where do I start ? We are so thankful with Pet Parade and staff, it felt like home and family. From the moment we walked in to every step we had to take they always had a smile and were happy to help and advice what was best for our little "Guccie". When we brought in "Guccie" the first day she wasn't feeling well at all and didn't look good either my heart was in pain just to see her like that but when we arrived to pet parade relief came and they just took control, The Dr. while doing her check up was so sweet and broke down everything and was so happy and patient to answer every question, and the love she would give our pet while examining her was just amazing.
When we stepped out Guccie was already cheered up and looked 100%different from when we walked in.
If there's one thing I can say so confident is that they care for our pets and all they want to see is see them feel better.
THANKYOU PET PARADE YOU ARE FAMILY !!

where do I start ? We are so thankful with Pet Parade and staff, it felt like home and family. I have been taking my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy. The staff is always so nice and they get excited every time they see my dog! They always play with him and groom him very well. When it comes to his health the vet is the BEST!!!! They know exactly what fabio (my dog) needs and it's so convenient to be able to get everything done in one place to him getting his meds, vitamins, groomed, a toy and treat!!! They make sure he has a treat and a scarf around his neck because they know how much he loves those scarfs. They are extremely personable even over the phone and ALWAYS willing to help!!!! I would totally recommend taking your pet here!!!

I've been taking my Maltipoo here for close to a year. I've visited a few places in between. I absolutely love this place. They groom my pup very well and she always smells good. When I walk into the facility with her, they welcome her by name. They know her so well and take very good care of her. I love it. I usually take her during the morning hours in the week due to the quick service. On Fridays or Saturdays takes a little longer due to all the dogs that get groomed. This last run in, I forgot to take off her tick collar before leaving her. Two days later I went to pick it up and they gave me a new one free due to the old one getting a little wet. Overall, great place. This is also where I take her for vet checkups and shots. Wonderful.

I have known Cliff and Bryan for years now and they have taken care of all my pets over the last 9 years now. They have a great doctor that my pets just love. I recently.stopped. by when my Pom had to have some minor surgery o on the back of his neck. They me everything. I needed to take care of my little man. They even helped me out with how to give all the meds correctly. They spend slot of time making my Baby and I feel better after the surgery. They really do have some of the best sergeant for animals. Love them and I can't believe anyone. Would think otherwise. About them. Thanks Cliff and Bryan for all the love show to Oscar.

I had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. When I took my dog in for grooming the haircut came out just perfect. Made goth my dog Joey and I very happy! He could finally see, without having the annoying hair in front of his vision. The vet tech that received Joey was so nice and she is very inviting with the animals! Makes them feel at home! I will take Joey back for sure when he needs his next haircut and bath!

I had the worst experience at this location. The owner of the business (which is not the vet) was rude, dismissive and condescending. I visited this location to have a new pet examination on June 6, 2014 and was advised by the vet that my pet was in good health, only to find out a week later that she was infected with worms.
After sharing with him (The owner, Cliff) my puppy's history and lack of understanding how she'd gotten worms considering she'd hadn't been around other dogs since I've had her, nor did she have fleas (which the vet checked for during her initial exam), he became argumentative and dismissed me. He further went on to tell me that I should do research on my dog to educate myself if I wanted to know what's going on (which I indicated that I had and continue to do). After I questioned his attitude and advised him that I wouldn't tolerate his rudeness he said, "I'll be however I want to be towards you. I'm only trying to educate you (again he's not the vet) So, do you want the deworming or not." I ended up leaving and taking my puppy to another clinic (Kind Animal Hospital) to be dewormed.
I've never received such poor quality customer service from an establishment in my life. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THEIR PET TO THIS PLACE. There are plenty of well qualified and customer-oriented establishments located in Miami, BUT this isn't one - unless you're looking to be disappointed.

My fiancé brought our beautiful King Charles puppy to this location for a bath/light puppy cut, and the groomer completely butchered him! Now my poor dog is cold, whimpering in a corner and looks awful! When I called Pet Parade to find out why my dog had been shaved, they indicated that the person who was taking care of him took out an extra tuft of hair because he moved so they pretty much shaved him to make him even. No one inquired as to whether this was okay. Because I paid up front they are refusing to refund the money. I will be filing a chargeback with American Express. Do Not take your dog here for grooming, they do not know what they are doing and to boot, they were very defensive and uncooperative when confronted about it. They have completely lost my business.

This place does terrible grooming. We brought our King Charles there for a grooming and they appologized for cutting him wrong but they didn't work with me on the price of the terrible cut. They charged $58 for a botched job and hung up on me when I tried to call about the situation. They are spineless jellyfish! Never make the mistake of paying in advance. It is hard to make a King Charles look bad but they definitely did by cutting his ears wrong and cutting his body too low. They said that the problem was because the dog jumped but all dogs jump, THAT IS WHAT GUIDE COMBS ARE FOR!

I don't know about the grooming side, but the vet is horrendous. The owner is not the vet, so I believe they let go of the vet that saw my dog, but the place isn't even a real clinic. The prices were crazy, the place was small and dingy. Will not be going back.

I have been taking my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy. The staff is always so nice and they get excited every time they see my dog! They always play with him and groom him very well. When it comes to his health the vet is the BEST!!!! They know exactly what fabio (my dog) needs and it's so convenient to be able to get everything done in one place to him getting his meds, vitamins, groomed, a toy and treat!!! They make sure he has a treat and a scarf around his neck because they know how much he loves those scarfs. They are extremely personable even over the phone and ALWAYS willing to help!!!! I would totally recommend taking your pet here!!!

I've been taking my Maltipoo here for close to a year. I've visited a few places in between. I absolutely love this place. They groom my pup very well and she always smells good. When I walk into the facility with her, they welcome her by name. They know her so well and take very good care of her. I love it. I usually take her during the morning hours in the week due to the quick service. On Fridays or Saturdays takes a little longer due to all the dogs that get groomed. This last run in, I forgot to take off her tick collar before leaving her. Two days later I went to pick it up and they gave me a new one free due to the old one getting a little wet. Overall, great place. This is also where I take her for vet checkups and shots. Wonderful.

I have known Cliff and Bryan for years now and they have taken care of all my pets over the last 9 years now. They have a great doctor that my pets just love. I recently.stopped. by when my Pom had to have some minor surgery o on the back of his neck. They me everything. I needed to take care of my little man. They even helped me out with how to give all the meds correctly. They spend slot of time making my Baby and I feel better after the surgery. They really do have some of the best sergeant for animals. Love them and I can't believe anyone. Would think otherwise. About them. Thanks Cliff and Bryan for all the love show to Oscar.

I had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. When I took my dog in for grooming the haircut came out just perfect. Made goth my dog Joey and I very happy! He could finally see, without having the annoying hair in front of his vision. The vet tech that received Joey was so nice and she is very inviting with the animals! Makes them feel at home! I will take Joey back for sure when he needs his next haircut and bath!

I had the worst experience at this location. The owner of the business (which is not the vet) was rude, dismissive and condescending. I visited this location to have a new pet examination on June 6, 2014 and was advised by the vet that my pet was in good health, only to find out a week later that she was infected with worms.
After sharing with him (The owner, Cliff) my puppy's history and lack of understanding how she'd gotten worms considering she'd hadn't been around other dogs since I've had her, nor did she have fleas (which the vet checked for during her initial exam), he became argumentative and dismissed me. He further went on to tell me that I should do research on my dog to educate myself if I wanted to know what's going on (which I indicated that I had and continue to do). After I questioned his attitude and advised him that I wouldn't tolerate his rudeness he said, "I'll be however I want to be towards you. I'm only trying to educate you (again he's not the vet) So, do you want the deworming or not." I ended up leaving and taking my puppy to another clinic (Kind Animal Hospital) to be dewormed.
I've never received such poor quality customer service from an establishment in my life. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THEIR PET TO THIS PLACE. There are plenty of well qualified and customer-oriented establishments located in Miami, BUT this isn't one - unless you're looking to be disappointed.

I had the worst experience at this location. The owner of the business (which is not the vet) was rude, dismissive and condescending. My fiancé brought our beautiful King Charles puppy to this location for a bath/light puppy cut, and the groomer completely butchered him! Now my poor dog is cold, whimpering in a corner and looks awful! When I called Pet Parade to find out why my dog had been shaved, they indicated that the person who was taking care of him took out an extra tuft of hair because he moved so they pretty much shaved him to make him even. No one inquired as to whether this was okay. Because I paid up front they are refusing to refund the money. I will be filing a chargeback with American Express. Do Not take your dog here for grooming, they do not know what they are doing and to boot, they were very defensive and uncooperative when confronted about it. They have completely lost my business.

This place does terrible grooming. We brought our King Charles there for a grooming and they appologized for cutting him wrong but they didn't work with me on the price of the terrible cut. They charged $58 for a botched job and hung up on me when I tried to call about the situation. They are spineless jellyfish! Never make the mistake of paying in advance. It is hard to make a King Charles look bad but they definitely did by cutting his ears wrong and cutting his body too low. They said that the problem was because the dog jumped but all dogs jump, THAT IS WHAT GUIDE COMBS ARE FOR!
