Dr. Mindlin and his staff are the absolute best! We had used another veterinarian prior to Dr Mindlin and always felt like it was just a business and it was all about money. At Quad City they are always loving and wonderful with my pets and it is very obvious that they just love animals. The prices are extremely reasonable and there is no oversell. Dr Mindlin is straight forward and honest and will not do work that is not needed. I am so thankful that a friend recommended Quad City to me....I will never take my babies anywhere else.

All my veterinary experiences had been at places like Banifield and such. I have always been intimidated to try anything else, but after a recent move I decided to give this clinic a shot.This place is so warm, and the staff are incredibly patient with not only my very energetic dog but also my hundreds of questions regarding him. Every time I have brought my dog in it has been quick and to the point, and I truly feel like my dog isn't just another number in their system. I've never particular felt this way at any other animal hospital, so the fact that I'm not incredibly anxious whether or not someone has listened to my concerns regarding my dog is a blessing.I would recommend this place 100% to the point that even if I moved back (about 35 minutes away) I would still make the drive to bring my dog here.

Dr Midlen has been so good to us and our animals. The staff r very welcoming and the office is clean. Dr Midlins prices are also far more reasonable than other vets in the area. We have taken 5 of our dogs to him, n he helped us when we had to put 3 of then to sleep. When our Minnie was sick, the Dr was on the phone everyday helping me medicate her properly, including Easter Sunday. They deserve 6 stars!

I am very impressed with this vet. I went for the first time last week Friday and from the get go when Bella escaped from her bag in the lobby and was gently and quickly rescued by the staff the her nails being clipped swiftly and painlessly. To top it off because she was in great health and the visit took 5 minutes I was not charged for the visit I was sent off with a caring Merry Christmas by the doctor and staff... I believe we have found our vet!

The most caring and wonderful Vet and staff ever. We moved to Margate in 1986 and Dr. Minlin was our first vet. I was in high school then, and got my 1st puppy in 1986. Through the years, he has been our vet for 4 dogs. Now with my own family and we have moved twice to other cities, we continue to come back to the Margate office.
We are grateful for such a caring and compassionate Vet. Never try to charge us for little things, the price is always fair (and usually lower than other places we have tried once when we moved). It will be sad when Dr. Mindlin retires.

GREAT vet n great office staff!!! Recently the family including our wonderful dog took a road trip all the way up to Massachusetts. Barkley was never a problem in the car before having driven to New Jersey many times... maybe this trip was just way too long, I really don't know but we thought Barkley was going to have a heart attack he was shaking and panting the whole way we would stop and as soon as he got out of the car he was fine after we arrived at our destination the following day Saturday we called Quad City and spoke to Dr Mindlin, we explain the situation the doctor was pleasant as always we gave him the number to CVS and he immediately called in some valium for Barkley. since Barkley never took valium we were very apprehensive but we started out with a half a pill. In the hotel he was just fine but in a few days later we headed back and Barkley was the same way! so glad we saved up on those valiums and he was still panting and shaking but it was not as bad and I would hate to think what it would be like without the valium on the way home! we actually stayed in a hotel one night and made many stops on the way home it was a much better trip! after we got home Barkley slept off the valium and now he's back to normal. Thank you Dr Midland! Nancy Les Matthew and Barkley PS no more long road trips for any of us in the future lol

Easy accessibility to appts. Caring Dr. and staff. Thorough explanation of all meds. procedures. Office is clean and efficient. Wait time was short; our appt. was 11.30 am. I have a very nervous kitty so I appreciated that so much. A long time practicing vet apparently having lots of repeat customers. He was quick, gentle and my girl very alert but not panicked by strangers touching and maneuvering her during exam time.
My cat was seen for feline chin acne. It was very itchy and uncomfortable. She was given an injection and a topical medication. We followed up in two weeks when she wasn't fully resolved he advised against a second injection and to be persistent with the topical. It took another 2-3 weeks of twice a day cleansing but this was a stubborn case that has been cured completely. Highly recommend this practice!

This Doctor has a perfect rating! Why? Because he is wonderful with a good personality and looks you in the eyes. Reasonably priced and doesn't try and up sell you. Never turns you away even if you don't have an appointment. The girls in the office are amazing and nice. And the place smells good! If you are going to another vets, switch, this place is worth it!

At Quad City they are always loving and wonderful with my pets and it is very obvious that they just love animals. The prices are extremely reasonable and there is no oversell. All my veterinary experiences had been at places like Banifield and such. I have always been intimidated to try anything else, but after a recent move I decided to give this clinic a shot.This place is so warm, and the staff are incredibly patient with not only my very energetic dog but also my hundreds of questions regarding him. Every time I have brought my dog in it has been quick and to the point, and I truly feel like my dog isn't just another number in their system. I've never particular felt this way at any other animal hospital, so the fact that I'm not incredibly anxious whether or not someone has listened to my concerns regarding my dog is a blessing.I would recommend this place 100% to the point that even if I moved back (about 35 minutes away) I would still make the drive to bring my dog here.

We have taken 5 of our dogs to him, n he helped us when we had to put 3 of then to sleep. When our Minnie was sick, the Dr was on the phone everyday helping me medicate her properly, including Easter Sunday. They deserve 6 stars!

I went for the first time last week Friday and from the get go when Bella escaped from her bag in the lobby and was gently and quickly rescued by the staff the her nails being clipped swiftly and painlessly. To top it off because she was in great health and the visit took 5 minutes I was not charged for the visit I was sent off with a caring Merry Christmas by the doctor and staff... I believe we have found our vet!

The most caring and wonderful Vet and staff ever. We moved to Margate in 1986 and Dr. Minlin was our first vet. I was in high school then, and got my 1st puppy in 1986. Through the years, he has been our vet for 4 dogs. Now with my own family and we have moved twice to other cities, we continue to come back to the Margate office.
We are grateful for such a caring and compassionate Vet. Never try to charge us for little things, the price is always fair (and usually lower than other places we have tried once when we moved). It will be sad when Dr. Mindlin retires.

GREAT vet n great office staff!!! Recently the family including our wonderful dog took a road trip all the way up to Massachusetts. Barkley was never a problem in the car before having driven to New Jersey many times... maybe this trip was just way too long, I really don't know but we thought Barkley was going to have a heart attack he was shaking and panting the whole way we would stop and as soon as he got out of the car he was fine after we arrived at our destination the following day Saturday we called Quad City and spoke to Dr Mindlin, we explain the situation the doctor was pleasant as always we gave him the number to CVS and he immediately called in some valium for Barkley. since Barkley never took valium we were very apprehensive but we started out with a half a pill. In the hotel he was just fine but in a few days later we headed back and Barkley was the same way! so glad we saved up on those valiums and he was still panting and shaking but it was not as bad and I would hate to think what it would be like without the valium on the way home! we actually stayed in a hotel one night and made many stops on the way home it was a much better trip! after we got home Barkley slept off the valium and now he's back to normal. Thank you Dr Midland! Nancy Les Matthew and Barkley PS no more long road trips for any of us in the future lol

Easy accessibility to appts. Caring Dr. and staff. Thorough explanation of all meds. procedures. Office is clean and efficient. Wait time was short; our appt. was 11.30 am. I have a very nervous kitty so I appreciated that so much. A long time practicing vet apparently having lots of repeat customers. He was quick, gentle and my girl very alert but not panicked by strangers touching and maneuvering her during exam time.
My cat was seen for feline chin acne. It was very itchy and uncomfortable. She was given an injection and a topical medication. We followed up in two weeks when she wasn't fully resolved he advised against a second injection and to be persistent with the topical. It took another 2-3 weeks of twice a day cleansing but this was a stubborn case that has been cured completely. Highly recommend this practice!
