DO NOT!!! take your pet here unless its not health related. We were Referred to this back by another vet that was fully booked and couldn't take us in. Crossroads had plenty of available appointments....
DO NOT!!! take your pet here unless its not health related. We were Referred to this back by another vet that was fully booked and couldn't take us in. Crossroads had plenty of available appointments. (I understand why now). So after 2mths of 3 different antibiotics and a few hundred $$$ plus them saying its very unusual for a puppy to have this aliment and If this or that dont work we will get a xray. Well our puppy still has the aliment it hasn't gotten any better. So after the first two didn't work they decided to drag there feet and tried a third antibiotics even though the first 2 failed. Now they are unsure and dont have time to give her a x-ray. They referred me to someone else which makes me believe they have lack of knowledge or experience. Biggest joke of a vet ive seen. In my opinion they really dont care and are just there for a paycheck. Hopefully this hasn't taken a toll on our puppies immune system or life expectancy. Obviously they don't care about returning customers, but maybe they can explain to my child next time he asks why our puppy is still sick. I would leave zero stars but I cant...

We have been seeing Dr. Newman for close to 19 years now. He is very kind and professional individual. Extremely caring, even if the situation is bad. Yes, I had to go and get "second opinions" from time to time, but never had a controversial diagnosis. I still consider him to be the best in greater Naples area.

I have been taking my dog Onyx here since his adoption day in 2013! Onyx had a lot of issues when I adopted him from a shelter in Ocala. He was underweight, full of worms, his had mange and eventually had to be treated for seizures. Dr Newman has been there for us! The staff have always been there for us! Onyx is now over 16 years old and he hasn't had a seizure in over 5 years! I highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary Clinic.

I don't understand how this veterinary clinic has such great reviews... My dog was not sent with an e collar after surgery had to bring him back because he had an infection and was given antibiotics. Well his infection got worse so I decided to get a second opinion. My dog was put on the wrong antibiotic dosage given at crossroads and ended up with a fever. I called the front desk to explain why my dog was not returning and the receptionist hung up on me. It was extremely unprofessional and the fact that my dog was feeling worse after the visit tells me that this place is careless. I would strongly discourage anyone looking for a new vet to try this place....

Just love Dr. Newman and his dedicated staff. Dr. Newman treated my beloved Tony and gave him 10 months more of life that he would not have had. When the time came to say goodbye we knew it had to be done. Tony loved Dr. Newman and his whole staff. Thank you everyone. We miss Tony every single day, but we know he had the best care.

We have gone there for years. Dr. Newman and everyone who works there are great! They have seen us through so many health issues...even via phone when we are traveling! Today, we got teeth cleanings for my two furry kids....they kept me informed and watched over them with TLC. Thank you for being kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Newman and his staff care. They are kind, caring, and really go above and beyond for you and your pet. I had recently adopted a 6.5 year old toy poodle, that needed shots, teeth cleaning, and neuter, and they took care of everything within days, and called to check on him twice! Dr. Newman did a very thorough exam on him, and we scheduled the neuter and teeth cleaning to be at the same time so that he would only have to go under anesthesia once per the doctors recommendation. When I came to pick him up, he took the time to tell me how everything went well, and that I had done the right thing by doing them both at the same time. Kim, is wonderful, she was very attentive to my calling to check on him, and keeping my updated. Two other staff members called, that night and the next day in my response to the possibility of him being in pain. The Groomer will be seeing him soon, and I have the upmost confidence that he will be amazing just as all the rest of the staff members here are! I wouldn't trust my baby with anyone else. Thanks Crossroads, you all are AMAZING!

Front desk (Julia) is very caring and has a great personality. Dr is very straight forward and doesn't dig into your pocket. I have two cats that needed care. He attended to my concerns without trying to insist more unnecessary work like most other doctors would. Both my babies are home loan and happy. No side effects (both had surgery) I am grateful for Crossroads Veterinary Clinic. I would definitely recommend to animal lovers. My sister now brings her cat too. Too bad they don't do reptiles.

I have been taking my dog Onyx here since his adoption day in 2013! Onyx had a lot of issues when I adopted him from a shelter in Ocala. He was underweight, full of worms, his had mange and eventually had to be treated for seizures. Dr Newman has been there for us! The staff have always been there for us! Onyx is now over 16 years old and he hasn't had a seizure in over 5 years! I highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary Clinic.

I don't understand how this veterinary clinic has such great reviews... My dog was not sent with an e collar after surgery had to bring him back because he had an infection and was given antibiotics. Well his infection got worse so I decided to get a second opinion. My dog was put on the wrong antibiotic dosage given at crossroads and ended up with a fever. Dr. Newman and his staff care. They are kind, caring, and really go above and beyond for you and your pet.
