Our dog is a handful. And by handful I mean needs a muzzle and two sedations to even be able to go near him. He has frustrated many of vets. And then my fiancé and I found Animal life. They have never made us feel unwelcome and have always been very accommodating with our little monster. I accompanied a friend for two of her pets' vet appointments here and was impressed by what I saw. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful. One of the appointments had to be made super last minute but still they made sure the could get us in for help. If the vet was away from the room there was always a nurse to check up on us and make sure we were doing okay. I would be going here myself if I got another pet in the future. Read Less

My initial review was not positive (see below). I did contact Stacey who was exceptional in making me feel comfortable enough to give it another try. I'm certainly glad I did. I arranged to bring my dog in early and called from the parking lot to make certain other dogs were not in the lobby area. I was checked in and Charity led us into an exam room. She was patient with my dog (thank you), got the preliminaries out of the way and took him back to get his vaccinations. Dr. Foster was caring, compassionate and most of all thorough in her examination of my dog. Thanks to all the staff for providing an excellent experience. 1st review I certainly wish my experience had been a good one, but it wasn't. I'd made the appt over a week ago. It was my first visit there. I was told to bring in a stool sample and I had his former vet fax in his records. My dog is anxious and 2 big dogs barking at him did not help. I took him outside to calm him and went back inside. The 2 dogs didn't bark any more, but my dog was still upset (he was shaking) and barked. When I tried to check in, I was told my name wasn't there. I told her we had a 10:30 appt and the former vet had faxed his records. She found the fax records, repeated you're not listed, I can't find you, then told me that perhaps they could work me in. My dog was upset and so was I. My visit with Bear was only for his yearly exam and feline vaccines. Was very impressed by the welcoming I received by the staff upon arrival. Short wait time to the exam room however I did arrive early to fill out paperwork. Dr. Eisel and his assistants were so kind and caring. Bear was very comfortable with everyone as I was too. Animalife Vet and Groomers are the best, and I am so happy they were recommended to me. The facility is immaculate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure both my cat and me were very comfortable. The nurses and doctor were so in tuned with my cat and took care of her so carefully. She for the first time was comfortable at a vet. The groomers were very accommodating to get noth vet and grooming done same day and they all worked together. Animalife is nothing short of a great experience from scheduling to front desk to the care of your fur babies and even to the bill! We have had experiences from puppy care to saying goodbye... Dr. Eisel was the only vet in Naples I found that offered to call in a dentist to grind a broken canine, rather than pull it out like the other vets in town recommended. And even though I expected a large dent in my wallet, I was actually surprised that it was lower than anticipated. Later on, we had visited another vet in town from a friend's recommendation. I was taken back by the bill but figured it's once a year... well our dog ended up having a seizure and when that vet told us they were booked for a week I was appalled and stunned! My husband called Animalife and they said "Bring him in immediately!" Unfortunately, that started the path to an end stage cancer diagnosis, but Dr. Foster made sure we were given all of the options and that our dog was the most comfortable for the remainder of his life. He lived a very active and happy 9 months after an initial prognosis of 6-10 weeks! When we noticed he was slowing down and not looking comfortable anymore, the sad day came when I called Animalife again... They asked ME when I wanted to come in and did not worry about checking the schedule for an opening. They had a room cleared and waiting for us, straight from the car, no checking in and waiting... They were very patient and gentle and gave us as much time as we needed. They called to check on us a few days later and even mailed a condolence card. When I went to pick us Zeus' ashes, one of the nurses pulled me aside again to make sure we were doing ok. Since, we've gotten 2 more dogs who will never go anywhere other than Animalife. Our most recent care has been under Dr McClean, who is also wonderful! This truly is the best vet experience in Naples. Read Less

You can see how much EVERYONE at Animalife truly love the animals they are caring for. The Vets and the staff are kind, knowledgeable, caring and loving to their patients and their patients' people. 8 years ago my indoor 8 yr old cat got out and got into a fight with a feral cat. No marks, no missing fur, he seemed fine once he calmed down. One week later his whole back was infected and required emergency surgery. He was on strong antibiotics for as long as he could be and his back was still not completely healed. I was desperate when I came to Animalife. My previous vet did not know what else they could do. Dr. Foster (at Animalife) took excellent care of my big boy and he is still with me. He is a rescue and has had numerous health issues over the years. These doctors have all seen my cat and they all take such good care of their patients I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would never take my babies anywhere else. Read Less

Both my dog and I love Animalife. The medical staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Ms. Ellen and the boarding/grooming staff are amazing! I think my dog likes them better than me sometimes! Prices are reasonable and it's relatively easy to get appointments within a reasonable time frame. Their email reminders are well timed and not overdone. Gracie got diarrhea. It had not been getting back to normal, even with the drugs given. The second exam resulted in us giving different food and a probiotic. The staff followed up with us to ensure she was ok. The office is immaculate and everyone is super nice. We had her spayed there in February. They were super nice to us and to her and when Gracie was in pain afterwards, they gave us pain meds. She recovered nicely. Read Less

Dr. Randy Eisel is so god with pets and analyzing what is wrong. He has operated amon and fixed my yorkie's slipping patella (knee), diagnosed my cat as diabetic and we reversed it and found asthma issues in another cat. Carr here is second to none. Read Less
