We had been seeing Dr Jimenez for a few years and we were pleased with her services, but today we had a completely different experience. We took our bullmastiff because we noticed her limping on her leg (we had a scheduled appointment for it). After waiting more than 40 minutes to see the vet, a doctor came in (we don't know who she was because she never introduce herself) and kept on asking for how long she had the problem (even though we kept on repeating the condition started on and off for the past week). When my husband tried to calm our dog in the examination table, she told him to let the tech handle her and don't touch her. She also said she had trouble feeling the dog's joints because her legs were too big. After receiving an estimate close to$900 for x-ray and meds... We decided to go somewhere else. We went down the road, where we were able to be seen right away. The vet had no problems identifying her issue and was able to treat my dog to relieve her pain right away and give her meds with a follow up appointmentin a week. Extremely disappointed with the service at Galloway

Best veterinary clinic I've EVER been to, hands down! Julie was at the front Desk and very eager to help. My cat usually hates being out of her home, but not here! The two house cats made her feel calm along with the AMAZING staff. No one was too aggressive with my baby and the exam along with her shots went very smoothly. I just want to thank everyone I met today for helping my baby feel better and for being so helpful! I will be taking her there from now on.

Man! I'm so glad they were offering a groupon, if they hadn't I might not have found them. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and very caring. I was very stressed about my pup and they were very reassuring and reasonable in their treatment. They definitely will be treating my pets from now on.

Being a dog lover, I have had many dogs and many veterinarians. Now having a different dog, I found that Galloway Animal Hospital is definitely the best place to bring your pet. Our family has been taking our dog there for seven years + and unless it were dire emergency situation, I would prefer to take our pet to Galloway. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and cares about our Angel...almost as if Angel was their own pet.
Veterinarian Dr Jimenez is superb, and your pet is in great hands and if you have any questions or concerns, she will make sure your questions are answered.

We have taken both of our dogs here for various needs.
The staff is always kind. They made follow-up phone calls to check on our dogs after their visit.
After a surgery, we returned for multiple visits to manage stitches that popped. They did not charge us extra and were flexible with when we came in. The doctors here really care about your pet. They go above and beyond to find out all the information needed to treat your pet but never push you to agree to something or spend money. When purchasing medication, they worked with me to match internet prices when possible. Highly recommended

I purchased a groupon for a check-up with vaccinations for my dog and I am very happy I did. This is a small veterinarian office that offers vet care, grooming, and boarding. I was very pleased with the way the staff treated Niles and I. I was able to make an appointment the day prior. I was seen within about 7 minutes after filling out paperwork that consisted of one sheet and basic info. The vet tech was awesome and really tried to put my very nervous pup at ease. The vet was very thorough and took her time to ask questions and give explain actions. This place isn't very posh but those aren't my requirements. I am pretty sure we have found our new vet.

5 stars for this place! I rescued an abandoned kitten and bought a groupon for here. The kitten ended up having a lot more problems than I thought. The staff is friendly and prices are fair. I could tell they really cared about animals with how gently they treated the kitten (lots of shots!).Warning: this place is ugly. It is not a fancy animal hospital and smells like dogs, BUT when it comes to caring for a four legged family member I can tolerate the aesthetic.

The doctor and all her staff are great. It's not about the money, they truly care about the animals. Everyone makes you feel like family.
The clinic is clean and spacious. Appointments are easy to get and they are prompt yet never rushing.
This is a great place to bring your pet.

We had been seeing Dr Jimenez for a few years and we were pleased with her services, but today we had a completely different experience. We took our bullmastiff because we noticed her limping on her leg (we had a scheduled appointment for it). Best veterinary clinic I've EVER been to, hands down! Julie was at the front Desk and very eager to help. My cat usually hates being out of her home, but not here! The two house cats made her feel calm along with the AMAZING staff. No one was too aggressive with my baby and the exam along with her shots went very smoothly.
