For over 10 years I have been a client of Creekside Animal Hospital - from the day Dr. Coral Turman opened the doors. Because of the knowledge and skill of Dr. Turman and the kindness and care of the entire staff, my shelties are living longer than the normal and they have an extremely good quality of life. My little pack is aging, I have a 3 legged sheltie who is over 15 y/o, another turning 15 this year, one turning 14 y/o. Yet none of them look or act their age. Yes, I make sure they receive excellent nutrition but Dr. Coral sees that any small blip in their health receives attention. I remember when I had a sheltie neutered at Creekside - I had to call after he came home because the incision was invisible!! Just incredible care. Thank you Jason for always been calm, polite and helpful. Thank you Denise & Nedda for being so compassionate to my animals and giving them lots of cuddles when they come in for grooming. Yesterday, our three years old dog, Abi, had a most unusual and baffling incident where she yelled and lost control of her body. We took her straight away to the emergency vet on Wells Rd since it was 4:30 in the morning. They were fast and kind and helped calm us down due to noting it was not a venomous snake bite and that her vitals were good. They suggested since one of the symptoms our girl was showing was no response to pain stimuli, along with her head being torqued to one side and no proper use of her limbs, that she had probably suffered a stroke. They emailed their notes to our regular vet, Dr. Turman. I called Dr. Turman's office as soon as they opened at 7:30 and Jason let me know that he had already read the notes and they wanted to see Abi. They tested and monitored Abi for a few hours. Dr. Turman determined it was likely that Abi suffered an acute injury and had a bulging or blown disc. Dr, Turman called me and explained everything she thought was going on and her treatment plan. Abi is showing signs of improvement already! We started yesterday feeling certain that our sweet, rambunctious Abi's life was ending, but this morning has an entirely different outlook! Dr. Turnam and her Staff are outstanding! We have never had issues and when one of our beloved dogs was sick after hours on a weekend, she came in to save his life! I've been using Creekside for several years. It's not often that you find a vet hospital that feels like family, but Dr. Turman and Jason make it that way. My 13+ year old Sheltie died in April of this year. He was sick for several weeks before and Dr. Turman would call and talk to me personally about our options. We hospitalized him for three days and they sent me pictures of him as I requested. They are now my vet for my new puppy and I can't recommend them highly enough. The Vet (Dr. Coral Turman) and Staff at Creekside are outstanding! They truly care about every animal that comes to the hospital. We have had several dogs that have lived long happy lives. Three of which had either cancer, congestive heart failure, hernia, or other medical issues that were all cared for perfectly. We took Max our Cat in for some treatments, he was spoil when we took him and he was really spoil when we got him back they took VERY GOOD CARE of him while he we there. As a former mwd (military working dog) handler and current search and rescue K-9 handler, I've had countless associations with veterinarians throughout the country and overseas. From San Antonio, TX to Guam to the Florida panhandle to here in Clay county, I've seen a myriad of small animal clinics, but none finer than Creekside Animal Hospital. Dr. Turman and her staff are professional, compassionate and courteous. Their facility is immaculate and top-notch. Their fees are well within reason, especially compared to other animal clinics in the area. I will continue to utilize their services for my 4 dogs and two cats for the rest of their lives. If you're new to the area and looking for a clinic you can trust or if you don't think your current veterinarian is right for you, I highly recommend Dr. Turman and Creekside Animal Hospital. I have been so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Creekside. They have always gone out of their way to do what it takes to make sure my dogs are well cared for. Their techs are amazing and have a tremendous amount of experience which is always reassuring. Dr. Turman is very caring and extremely kind to her clients. Her entire staff along with Jason will ensure that your pet receives a stellar level of care and a quality level of medicine. The hospital is very clean and sterile. I asked to see the back & they didn't hesitate to show me the entire facility. I wasn't surprised to see a spotless kennel with happy pets hanging out. I took my cat to Creekside about 6 months ago and had a very nice experience at this Vet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!!! Called and got an appointment the same day and once I arrived I waited less than ten minuets!!! This vet is awesome and I highly recommend it... BUT... Do be prepared they are a tad bit on the pricey side in my opinion however the quality of care and service will overshadow the price! 5 stars all the way!!!! Read Less

This is the best animal hospital I have EVER been to. They took care of my 10 year old Shetland Sheepdog (Molly) when every Vet I took her to told me there was nothing I could do. She got 2 additional years due to the loving care and compassion she received. Now I have a Ragdoll cat named Mushu and I could not even consider taking him anywhere else and they are nearly 18 miles from my house. It is really worth the trip !! I was recommended Creekside Animal Hospital from one of my customers. Me and my wife were considering getting a lab puppy and called them to see the price to get started with the puppy vaccines and exam and were helped on the phone by Jason who gave us a broad overview of the things to look for and what we would expect to pay. After picking up the puppy on Thursday afternoon, we called to see if we could make an appointment for the following day. Even though they had an opening, since our puppy was only 7 weeks old Missy suggested we wait till she was 8 weeks so Katt could get her full line of puppy vaccines. We scheduled the appointment for the following Friday. Even though I was recommended to this vet, having read the one review on here I was semi skeptical. After I arrived I was warmly greeted and quickly shown to a patient room. After filling out the paperwork, I was greeted by Missy who took our dog back to get started. When the vet came in, both me and Katt (our lab) were treated with the utmost care. Dr. Turman (Coral) was extremely informative and spent well over 45 minutes talking to me about my new puppy, what to expect and answered any and all questions I had. I was extremely impressed by the level of caring shown by the entire staff and the accommodations made (I needed to print out some paperwork for getting some pet insurance started) and they filled it out and faxed it in for me. The price of service was extremely competitive and for the extra care that went in was greatly appreciated.
