If you find your best friend is in dire condition take them anywhere else BUT HERE. They’re the absolute worst. I will never recommend this awful place and I hope they rot for holding money more valuable than life.

Clear and concise with directions and assured me they would be ready when I arrived as bloat can be a life-threatening condition. Dr. Kevin performed the surgery and my dog is doing very well. This emergency hospital is first class! Every staff member is exceptional and the veterinarians are outstanding. We have had to use the emergency hospital twice in 3 months. Both times the staff and veterinarian (same one both times) were very friendly. The vet even gave us options from the least expensive to the most expensive. He was very realistic and not pushing to do the most expensive option. We definitely recommend them for taking care of your pet. It is nice to know that there is a trusted animal hospital you can go to when you are facing an emergency.

This facility will impress you from the time you have the need for Emergency Hospital care for your pet. Upon calling Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County for help, I was impressed with the professionalism I heard at the other end on the phone. The receptionist said they could help me and gave direction to the Hospital. Arriving at the Hospital, I again was impressed with reception’s professionalism, immediately taking my dog to the Emergency room. What I saw from the very first moments at the facility was a “very clean, well organized operation . It showed pride in their facility! After meeting the tech. (who also was impressive and very businesslike) he quickly and effectively proceeded to correct my dogs problem ( she had swallowed a foreign object and it had to remove immediately). After meeting the Vet (also very professional) he took the time to explain the corrective measures needed for my dog.
In summary of my experience with Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County, this facility and its staff are “exemplary, effective at emergency care. They were able to correct the accidental ingestion of the foreign object in a timely fashion successfully. I would recommend this Hospital to anyone. The bill was also reasonable…….That was a pleasant surprise! Thank you Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County.
I might add that upon leaving the hospital, I said to the Vet : I’m retired military and your facility was as impressive as any Military Hospital I had ever been in !

You might as well be taking your vacuum to them because that’s how they’ll treat your dog. Heartless. Shouldn’t be dealing with living beings or with hurt pet parents. The male doctor is kinder and more attentive. But after you deal with the receptionist you really don’t feel like trusting them with your pets life.

I called three different emergency centers in Naples to see which one to take my Lab who had just ingested massive amounts of caffeine.
The professionalism, knowledge base, speed of care, and wonderful veterinarian as well as the vet assistants where totally on target at this facility. They worked quickly to save the life of my loved one Honey. She had a lethal dose of caffeine.
Their caring, expert and loving approach to this situation was beyond expected.
I will never go to another place.
Honey did well and is happy healthy and alive !!

The staff excluding the vet were extremely nice, however the vet was hard to understand, no bed side manor and poor decisions were made in the treatment of my dog. I was NEVER updated, I in fact I showed up in person to check on my dog. My dog accidentally ingested a 1 mg clozapine tablet, the clinic made me call posion control, in which I was informed he didn't even have to be hospitalized, he would sleep it off. We had an excursion planned so I was going to leave him there for monitoring, I take no chances with my fur baby. Well they gave him a morphine based medicine to induce vomiting, then had to give him medicine to reverse the affects, gave him a drug scene for illegal drugs!!! I only discovered these facts upon reading the papers given to me at the time of his discharged. The actions of giving a 6.5 lbs morphine after he ingested 1mg of clozapine cause his symptoms to worsen and then they run a test for illegal drugs. Come on! I am lucky no further injury or harm was caused by the poor decisions of the vet. I know they are human and make mistakes, I am just not comfortable the mistake being my baby

If you want the absolute best care for your pet, bring them to EPH. My dog was in terrible pain, and refused to eat. The vets in my area were unable to determine the cause, so I drove two hours to have Dr. Madison take a look at her. The staff went to work immediately to save my dog and kept vigil throughout her recovery. Dr. Madison is a miracle worker. Over the course of several days, he never gave up trying to figure out the difficult symptoms and now my girl is back to normal.

They are always willing to take over cases as if it was their own. Never heard a single complaint from any of the clients. And with myself being a compassionate vet tech, in case of an emergency with my own fur babies I couldn't recommend them enough! Great staff and great doctors.

My Mini Shar Pei Raisin was pooing and vomiting excessive amounts of blood on Dec.26. We were stuck in a traffic jam in Alligator Alley driving from Ft Lauderdale to Naples urgently trying to get our girl to Naples and some emergency care. Dr. Lon Miyahira and Tawny greeted us upon arrival and immediately took our girl and started a treatment plan. Within 12 hours she was feeling better and within 24 hours she was back to normal. We appreciated Dr. Miyahiras calm demeanor and ability to quickly diagnose our girl. Lori, who works in the daytime recommended Dr. Joseph Kubin who wonderfully looked after our girl during the day. We were very pleased with the care we received and would not hesitate to recommend Emergency Pet Hospital to anyone in an urgent situation.

I unfortunately had to bring my baby girl Munchkin in Labor day evening. She was having trouble breathing. By the time we got there she was in bad shape and I had to put her down. As a pet mother it was and still is devastating to me, to lose my baby so quickly. The doctor and his staff were wonderful. They even have a great choices for cremation services. I hope to get my baby, my Munchkin back this Friday. I wish this office was open during the day as I am now looking for a new vet. Thank you all for being so gentle with my baby and not critical with her grieving and utterly shocked mom.

CLEAN, friendly, knowledgeable place. I brought our pup in for a bum eye and was seen right away. The staff is so welcoming and kind, and I loved Dr.Oomah, (most importantly so did my dog) They took the time to show me what the issue was with my pups eye and the hows and whys etc., which is nice and greatly appreciated. They also has us in and out in no time. They were all very thorough and professional, and I felt very satisfied and happy upon leaving that we had a proper diagnosis, and that our pup is on his way to recovery. Definitely highly recommend this place if you need to get your animal seen and fixed up the right way. Also,
As far as price (some reviews don't seem accurate here...) I was thoroughly informed before each procedure was done and of the costs associated, I will say they were extremely reasonable and not much more than my regular vet charges.. This is an EMERGENCY room, you should expect to pay a little more for services available from 5pm-8am as with any emergency facility. That said, we wouldn't go anywhere else around when an emergency arises with our animals...Thank you EPV.

We are from out of state and our dachshund was in pain, and of course after normal vet hours. Everyone here was very kind and the Dr. Was so gentle with her. It was a huge comfort in hearing he also had dachsunds and was very knowledgeable about the issues they have with thier backs. He found trouble in her vertebrae up in her neck, so she's on meds and the instructions we have will hopefully end the pain, or at least keep her comfortable until we get back to Wisconsin. Thank you for taking the time in explaining things to us, and for reassuring us she will be safe to take the trip home.

I'm appalled that this animal hospital has wonderful reviews. I ended up taking my dog to this animal hospital after desperation. Even though a friend of mine warned me not to come here. I admitted my dog because I was 99.9999999% sure my dog had eaten a pacifier and that was the cause as to why he was not eating.
The vet took my dog and gave him an X-ray. He did advise me that foreign objects of such will not likely show up in an X-Ray, HOWEVER, he will be able to tell if there is an obstruction because you will see the intestinal irritation. After the X-ray he told me that he was sure there was no obstruction what so ever and that he just had G.I. issues. He recommended that I gave my dog metronitizole.
After I left here, I had a gut feeling that this vet was incorrect. I actually ended up taking him to Specialized Veterinary Services off of Daniels and 75 and they saved my dogs life! I was right and there was an obstruction, a lodged pacifier!
If I listened to Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County, I would of lost a family member and a best friend.
Please do NOT trust these people with your pets lives, I'm happy I didn't and went elsewhere or my outcome would of been heartbreaking!

My Husband & I were so impressed. The staff, technicians, & doctors were amazing- educated, efficient, thorough, kind & caring. The price of an emergency visit is only $89, which is so reasonable considering most 24 hour pet hospitals are in the $150 range (just for the visit). The pharmacy is on site & stocked so you will never have to be concerned about a prescription delay or an out of stock. They send all the paperwork to your primary vetinarian for you as well as provide you with hard copies. You can also access your pet's records & x-rays on their web site at anytime by typing in the pin code they give you. If we ever have another emergency for our pets we will never go anywhere else!

I have been to them on several occasions over the years, and each time, they treat us as though we are their most important client, as I am sure they do to everyone. Most importantly, they know what to do for my dogs, and they do it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

This emergency vet clinic is a life saver! My cat decided to attack a toad on Christmas Eve at 3:00 am. She brought the toad into the house and it spit/peed on her face. I wasn't sure if the toad was poisonous and it was in her eye and ear. I called several emergency vets and no one answered, until I called this vet. I spoke to a vet tech and she was super helpful and she determined that my cat was okay, but if she got any worse to bring her in. It was such a relief not to pack her up and take her to the vet at 3 am on Christmas Eve!

Good spot and great doctor. My dog got part of his paw broken and ultimately had to have his toe removed. This happened Sunday evening and there was nowhere else to go. I was expecting a high bill with not so great care. To my surprise the bill was very resonable. The initial assessment was high in comparison to other clinics, which I was informed up front. But, they worked with me on the surgery and it was very reasonable. I doubt I would have saved much money "waiting" until the morning and going to another vet. My dogs paws is healing great and they are even doing after care as part of the initial bill. I'm very satisfied with the emergency care provided!

Our dog loved the dog beach at Bonita Springs but got sick from drinking salt water despite the fresh water we provided. By 530pm he was really sick but the Emergency Vet hospital was open all night and quickly admitted him. We got update calls from the vet during the evening and were able to pick up Buddy the next morning along with medications . He was back to normal the next day. The clinic was fantastic!

If you find your best friend is in dire condition take them anywhere else BUT HERE. They’re the absolute worst. I will never recommend this awful place and I hope they rot for holding money more valuable than life.

My Basset Hound, Frank, bloated on a Sunday morning. Lori answered when I called and she was extremely helpful. Clear and concise with directions and assured me they would be ready when I arrived as bloat can be a life-threatening condition. Dr. Kevin performed the surgery and my dog is doing very well. This emergency hospital is first class! Every staff member is exceptional and the veterinarians are outstanding. We have had to use the emergency hospital twice in 3 months. Both times the staff and veterinarian (same one both times) were very friendly. The vet even gave us options from the least expensive to the most expensive. He was very realistic and not pushing to do the most expensive option. We definitely recommend them for taking care of your pet. It is nice to know that there is a trusted animal hospital you can go to when you are facing an emergency.

This facility will impress you from the time you have the need for Emergency Hospital care for your pet. Upon calling Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County for help, I was impressed with the professionalism I heard at the other end on the phone. The receptionist said they could help me and gave direction to the Hospital. Arriving at the Hospital, I again was impressed with reception’s professionalism, immediately taking my dog to the Emergency room. What I saw from the very first moments at the facility was a “very clean, well organized operation . It showed pride in their facility! After meeting the tech. (who also was impressive and very businesslike) he quickly and effectively proceeded to correct my dogs problem ( she had swallowed a foreign object and it had to remove immediately). After meeting the Vet (also very professional) he took the time to explain the corrective measures needed for my dog.
In summary of my experience with Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County, this facility and its staff are “exemplary, effective at emergency care. They were able to correct the accidental ingestion of the foreign object in a timely fashion successfully. I would recommend this Hospital to anyone. The bill was also reasonable…….That was a pleasant surprise! Thank you Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County.
I might add that upon leaving the hospital, I said to the Vet : I’m retired military and your facility was as impressive as any Military Hospital I had ever been in !

You might as well be taking your vacuum to them because that’s how they’ll treat your dog. Heartless. Shouldn’t be dealing with living beings or with hurt pet parents. The male doctor is kinder and more attentive. But after you deal with the receptionist you really don’t feel like trusting them with your pets life.

I called three different emergency centers in Naples to see which one to take my Lab who had just ingested massive amounts of caffeine.
The professionalism, knowledge base, speed of care, and wonderful veterinarian as well as the vet assistants where totally on target at this facility. They worked quickly to save the life of my loved one Honey. She had a lethal dose of caffeine.
Their caring, expert and loving approach to this situation was beyond expected.
I will never go to another place.
Honey did well and is happy healthy and alive !!

The staff excluding the vet were extremely nice, however the vet was hard to understand, no bed side manor and poor decisions were made in the treatment of my dog. I was NEVER updated, I in fact I showed up in person to check on my dog. My dog accidentally ingested a 1 mg clozapine tablet, the clinic made me call posion control, in which I was informed he didn't even have to be hospitalized, he would sleep it off. We had an excursion planned so I was going to leave him there for monitoring, I take no chances with my fur baby. Well they gave him a morphine based medicine to induce vomiting, then had to give him medicine to reverse the affects, gave him a drug scene for illegal drugs!!! I only discovered these facts upon reading the papers given to me at the time of his discharged. The actions of giving a 6.5 lbs morphine after he ingested 1mg of clozapine cause his symptoms to worsen and then they run a test for illegal drugs. Come on! I am lucky no further injury or harm was caused by the poor decisions of the vet. I know they are human and make mistakes, I am just not comfortable the mistake being my baby

If you want the absolute best care for your pet, bring them to EPH. My dog was in terrible pain, and refused to eat. The vets in my area were unable to determine the cause, so I drove two hours to have Dr. Madison take a look at her. The staff went to work immediately to save my dog and kept vigil throughout her recovery. Dr. Madison is a miracle worker. Over the course of several days, he never gave up trying to figure out the difficult symptoms and now my girl is back to normal.

Working at a veterinary hospital is not easy. Especially after hour treatment. My previous hospital that I was employed with would always send our after hour emergencys here. They are always willing to take over cases as if it was their own. Never heard a single complaint from any of the clients. And with myself being a compassionate vet tech, in case of an emergency with my own fur babies I couldn't recommend them enough! Great staff and great doctors.

My Mini Shar Pei Raisin was pooing and vomiting excessive amounts of blood on Dec.26. We were stuck in a traffic jam in Alligator Alley driving from Ft Lauderdale to Naples urgently trying to get our girl to Naples and some emergency care. Dr. Lon Miyahira and Tawny greeted us upon arrival and immediately took our girl and started a treatment plan. Within 12 hours she was feeling better and within 24 hours she was back to normal. We appreciated Dr. Miyahiras calm demeanor and ability to quickly diagnose our girl. Lori, who works in the daytime recommended Dr. Joseph Kubin who wonderfully looked after our girl during the day. We were very pleased with the care we received and would not hesitate to recommend Emergency Pet Hospital to anyone in an urgent situation.

I unfortunately had to bring my baby girl Munchkin in Labor day evening. She was having trouble breathing. By the time we got there she was in bad shape and I had to put her down. As a pet mother it was and still is devastating to me, to lose my baby so quickly. The doctor and his staff were wonderful. They even have a great choices for cremation services. I hope to get my baby, my Munchkin back this Friday. I wish this office was open during the day as I am now looking for a new vet. Thank you all for being so gentle with my baby and not critical with her grieving and utterly shocked mom.

CLEAN, friendly, knowledgeable place. I brought our pup in for a bum eye and was seen right away. The staff is so welcoming and kind, and I loved Dr.Oomah, (most importantly so did my dog) They took the time to show me what the issue was with my pups eye and the hows and whys etc., which is nice and greatly appreciated. They also has us in and out in no time. They were all very thorough and professional, and I felt very satisfied and happy upon leaving that we had a proper diagnosis, and that our pup is on his way to recovery. Definitely highly recommend this place if you need to get your animal seen and fixed up the right way. Also,
As far as price (some reviews don't seem accurate here...) I was thoroughly informed before each procedure was done and of the costs associated, I will say they were extremely reasonable and not much more than my regular vet charges.. This is an EMERGENCY room, you should expect to pay a little more for services available from 5pm-8am as with any emergency facility. That said, we wouldn't go anywhere else around when an emergency arises with our animals...Thank you EPV.

We are from out of state and our dachshund was in pain, and of course after normal vet hours. Everyone here was very kind and the Dr. Was so gentle with her. It was a huge comfort in hearing he also had dachsunds and was very knowledgeable about the issues they have with thier backs. He found trouble in her vertebrae up in her neck, so she's on meds and the instructions we have will hopefully end the pain, or at least keep her comfortable until we get back to Wisconsin. Thank you for taking the time in explaining things to us, and for reassuring us she will be safe to take the trip home.

I'm appalled that this animal hospital has wonderful reviews. I ended up taking my dog to this animal hospital after desperation. Even though a friend of mine warned me not to come here. I admitted my dog because I was 99.9999999% sure my dog had eaten a pacifier and that was the cause as to why he was not eating.
The vet took my dog and gave him an X-ray. He did advise me that foreign objects of such will not likely show up in an X-Ray, HOWEVER, he will be able to tell if there is an obstruction because you will see the intestinal irritation. After the X-ray he told me that he was sure there was no obstruction what so ever and that he just had G.I. issues. He recommended that I gave my dog metronitizole.
After I left here, I had a gut feeling that this vet was incorrect. I actually ended up taking him to Specialized Veterinary Services off of Daniels and 75 and they saved my dogs life! I was right and there was an obstruction, a lodged pacifier!
If I listened to Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County, I would of lost a family member and a best friend.
Please do NOT trust these people with your pets lives, I'm happy I didn't and went elsewhere or my outcome would of been heartbreaking!

My Husband & I were so impressed. The staff, technicians, & doctors were amazing- educated, efficient, thorough, kind & caring. The price of an emergency visit is only $89, which is so reasonable considering most 24 hour pet hospitals are in the $150 range (just for the visit). The pharmacy is on site & stocked so you will never have to be concerned about a prescription delay or an out of stock. They send all the paperwork to your primary vetinarian for you as well as provide you with hard copies. You can also access your pet's records & x-rays on their web site at anytime by typing in the pin code they give you. If we ever have another emergency for our pets we will never go anywhere else!

I have been to them on several occasions over the years, and each time, they treat us as though we are their most important client, as I am sure they do to everyone. Most importantly, they know what to do for my dogs, and they do it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

This emergency vet clinic is a life saver! My cat decided to attack a toad on Christmas Eve at 3:00 am. She brought the toad into the house and it spit/peed on her face. I wasn't sure if the toad was poisonous and it was in her eye and ear. I called several emergency vets and no one answered, until I called this vet. I spoke to a vet tech and she was super helpful and she determined that my cat was okay, but if she got any worse to bring her in. It was such a relief not to pack her up and take her to the vet at 3 am on Christmas Eve!

Good spot and great doctor. My dog got part of his paw broken and ultimately had to have his toe removed. This happened Sunday evening and there was nowhere else to go. I was expecting a high bill with not so great care. To my surprise the bill was very resonable. The initial assessment was high in comparison to other clinics, which I was informed up front. But, they worked with me on the surgery and it was very reasonable. I doubt I would have saved much money "waiting" until the morning and going to another vet. My dogs paws is healing great and they are even doing after care as part of the initial bill. I'm very satisfied with the emergency care provided!

Our dog loved the dog beach at Bonita Springs but got sick from drinking salt water despite the fresh water we provided. By 530pm he was really sick but the Emergency Vet hospital was open all night and quickly admitted him. We got update calls from the vet during the evening and were able to pick up Buddy the next morning along with medications . He was back to normal the next day. The clinic was fantastic!
