Doctors Inlet has been my Vet Hospital for 15 years and I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and concern taking care of my Chloe. Better prices for the area, friendly staff and vet. I have been very happy with their services. My one dog did have some complications while he was being fixed. My aunt took her dog there and was seen by Jan Wallace. She misdiagnosed her dog and said she had severe arthritis. My aunt took her to Alabama to a real caring vet there and come to find out she had bone cancer. This vet let her dog suffer for 1 year that she knows of could have been longer due to her misdiagnosis. Please take you pet somewhere else if you really care about you pet. Read Less

I have always been treated wonderful by everyone at DIAH....Everyone is polite and kind and the vet is amazing she took care of our dog Kiwi we had for 20 yrs we had to have her put down 6 yrs ago everyone was so good to us and our beautiful Kiwi!!!! Now we have a 5 year old Boxer and he has been treated at DIAH from the time we got him and he is treated like a king Milo was just there Thur. cause he is not feeling well. .The vet went over everything with me she is a wonderful person and for her to take care of our babies she has to be GREAT our babies get only the best!!! We Han an emergency with our dog Shora. She had been limping and nurturing her paw. We had never been to this animal hospital before but I called and made an appointment based on a reference from a family member. They scheduled her an appointment on Wednesday. This was Monday when I called. After work my dogs paw had swollen. I called them and they immediately took her in. The vet took her straight back. We adopted her and she is kind of finaky and frantic when her paws are messed with so I was worried. The vet called me into the office and spoke with me extensively on her condition and her over all health. The took care of her paw, gave her several shots and gave her a medicated bath. She received some medicine for me to apply at home as well. After all this I expected at least a $400 bill. Nope! $150 dollars for top, extensive care by kind hearted people who genuinely care about our four legged family members . Needless to say they are and will always be our vet that we will always use for any and all animals we have! Thank you all so much for you kindness!Read Less

The first time I came to this facility, the receptionist was extremely snotty and rude, so we went somewhere else. The second time, it was the closest place to go. My husband arrived there at 7:45 and tried to get someone to at least come to the door. He had a chihuahua in the backseat that had been hit by a car. He had to wait until 8:01 for someone to even arrive at the facility, and another 5 minutes for them to get the door open. The poor dog had had multiple seisures at this point. Then, and you won't believe this, she turns him away!!!! She says he'll have to take the dog somewhere else because she is the only one on duty today. What?!?!?!?!?!? Why couldn't she just put the poor dog out of its misery? Why couldn't she even take one minute to look at the dog, even if it was in the back seat of the car? Maybe because they don't care about animals there...or because they don't have quality qualified veterinarians there at all times... I can't say, because I don't know of any good reason for them to turn us away, but you can decide if these are the kind of people you want your pet's life or health to depend on. We had to go to Clay County Animal Hospital, and they were extremely nice. They had to put the dog down because she was too far gone, but at least they had the decency to help the poor creature.Read Less
