HERE IS MY STORY SHORT FORM I’ve had my cat 7 half years she is spoiled worst then a kid who can’t have they way. we both are from Tennessee I was fortunate to live across the street from the clinic and started taking my cat there when I was 19 yrs old. My cat was 2 years old then btw. Everything was always typical when I checked my cat. Shots and check up I left Florida and I didn’t have a vet I trusted and two years went by with out my cat being checked and I brought her back and my cat life was in threads. We didn’t understand why she was so happy and still alive at her heath state...I don’t think I’ve ever cried so hard about something not human. My cat disciplined me as a young single female in a large city and no family. To know I had a vet like Dr. Albert who had been the biggest blessing of all. He and his crew fix a hernia thats skills..I was told after that they couldn’t even hear a heart beat cause of all the intestine pancreas & whatever else in her lungs That she shouldn’t be... My cat Sasha is still in recovery stages but I believe in my heart and sole my first baby “my cat” and one day my first child will grow together ❤️😇. My little family Read Less

I have been taking my cat Corso here for over 2 years. The staff at the reception is great, the technician Laura is amazing and you can easily see how much she loves animals. Dr. Williams was always able to solve all my cat’s health problems and performed an excellent dental surgery on him. They are always so friendly and upfront about all the costs! I was not happy with the services at all. I took my dog to get fixed & get shots. Mr. Robinson the vet tech was not helpful at all.I was not given any information about the after care of my dog. They just gave me my dog & pills & that was it. When she got home she was throwing up & I had no clue what to do. So I google it. I asked if they were going to give my dog the cone that goes around their heads,to keep them from irritating the area. They told me it will cost more. I've never heard that before. Not even from Human Society. Dogs are always sent home with a cone after surgery. They wanted to charge for ever little thing. They even asked for the leash back, what they put on the dogs.Which I didn't care about cause I had my own. But it's the principal. When I lefted I realized I didn't get any paperwork on the shots & the procedure that was done. I called them to have them send it in a email. They told me they would do so right away. Later on that night I checked & did not receive anything. Very very upset with the services. The doctor did a good job but his staff SUCKS. I don't recommend them at all. I have 5 cats and 1dog so when I needed this clinic for my sommone' a stray that I never thought I would give a forever home he was treated and they gave me options and he is now a thriving male cat. Them my other cat crybaby needed the services again from Dr.Williams and I will say this he helped when my mony wasn't right and crybaby is a thriving female cat. Then came lucky my dog I was given the option of medical insurance for him since he was a pup and it has paid for its self there is no other place my pets will go except with this clinic highly recommended Read Less

When I moved to South Florida from NYC in 2009, my biggest concern was to find a veterinarian! My vet, back in NY, who I went to for 15 years, and adored, I hoped I could find someone down here that I liked and trusted nearly as much! Well, we were so lucky to find Arch Creek, after we were here just 2 months! From the moment I walked in, I felt the energy and vibe of the office was just great! When I met Dr. Williams, well, I just loved him immediately! He has been absolutely wonderful to us, and has taken fantastic care of my babies (FYI, we have 5 dogs). He is first and foremost, an excellent doctor and surgeon!! He is also such a sweet and kind, caring and compassionate man. I was looking for a clinic in Miami that can take in my dog for surgery. I was in Chicago at the time and I was looking for a clinic that would waive the consultation fee since my dog had already seen a vet in Chicago. Dr. Williams gave me a call back and was the only one to waive my consultation fee and only charge me for what my dog needed. (I called other clinics that didn't allow me to do so). Whether your pet is in distress or just getting a shot or check up the service is extremely fast and efficient, hands on and personable. This is a place where all the staff loves all the animals. RUN, don't walk in the opposite direction of this vet. Aside from the receptionist Dora (very sweet), both Dr's are the very definition of incompetence, gross negligence, and a severe lack of empathy. It's been 4 days since my cat passed away; completely senseless. He would be here now if I had taken him elsewhere and my heart aches at his absence. 1st & last time I ever go back here. Was told $25 for the evaluation, then they tried to charge me $50 and argued with me after I told them they told me over the phone $25 prior to me coming. Assistant was nice and seemed very caring, however the Dr. acted like he could care less. Was non-informative about my pets needs. In the office 10min and then they tried to stick me w a $300 bill. Totally ridiculous. I went here only bc I needed an emergency profesional opinion bc my normal vet was out of town. Never going back here. Read Less

Dr Williams is the most caring veterinarian. He is always available for his clients. I have been with him for 13 years and would not use any one else. He is very honest and practices good medicine and does not jump into surgery. My dogs love him and when i turn the corner to go to him they start banging on the window.
