In the last 34 years I have had many pets and have lived all over the world.  In that time I have never found a better veterinary care provider for my pets.  Dr. Lopez is an exceptional Veterinarian and one of the kindest and most caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting.  His staff are professional, kind, patient and amazing with scared pups.  They clearly love their work and they provide the kind of care that I've sought.  They are also great to nervous Moms! I currently am the proud Mommy to a very traumatized American Bulldog.  My big girl, Luna, was severely abused by her first owner and was traumatized after being dumped at the kill shelter in Miami and left to die.  I was fortunate enough to be entrusted with her care and it was a priority to find a provider that understood her fears and could work with her.During our first visit in a huge immaculate exam room, Dr. Lopez waited for Luna to approach him.  He made the visit educational for me and a positive experience for Luna.  One of the veterinary technicians, Frankie, sat on the floor with her and was able to touch her and examine her without difficulty.  Imagine my shock when Luna was so comfortable that she fell asleep on the floor!  This poor girl almost bit a Vet who didn't consider Luna's issues and approached her in an inappropriate manner in a small exam room.Luna had dental surgery by Dr. Lopez yesterday.  I was very nervous and the entire staff, especially Maura, were incredibly understanding and kind.  Thank you is not enough to express my appreciation for the amazing people and care at CVH.  Luna and I HIGHLY recommend you have your beloved pets cared for at their beautiful clinic or when necessary in your home. Wow! What a great experience! Friendly, informative, and a great facility! I had a few questions about my dogs age regarding supplements and what she may need. They sell supplements, toys dog food and not once did they try to sell me in something she may need. When I was in need, you were there. Dr. Lopez and his associate (I’m sorry I can’t remeber his name) came to my house on short notice to put down the kitty I’ve had for 14 years when she was in pain and we couldn’t move her. He was kind, comforting and tried to help me understand what had happened, why and that in these instances there isn’t much else that can be done. I could tell just by how both men handled my sweet girl that they had a genuine love of animals. I’m heartbroken still as it was only 2 days ago, but so thankful to have vets like Dr. Lopez around to help out when in need. We have taken Moka and Finn here since we moved in early 2016. Dr. Lopez and his staff are wonderful. At arrival, your brought back to a private room to wait. They do a pre check conversation to address concerns. They always take their time and explain everything. Dr. Lopez is outstanding and makes you feel at home. Wow! Never again will I go here. I took my 10 month old puppy in last week because her stool look abnormal. They looked her over and said she looked fine, but asked me to bring in a stool sample the following morning. I took the sample in and heard nothing back even after calling 3 days later. I just assumed no news was good news. A week passed and her stools weren't any better so I called to have her be seen again. When I called I said I wanted her to be seen today. She said they close in 30 minutes. I said that's fine I'm less than 10 minutes. She sat there for a minute and said today's not good, it's Friday and we are closing in 30 minutes. REALLY?! Okay... thanks for absolutely nothing. They couldn't even bother to follow up from her lab test. I assure you that I won't ever step foot inside this place again. I went here because they were more reasonably priced then other places, but it surely isn't worth it. Read Less

There is no way that I can ever thank Dr. Lopez and his staff for the excellent care that they provided to our Grace Kelly. Dr. Lopez allowed us to send Gracie to the Rainbow Bridge with dignity and compassion.  That little girl meant the world to us and Dr. Lopez will be in our hearts forever.  Words cannot not express the genuine sincerity, knowledge and compassion that he and his staff possess.  They are like no others, there hospital is spotless, sanitary and clean smelling.  They offer different foods, toys, bedding, etc.  They are truly a one stop experience. He has always made us feel comfortable and no question goes unanswered.  He told us a few months ago that the end was near and he'd be there for us and he was. Even though our tears he made Grace Kelly's journey peaceful and calm.  We held her in our arms for 15 years but will carry her in our hearts the rest of our lives.  THANK YOU DR. Dr. Williams was great for taking care of my cat Cheddar today. However, the vet assistant (who's name I don't know) decided to add in about $60 worth of cat food in my bill estimate of $722 and didn't take the time to a.) discuss it with me b.) give it to me before I left Pretty lacking service on her part, especially when one is paying so much in vet bills. I was in my car ready to leave when I remembered Dr. Williams mentioning in passing that food was added to my costs (how much I wasn't told), and so I went back inside to see about it. The receptionist had no idea. She went to the back and found the food I had been forcefully charged for. I looked at it, and returned one of the food items, because I already have the correct food for my cat. This vet assistant also was very lax when going over my cat's medicine. She read to me the directions printed on the label, but didn't specify when to begin administering the medicine. Today? tomorrow? She might want to consider being a bit more thorough in dealing with customers. And I also have never been to a vet clinic where they charge you for a decent amount of food without your knowledge or consent (and then don't even have it ready for you!). Read Less

I took my ex's dog in this morning for his physical and shots, as he had to work. Dr. Lopez and his staff are always professional, helpful and very nice. It's always a pleasure going there as they are amazing with our four-legged children. This was my first time in his new location. I thought his other location was nice. This one was out of this world. He had all the bells and whistles that a veterinarian should have. It was nicely appointed and he's even started selling some pet related items. Like specialty foods, toys, beds, etc... So glad he's there and can now help with any kind of problem that could arise with our 'children'. If you need a great vet, who isn't afraid to discuss your pets situation without our feeling rushed , then he's the vet for you.Read Less

Dr Lopez and staff have been marvelous in their care for my dog Wrigley. On our first visit he came to the reception area and sat with us to get acquainted. We were not put in an exam room to wait endlessly. His approach is exceptional. The medical care she received was right on target for every issue. My only regret is moving away from Naples.
