The staff here became family to us. From the moment you walk through the door Michelle greets you with a smiling face. The doctors here are very honest & professional. We found out that our dog had kidney failure & heart worms. These doctors and everyone in general talked us through all the possibilities and options. You can tell that the genuinely care for these animals. We tried everything to give our dog a few more years through treatments and everything the doctor recommended but unfortunately he was suffering too much and we had to let him go. 4 visits in total to this location. Every time, I left upset or frustrated about the service or lack there of. Issues ranging from appointment time discrepancies to staff AND Veterinarians not speaking English and therefore I was unable to get my questions and concerns addressed and answered sufficiently. A different Vet every visit despite purposely scheduling the appointment to have the same Vet. Vets trying to treat conditions that they have no specialty in (the Vet's "treatment" actually made my dogs condition worse and the Vet specialist I went to after, confirmed it). Front desk staff are very nice, friendly and accomodating. Prices are good but I wouldn't go back; I rather spend a little more money but know for sure my dog is getting the proper and necessary treatment. It's been a 4 years since we moved to Houston. But before that our female boxer was having digestive issue that no other vet could figure out l. We were told life time prescription food or prescribed unnecessary medication. Dr. Rodriguez took the time to understand my dog and our routines. Within weeks she was feeling better and within a couple of months based on this analysis and suggested course of action she was "cured". The culprit was nylon chew toys that were logging in here digestive tract. Great vets who look doe cause, effect, solution,and resonable pricing. This place is incredible. I called in to see if my pet could still be seen due to the fact that the clinic was closing in the next few minutes, that my pet was showing weird signs and symptoms and the vet instructed me he will stay in the clinic waiting for me to arrive. This place has very patient and kind staff that clearly love the animals in their care. They will take the time to explain how to do the best thing for your pet and they don't push unneeded services. A few months ago we welcomed two puppies into our family and we had a serious discussion about finding a new vet for both our babies. We read review about this clinic and their vets and gave t a try. We have now gone to a few visits and they are amazing. My two puppies feel loves everytkme we go. They get treated with so much love and care, and the prices are affordable. This place is my go to place to treat my cats and dog. Knowledgeable, no excess or unnecessary treatments, super reasonable prices and most important, they are caring and loving. The only issue some might have, is that they mainly speak Spanish. They are loving Cubans that provide great service.  I've never tried speaking English to them, but I can only imagine that they speak sufficiently to get the job done. This is the best place in Miami to take your beloved pets. The doctors and staff treat them, and the owners as part of there family. Very knowledgeable and caring people. We have three dogs and take them there since day one. My daughter loves to play with the cats that they have ( Chucho, Sanson, and I don't remember the other one's name) This clinic is open 7 days a week. While you always pray not to have a pet emergency, they sometimes happen. On Saturday at 7:30 pm (they close at 8 pm) I ran thru their door with a dog that just had a seizure. Not only did they stay after closing to help us but they did it with a good attitude. They were able to stabilize the dog and even gave me meds to take home to follow up care. I'm lucky enough that this is the first time I take a pet for an emergency, but I found their price reasonable. They are right on Coral Way off the Palmetto. Read Less

Have been there twice. First time, my baby broke/fractured her tail. It went back into place on its own but they still put a soft cast on it to make sure it healed properly. Second time, I took her to get spayed and get her teeth cleaned. They were punctual, communicative and inexpensive. My baby ended up having a tumor and they called me right away to see if they wanted me to remove. Definitely recommend! Read Less

I have no words to describe how great Dr Yull, Dr Rodriguez,Dr Gonzalez and all the staff have been with my family and our dogs. We recently lost our pekingese Leah due to a renal failure after 3 years treating her and I can assure you that without them she wouldn't make it that long.They went above and beyond even though the prognosis was always bad. I took my took dogs (my children really, why hide it) to Dr. Rodriguez today for the first time. He is amazing! Very knowledgeable, thorough and caring, kept giving my babies kisses as hugs and was so gentle with them. Prices are very reasonable and I liked the fact that he did not try to push products or services on me like other vets, who act like car salesmen instead of doctors sometimes. His assistant Angela was also great and very sweet. They have a smaller location on 8th street and LeJeune road too (which is the one I visited). Highly recommended. Read Less
