Hannah is very fake and was trying to act like my dog wasn't crying out in pain right next to her. I had to allow my self to the back to see my dog. She calls everyone boss or mama trying to make you think she is nice while upselling and price gouging. They added about 35 dollars extra to the bill in some BS fees. I didn't feel very informed and they don't speak English! The push a bunch of useless crap there. Don't return calls either. I just asked for the cost of the iv fluids and was told that my dog might have rabies and might need additives in the fluid so I cant give you price. She is so full of it. I was just there and they know my dog has kidney issues. What rabies? Another crappy vet office that robs the customers. I was recommended this clinic, and have to say the service and follow up of my dog from clinic staff and specially Dr Gallardo was Excellent, Dr did a detailed diagnostic of her and offered options based on a realistic opinion, the feeling while my dog was treated, was of relieve, as you can feel the emphaty of Dr Gallardo and all the personnel.  They called me almost every day to find out about my dog progress, and the first day was the dr who called, to find out about her recovery after anesthesia. My chihuahua "Deja" was born with Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) and her heart was in bad shape. Dr. Gallardo was able to diagnose the problem and explained the steps of the surgery that would be needed to save her life. He shared videos with us to understand the procedure. Dr. Gallardo performed this high-risk surgery. The surgery was a great success! Dr. Gallardo and his staff took great care of Deja. A special thanks to Ovidio who spent the night of the surgery with Deja and to Hannah for being Deja's foster mother at the clinic. The next day Deja came home, we are all very greatful and happy to see that she is recovering quickly. I want to thank the Doc and the team for saving my Axel. My French bulldog who is a vacuum cleaner ate into a pork rib while at his Granny's BBQ for Mother's Day. Recently having moved back to South Florida from Nashville, TN we were in search of a vet for our Zoë. Zoë is a big baby. At 45lbs at 2 years old, she is full of energy, wants to play all the time, and HATES getting her nails cut. On our first visit, we did the fecal and heartworm test, her FL rabies vaccine, and her nails cut. Although it took 4 of us to get her nails cut, the entire staff was extremely patient and helpful. If it's wasn't for Dr. Gallardo and his expertise, my 10 year old Jack Russell mix Mugzy would not be here. Not too long ago my pet had a distended abdomen and he was not looking like his usual self. I took him to his primary vet clinic and they found on his X-rays that he had a large abnormality in his abdomen. The Doctor initially thought it was an enlarged spleen and a splenectomy was recommended, they didn't feel comfortable doing the surgery because they felt they didn't have enough blood for a blood transfusion if necessary. I was miraculously referred to Dr. Gallardo by a coworker and I couldn't be more thankful for everything they did for me and for my dog mugzy. The staff stayed after hours for several hours for the surgery and he ended up having a 3 lbs tumor that was attached to his kidney, in which Dr. Gallardo was able to successfully remove the tumor, a small part of an intestine it was attached to, and a kidney it was attached to as well. The staff was so wonderful with how they treated my family and I during this hard time, showing genuine concern and care for my pet. I've been rechecking his blood work and X-rays annually and my dog is as good as new, absolutely incredible work! My sweet girl Fergie had a mass on her neck near a sensitive and delicate area.My poor girl was having trouble sleeping at night snoring and waking up at all hours. El 3 de julio del 2017 teniamos una emergencia con mi perrito Toby(Yorky) tenia la mandíbula fracturada. El sábado en la noche lo atacó un perro grande que además de la fractura le saco un poco el ojito izquierdo hacia afuera. En una clínica que trabaja 24 horas le pusieron el ojito en su lugar esa madrugada y le inmovilizaron la mandíbula ,pues allí no operaban. Así pasó el domingo con mucho dolor , estábamos desesperados. Al fin lunes 3... !!! A las 9:00 am comencé a llamar a Miller Road que estaba cerrada por ser víspera del 4 de julio y no abría hasta el miércoles 5. Llame varias veces hasta que al fin me responde el teléfono un trabajador de la clínica que pasó casualmente por el lugar. Y ahí comenzó todo. El muchacho localizó al doctor le explico,envió fotos y radiografías de Toby . El doctor dejó sus vacaciones, abrió la clínica y sobre las 2:00 Pm ya había operado a mi perrito. La operación fue un éxito, Toby se está recuperando muy muy bien !!!!!!! Les estamos muy agradecidos..., además de complacidos con la atención, la higuiene, los cuidados y el cariño a Toby los 2 días que quedó allí recuperándose, además del precio que fue Economico después de tantas molestias. The veterinarians and staff are great; all are highly skilled, polite and really care about helping one's pet. I want to recommend the MLS Laser Therapy. I have an elderly dog who had great trouble getting up and walking; when he began to cry when he tried to get up, I called the vet. He recommended Laser Therapy. After only 3 treatments, the dog stopped crying and was able to get up without assistance. My husband brought the dog first thing in the morning and was out within 20 minutes. Doctor told me my dog had a tumor, 50% chance it was cancer. Wanted me to immediately pay $400 to remove it. Practically kicked me out when he saw we weren't going to do it. We went to another vet the next day and the vet was able to EASILY tell that it was a cyst and didnt have to be removed unless it grows which would then cost under $150. This vet is a crook. Dr. Yuni  is an amazing Vet! He has treated our dog for a series of ear infections, hematoma's, and ear clipping surgery. I have never met such an honest Veterinarian. I have been to other discount clinics, but have not seen a big difference in their prices and here. He has been upfront and honest from the beginning, and has made each unforeseen surgery as cost effective as possible. Each time I have come in, he takes his time to explain everything, and is willing to answer any questions we may have. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. He truly loves what he does and it is evident in the way he works. The office is very clean, and all the employees are wonderful, and caring. We have been here twice, both as emergencies for our sweet rescued pup, Brady, and both times we have left happy and hopeful. The owners are husband and wife, and you can tell immediately upon entering that they are loving, caring, and dedicated professionals. The staff that works here is always happy and eager to help, and we have always been treated with respect in a timely manner. I have an English bulldog which means I'm at the vet A LOT. We've had about four vets and Dr.Gallardo and the whole staff at Miller Animal Clinic have by far been the best. Others were great too don't get me wrong; but nothing beats their price. We had a vet charge $50 just for bringing him in. We also had one that barely charged anything but the place was completely unhygienic. Everything about the clinic is neat and nice and Dr.Gallardo knows Benji (my dog) by name and seems to know all his four legged patients by the same. In searching for a vet, I've been to this clinic twice to ask questions because the office is so close to my home. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk is so rude, I never got far with my questions. On both days, she never looked up at me and mumbled brisk, rude responses, making it obvious I was unwelcome. I have a large family of companion animals and their care is a priority for me. I loved this new clinic i found! I would recommend to everyone to go and get there pets seen and up to date with vaccinations, along with heartworm, flea/tick prevention there. The location is well kept, the staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and most importantly, provided the necessary care for my doggie.
