I can honestly say that Dr. Holladay saved the life of my beloved Dog! Mia has a heart condition that another local Vet prescribed entirely the wrong medication for which caused further damage to my dog's heart that is now irreversible. I was told by the other Vet that nothing could be done but to make her comfortable while she slowly died. Mia could not breathe and was so full of fluid that she was just hours from death. I truly thought that I would be saying good bye to her the very next day. Taking her to Dr. Holladay was a last ditch effort. The emergency care and diagnostics that she received at All Creatures Animal Hospital was truly professional and amazing as within ONE DAY I HAD MY SWEET DOG BACK! While the damage is permanent from the other Vet, Mia is now living out her last six months being loved and with grace. She no longer struggles to breathe and has gained much of her weight back. This is where Dr. Holladay truly shines - her diagnostics skills are amazing and her emergency medicine is top notch! If you are having an issue where other Vets are failing you, try Dr. Holladay. Thank you All Creatures Animal Hospital for all you have done and for your unique skills! My life is once again complete with little Mia at my side. Read Less

We brought our brand new puppy to All Creatures Animal Hospital and took her there for everything her first year - shots, nails, medicine, to be spayed, etc... We saw the doctor during our first visit/check-up and never saw her again. Even when our dog was spayed... The receptionist brought Pearl out to us after her surgery and handed us a typed set of instructions. The doctor didn't tell us things went well (or not) or how to care for her staples or what to expect behavior-wise for the rest of the day.... There seem to be different people there working every time I take Pearl in - and a few of them have been blatantly rude. Moving from up north, we were used to having a veterinarian that greeted us and our dog. A veterinarian that spoke to us during our visits... Who even knows if Pearl got all the shots and anal gland expressions we paid for since she was just swept into a back room behind a closed door. The last time I was in there, a lady was there with her bird. The doctor wouldn't come out from the back to talk to the lady. The lady had a written list of questions for the doctor, and had to relay them one at a time to the receptionist who then walked to the back and then returned with an answer. Just not the level of care and compassion that pet owners deserve. Read Less

Today is the 4 month anniversary of the death of our beloved Lovebird Bogie. The sweetest creature to ever set foot on this Earth. Time to get this off my chest so that others might not go through what we have. We were in Naples for a 3 month stay when my wife discovered a lump on the side of his neck. We took him to Dr. Holladay. Upon examination she told us that the lump was a cancerous tumor and that it was very common to Lovebirds. She said that not only was it cancerous ...but it also had a blood supply passing through it that would spread the cancer to other parts of Bogies little body. I asked her what she would do if it were her pet and she said that she would have it removed immediately. She said that it was a simple operation, "snip, snip, and problem solved". There was no mention of any risks that might be involved. We took Bogie in on a Thursday morning and were told we would be called when he was ready to be picked up. When we got there the Dr. had gone home for the day with no opportunity to talk to her about how it went or precautions to be taken, etc. We were told that a biopsy had been taken and sent for analysis. We were given instructions to keep him warm and medications to be given, by one of her young staff members, whos level of expertise and experience is a question mark. We left the office with some apprehension about how well we had been informed of our care instructions. His first night was pretty rough. My wife stayed awake all night holding Bogie on her chest. Friday morning Bogie was a bit improved but spent the day in a dazed state. That night he slept on a blanket in his cage next to my wife. Saturday morning there was no improvement. Saturday night he was back on the blanket in his cage next to my wife again. Early Sunday morning, much to our horror, we found that he had passed quietly away. Monday morning we called to see if we could meet with the Dr. to get some answers as to what may have gone wrong. She was due in shortly and they would have her call us. A call never came. We called back and were told that if we wanted to talk to her we would have to pay the standard in office consultation fee. We were also told that she could do an autopsy if we would pay for it. We felt that she owed us a face to face because she didn't consult after the operation and maybe she might feel some responsibility perhaps for his demise. At least have some compassion for a couple that had lost a very significant member of their family and were looking for a little closure to their loss. She finally did agree only to talk to us over the phone. The result of that conversation was that she couldn't tell us what went wrong. 4 months later it's still pretty lonely around here without our happy little boy. We are left with his cremated remains in an urn on his favorite spot with his stuffed friends around him and his picture on the refrigerator with other special people in our lives. Oh, by the way, the biopsy came back negative. See More Read Less

I was referred to this vet from a very trustworthy source however my experience was simply awful. Receptionist took my dog back to Doc Holladay, where apparently she did an examination, shaved his rear and treated him without discussing a treatment plan with me prior. When asking the receptionist what is going in the back, I could hear him yelping/crying in the back, could I please talk to the Veterinarian? She said to me, "oh we have a pig back there", got up to get the Vet. She came storming out from the back, her heels setting the tone for our conversation that took place in the front reception area. Not appropriate by any means. She took off her head piece with glasses attached threw them on the counter, slammed her hand on the counter looks at me and says, "you wanted to talk to me?". I must remind you that I've never seen this lady in my life! Please understand I'm ok with being direct, not sugar coating things however if she honestly felt he needed immediate attention she could have advised her staff to inform me the situation was urgent and she would be out soon to explain. Obviously she wasn't too concerned as no one called until three days later. The Veterinarian was extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I will never return to her and make it a point to tell any and everyone my experience. Read Less

Dr. Holladay cares for my rats and my cat and is amazing with both exotic and traditional pets. From the first appointment, I could tell that she had the experience, knowledge and compassion that I look for in a veterinarian. A good exotic vet is hard to find and the Naples area is lucky to have her care for our furry children. She has very decent prices for being an exotic vet and has even discounted my bill before because my poor rat man is a "regular." The office staff is terrific as well! They are helpful, attentive and caring. I wish her practice saw people too! Read Less

Unprofessional, lying staff and doctor. The sick cat can wait. My cat lost some teeth and had fleas so I brought her in on a Friday. The Dr said she had an abcess tooth and it needed to be cleaned to save the molar. She said we should do a blood test, which I agreed and she would call me on Monday. Monday comes, no call so I call in the afternoon. Receptionist said the Dr was not in today. Bulls&*$, I saw her in Starbucks that morning. called me Tuesday morning, I missed the call and called her back. She was in surgery, she called me back I missed again but called her back only to find her in surgery again. OK, legit excuse, but she did not call me the rest of the day. After my 5th call of the day, receptionist said she had left for the day. I still did not know what was going on with my sick cat. Wednesday comes and I go to Starbucks and stop in to find out what is wrong with my cat. I get to talk with the receptionist because the doctor would not come out and talk with me. Why? I do not know. She had no problem taking my money but when it came time to deliver, she was in the back room hiding behind her receptionist. I just wanted to get my cat healthy. Horrible experience. They called bird vet , who probably the worst VET. FROM THIS AREA....She could'n take him blood, instead they stabbed him in a nerve in the neck artery vein. She hate the bird not previously examined and given me no explanation. I will never set a foot in this little stinky clinic 02/12/16 Marisa The bad part was the animal was already death and forced them continue to take blood so she could earn money. But there was no blood, she had wrongly stabbed with the syringe, murdered the young healthy bird. After the bird was dead, she tried to wake him with the hairdresser! I was totally shocked and their grisly did delivered. before I could stop them to take the second bird blood. pact they parakeet and rushed to the blood decrease. that was a totally unnecessary action, the two birds were totally healthy. The little innocent helpless young bird had 10 -15 years could share live with us. he had to die because of a greedy and heartless bird vet. I made 10 veterinary prices COMPARISON .

Read Less

I can not say enough good things about Mrs Lynn. Or her staff . I used to use her for my sweet puppy when she was alive . She would always get back to me if ever I had questions. She knew the notes and everything about my little girl. I moved away and still drove 8 hours for us to see her and her staff. She was there for me and my puppy for ten years . She paralyze the bird, forced with the needle and stabbed a second time until he completely died. Dr Lynn Holladay was totally unprofessional, its appearance the sideshow was from beginning to bad. SHY IS THE Most expensive of all the others VET. THE PLACE IS STINKY AND SMALL ALSO THE PRICE IS ONLY ON RIP-OFF YUK Read Less
