dog needed extra patience and we'd tried other vets in the area. My dog not only did well with the office staff, he adored Dr Flores. My poor dog was not feeling very well,...
My VERY skittish, VERY big dog needed extra patience and we'd tried other vets in the area. My dog not only did well with the office staff, he adored Dr Flores. My poor dog was not feeling very well, having skin infections including a yeast infection that made him loose a good portion of his hair. Dr Flores was quick to recognize the condition and what treatment to use. I tell everyone with a dog how great this place is.

Dr. Flores and his staff are absolutely amazing. He connects so well with my furry loved ones and he is obviously great and very caring with animals. I take both my dogs and cats here. He even goes as far to give you all the options as far as medication and testing that can be done, but then let's you know the essentials if you can't afford the big package. He really dials in with his customers. I was so impressed that I recommended my sister to him for her dog. Also, when my dad had to put down his dog I told him to take Wiley there. My dad is on a very tight budget and would normally go to The Humane Society. We wanted a more peaceful send off for both my Dad and Wiley. Dr. Flores was great and worked with my dad on the price to accommodate him. He is very fair price wise and he is amazing with animals. Cant say it enough. He is great.

He is always patient and thorough; he takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and is never dismissive.
