I have been taking my dogs Sage and Colby to Palm View Animal Hospital ever since they opened in 2011. They have always been extremely attentive and ready to help me out whenever I've come in. I even get courtesy calls to find out how my dogs are doing.  Dr. Waldie and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I've always appreciated the fact that they take time to explain everything to me in a clear way and they have always had my two dogs' health in mind. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't rush to charge me for extra tests that I don't need. I have never felt any pressure to spend extra money.My dogs love the staff and don't seem nervous or stressed out at all compared to my previous vet who has his office nearby. Dr. Waldie seems to "read" my dogs and doesn't have a problem with getting on the floor with them to make them feel comfortable. Dr. Waldie and her staff were phenomenal! I was looking for a veterinarian nearby as I'm new to the area and had a great experience at Palm View Animal Hospital. The facility is kept very clean, which is important to me.I had to take my two year old Chorkie in because she suffers from a skin allergy. The doctor was very thorough, giving me a detail action plan for my dog's issue. Dr. Waldie truly took the time to listen to me and was very personable and knowledgeable. I have been coming to Palm View since they opened in 2011. Dr. Waldie and staff have always been amazing with my two dogs, Old lady Jasmine and Penny my greyhound rescue. They are open Mon, Weds-Sat ( shorter hours on Sat) and are usually able and try to accommodate a last minute appointment. My dog Jasmine is 15 and goes to the vet regularly. Honestly I wouldn't want anybody else to treat her other than Dr. Waldie, she is very kind and knowledgeable. She takes several medication daily, and I sometimes call ahead of time to have them ready for pick up. Not only are they extremely professional, the staff are also very loving and caring with my dogs. I have recommended Palm View to two other friends and they are very happy with this vet office. This is my first time visiting a veterinarian in eons because I have an indoor cat that has always been healthy. I noticed a strange color in my Kitty's urine this weekend so I became frantic and needed to take my kitty in right away. I called the clinic and luckily got an appointment right away. The clinic is located in a really nice shopping center and was easy to find. When I arrived I was asked to fill out a quick form and was almost immediately attended to. The vet assistants were soooo friendly and patient with my kitty cat that was not happy to be out of the house and much less to be handled by strangers. They kept their cool, even though she was hissing at them lolDr. Waldie- Torres came in to exam my kitty and was extremely informative and helped to ease my fears. She recommended a thorough senior exam which I opted to get cause it had been so long since we had visited a vet. It was not the cheap but cheaper than I had expected the exams to be. When I told the doctor that I was traveling on Wednesday she even offered to call me on Tuesday on her day off to give me the lab results so that I could be at ease before I traveled. That's amazing customer service!Overall I am extremely happy that I visited this office. I had not doubt that Dr. Waldie- Torres knew what she was doing and that if anything is wrong with my kitty, that she'll work with me to alleviate it. WOW!!  5 start service for my dog... finally!My dog is now 6 and I had yet to find a vet that really wowed me.  Dr. Waldie did just that.  Her and her staff were fabulous for our first visit and my dog felt relaxed too!..And to top it off, I receive a call from the office to follow up and ask how my pooch was doing.  I was like WHAT?  I am sold.. and I hope that I can be with this office for a very long time!This vet office is definitely one you want to share with your friends! Just found this amazing place and are so sad to be moving soon. The clinic was easy to make an appointment with and the office staff were so sweet and helpful. They offered to contact our old vets to get records we didn't have and got us checked in and seen quickly. The vet is my favorite we have been to yet. She was so gentle and did a great job keeping my dog calm. She was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain all our options. She was considerate with costs and recommended less expensive treatments as good alternatives. We never felt pressured to buy a certain med or pursue a treatment. In fact I wanted to get my dogs kidneys tested and she explained how it would be cheaper and better if I waited until her annual checkup. The office called me the next day to see how my dog was doing and even sent a card in the mail. We absolutely love this place! The office was extremely clean, and the front desk and assistants had a great attitude. They were clear about costs and were never pushy to add more services/treatments. I called and left a message to schedule the first appointment and they actually called me back, rather than waiting for me to call again. This clinic is great! I brought my dog Chanel here because she had a scratched cornea, Dr Waldie helped her heal her eye. I also had her spayed here and she did great! I usually don’t write reviews but I had to do it for Dr Waldie. My American Bulldog was diagnosed with mass cell tumor about 2 years ago and has had surgery 4 times already within that time. She just had her 4th surgery about a month go and she’s doing great. I’m just so greatful for her not only for saving my best friends life but also the compassion and love she has for my Roxy. One of the best animal hospitals I have visited, from the minute we walked in to not a sign of it being an animal clinic and boarding not one odor amazing!! we felt welcomed and proceeded to weight my dog with no stress or issues it was his first time he had been to a vet so he was at ease. We took to Palm View our Morgan, a stray cat that we found and decided to adopt. Once there, the Doctor gave us the news that Morgan had FIV and could not be intergrated with our 4 cats. We were not ready for the news. We were shocked. Thanks to the Doctor's compassion, they were able to find a home for Morgan where she would be taken care of with love. I brought my Min Pin here with a bad shoulder and the Doctor was the best I have ever seen. She did not ask for expensive, invasive procedures that would've scared me and my dog, instead we took it one step at a time, ruling out more serious conditions and making my Wolfgang Nubbs feel better, and making me feel better too, with out costing a fortune. Best service ever! I adopted a pregnant cat that had 5 beautiful kittens. They needed a doctor because they got a really bad eye infection. I was surprised by the outstanding level of service I received from each of the staff members. The doctor checked the kittens and she kindly and patiently answered all my questions (it's the first time I have kittens). We took or 6 months old cat Gracie to the doctor for spaying in the morning. When we picked up Gracie in the afternoon, she was still tired. Once she woke up, she started to play as happy as ever. We were surprised! After three days, Gracie's wound is healing perfectly. She is as energetic and playful as if no surgery was ever done to her. To us, that is priceless!!!! As a result, we have decided to trust our three cats with absolut confidence to this doctor from now on. I do hope that the doctor and the staff will continue this path of value, caring and quality.
